The stall is exceptionally nice and professional. The best care I have ever received at a VA facility and I have received great care at other VA facilities. The Doctor I saw was superb, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Best kept secret in Arkansas is the exceptional care You receive at the Searcy Clinic. The Clinic was recommended to me by a Veteran's organization. I have to drive a little to go there, but it is worth it. My wife was with me there- she is a lawyer and doesn't impress easily. She told me I hit a home run selecting the Searcy clinic.

I use to dread going here...Its the only hospital close to me...I can say they have stepped up there game big time...In the last year i had had to take my 5 year old in and they were on top of things, we were in and out in less then 3 hour's...I myself have been twice also and i was in and out in less then 3 hour's...Last night 5/3/25 I was in and out in 2 and a half hours for a massive ear infection...Keep up the good work yall...I am pleased with the service i have received for my child and myself...Thank you Unity Health...

I would just like to share my experience about Natural State and the guy Michael who manages the sober living houses. If it was not for him my son would be dead. He told me from the beginning that if my son was willing to go to any lengths to change his life then he would have a chance. I almost enabled my son to his grave by not listening to Michael and taking his suggestions. Today my son has a little over a year sober and is a new person. He also suggested that I go to Alanon meetings which I have been for a year and the relief that I get from these meetings are priceless. My son was making every excuse in the world to me and I was believing him instead of someone who has walked in his shoes. Again thank you Michael and Natural State Recovery.

This is the BEST 30 day facility I have EVER been to. They came and picked me up and showed me nothing but love the whole time I was there. The councilors and peer support are TOP NOTCH there is nothing better than learning about recovery from people who have been through recovery. The H&I meetings are truly amazing, the AA & NA come to the facility and tell their stories. All the story’s were good and helped me in my recovery giving me hope. The food is AMAZING… There are two awesome chefs that KNOW HOW TO COOK. YOU WILL EAT LIKE A KING/QUEEN. They also help you get into sober living and give you plenty of recourses you can use upon discharge. They have a heart for recovery and they deserve 5 STARS

Love hate relationship most of the kids were amazing but the staff were rude and MESSYYYYYY, it was unclean and nasty in a lot of ways. But I had a overall good experience because of the other people there, the food was also good.

Thank you Bridgeway, for providing the valuable tools I needed to stay away from opiates. It is my choice to use these tools or not. The out-patient staff are professionals and know how to foster some very positive and comfortable group sessions. Carolyn, Angela, Docs Patterson and Jarvas are to be commended. I cannot recall the new young lady's name who also counceled some fantastic i.o.p

Charge first time offenders thousands so repeat offenders can get by more cheaply or without paying. Put me in a class that was all wrong, yet said I was wrong when trying to correct them. Charged me for said class that, I was correct, I didn't need. Then refused not only to refund my fees but wouldn't add them toward the class I did in fact need. Rude workers, just the worst kind of people. No knowledge of...well anything really. Simply a joke. Will never return, and recommend using a different service to any and all.

My two daughters have been seen here for a few years now. I'm now forced into changing to a new facility due to their lack of concern for properly diagnosing children and the pharmacy being the absolute worst place you can go to. They never gave me my daughters seizure medicine when I went to go pick it up. They gave me one prescription and not the other. I go to an appointment for one sick kid and bring up this matter. The peds aprn said it most likely had to be prescribed by her doctor. After being givn the run around for a week and still no refill. I scheduled another appointment and they did not even swab my kids. Every time we have been there they have not swabbed them or done anything to find a diagnosis when they are sick. They want to say it is allergies so they can move on with their day. I did not find out my daughter had flu A until it induced her seizure and the hospital told us. Thank God I was able to get a small refill of her medicine from them. I get on my chart after they told me I can see details on her script from there. I find out it has been at Redbird this whole time and they did not fill it. I called them and find out that they sent it through the mail. Why on earth would you send a seizure med that is a daily necessity through the mail without the permission of a parent?!? I am now waiting on a small script I had to talk them into giving me and it has been 3 hours and they still have not filled it even though I have called multiple times since 8am. Do not take your kids here if you want quality care for them. Mine have ended up in the ER on multiple occasions!!

I was in a dark place when I sought counseling at PCA. They helped me when I had no job or insurance. The saw my need and put me with someone immediately. This isn't the most modern office building in NLR, but these people care; not just docs but the office staff as well. Best place I've gone in my 28 years. These people listen even when you don't know what to say. They find a way to help you say it.

I called 4 help with alcohol and I got a wonderful lady name Lana in support center. She gave some number, to try to help, but 2 of the. Numbers where not working. The last number I tried was working. But the person on other end was rude. But anyways, the support center is a great place to get advice. Thank ms. Lana in support center.
