They will put your child through multiple therapists and case managers all of which seem to only be there to get a check an not to help or care for your child. As soon as your child bonds with a therapist they leave or switch them to a new one. They constantly tell you their case load is too high.

Great organization. For years the Wolfe Street Foundation and the meetings it hosts have played a very important part in my recovery. With a caring staff, a recovery book store and many meetings to choose from the Wolfe Street Foundation is a great place to start or continue with ones recovery journey.

Was here 14-15 years ago, probably been to all the treatment facilities in arkansas including the psychiatric and behavioral places back then between 05'-2009 ya'll probably remember me. But im pretty sure i lost my mind at one of these places. Turn 33 this year i cant quit thinking of these places because they haunt me now because of the treatment from staff and shrinks.Prayers to the kids that are there. I know what you're going through

I have heard all positives about this place. Lots of rehabs are so centered around making you do things however I was told by a lot of people how this place has met all of their individual needs. We need all rehabs to do this and follow quapaw house as an example

Great Christ-centered place offering a wide range of mental health services from traditional therapy to behavioral health screening and diagnosis to medication management. They also allow you to provide input into your therapy. If you don't feel something is working, they'll work with you to come up with a solution. Highly recommend!

I absolutely adore my therapist! Ms. Simpson has worked with me for almost two years. We were first linked during the pandemic, so all of my sessions were via Telehealth. The first appointment was my intake appointment; it was not a therapy session. This is standard procedure and was used to provide me with her diagnosis. From there, we have worked on my needs and she has been amazing. I am a completely different person from who I was when I started working with Ms. Simpson. For the first time today, were were able to meet face-to-face and she is just as wonderful! I really do recommend Behavioral Health Services and I definitely recommend Ms. Simpson. :)

Dr Hall was amazing. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and empathetic during our appointment. Dr Raney was a great listener and provider as well. We have found the compassionate care we were seeking.

Very nice. Staff were open, welcoming, and friendly. Waiting room was large, with a nice window wall with a view of a small courtyard with a fountain. Plenty of options of things to do while you wait. Plenty of magazines to look at, and toys for the children to play with. Fliers with information available also. Super clean!

This is a very good detox facility to go to I was called one day by phone from Mrs Rosalind from business development that inspired me to come in one day from use of hard narcotics that I no longer wanted to pursue but would go threw hard withdrawals without treatment I attended delta the very same day she called and went through treatment the technicians maryann Morgan Mrs Ann Mrs laquisha Mrs quassandra Mrs key Mrs Kayla nurse Cameron gave me a run made me want to leave but they helped me out and treated me like a human being I was in need of treatment as well as the nurses Mrs Ashton or Ashley and Briana Mr lavel and don't forget Mr cool guy Greg and tech James 😄😄😉😉😉😉😉😉😉😉😉😉😉😉 👍👍👍👍👍👍 they look after you like family and you want be home sick and miss your family 2000% guaranteed 5000%thumps up to this facility from Jeramy parker

This place is awful!!! Food is terrible Dr Usha Swamy is a horrible doctor. None of my orders were put in and I was held against my will although I was there voluntary. I was there for fentanyl detox and was treated horribly. DO NOT GO HERE. This place is a jail. They wake you up at 6am and sit you in a dayroom for 13 hours in hard chairs.....no therapy or educational groups. Lakeside is 10x better than this place .

I experienced some unusual chest tightness that radiated into my shoulder. As an older male, I decided that I should go to the ER at Conway Regional Medical Center. As soon as I told the desk person the reason for my visit, I was given an ekg followed shortly by X-rays and a blood test. I was monitored over a period of time and given a second blood test. During this whole time, I felt that everyone was professionally and compassionately caring for me and my concerns. I was cleared of any signs of a heart attack but strongly encouraged to follow up with my PCP and cardiologist which I did. A subsequent heart cath 5 days later determined that I had a blockage in the dreaded Widowmaker that was successfully stented . I am convinced that the medical staff at CRMS through their diligence prevented me from having a heart damaging event. My gratitude is very HEART felt. Thank you all.

This place, staff is a complete joke. I had a doctor’s appointment that I made admission staff very aware of. Instead of them communicating amongst themselves they were taking turns calling me asking how long I would be. Upon arrival to the facility it was very uncomfortable, unprofessional and very difficult. No one greeted me in a professional manner. The secretary continued to stare at me like she seen a ghost. Not once did she acknowledge me by name. She called back to the nurses station & said she’s here they were joking, laughing while on the phone. Very rude. A couple staff members were prepared to take the necessary precautions to assist me but when my daughter said out her mouth she didn’t want to be there, the nurse immediately said well the mother can take her home or send her back to acute. Not even listening to me or my authority of her needing treatment. I wouldn’t dare recommend a parent to this place.

I have seen 2 therapist from this office Ms.Ingram & Ms.Thomas. They are super therapeutic. I have enjoyed every session I have had to date. They are helping me make significant progress in my mental health. I would recommend them to anyone. Keep up the fantastic work.

I’ve been going to this clinic since 2017. Brenda Crownover is the best counselor I’ve ever had. And having a psychiatrist (Love you Dr Carter!) to prescribe me in the same building is extra convenient. Dr Crownover is the first counselor I’ve been to that made me feel like she was listening and trying to help instead of just saying “chronic depression take some pills” and being done with it. She took my mental health concerns seriously and even researched and helped me find someone willing to test and diagnose me with autism as an adult. The staff at the front desk is always friendly and helpful, going so far as to tell me they’ll be praying for me when I cancel due to illness and saying they’re happy I’m feeling better next time I come in. I cant think of anywhere more deserving of a 5 star review than this counseling clinic.
