I would just like to share my experience about Natural State and the guy Michael who manages the sober living houses. If it was not for him my son would be dead. He told me from the beginning that if my son was willing to go to any lengths to change his life then he would have a chance. I almost enabled my son to his grave by not listening to Michael and taking his suggestions. Today my son has a little over a year sober and is a new person. He also suggested that I go to Alanon meetings which I have been for a year and the relief that I get from these meetings are priceless. My son was making every excuse in the world to me and I was believing him instead of someone who has walked in his shoes. Again thank you Michael and Natural State Recovery.

This is the BEST 30 day facility I have EVER been to. They came and picked me up and showed me nothing but love the whole time I was there. The councilors and peer support are TOP NOTCH there is nothing better than learning about recovery from people who have been through recovery. The H&I meetings are truly amazing, the AA & NA come to the facility and tell their stories. All the story’s were good and helped me in my recovery giving me hope. The food is AMAZING… There are two awesome chefs that KNOW HOW TO COOK. YOU WILL EAT LIKE A KING/QUEEN. They also help you get into sober living and give you plenty of recourses you can use upon discharge. They have a heart for recovery and they deserve 5 STARS

U will wait hrs to be dosed. If nurse doesn't show u may wait up to 4 hrs for another to drive here from half state away. They cannot keep nurses. No councilor appointments. People talking bout and selling drugs in lobby. ( no B.S.) people come in on heroin and meth dirty UA's for a year and allowed to continue nonsto It's a joke. Because no other clinic near springfield they treat u any way they want u have no options. They charge insane prices and will take u off completely if no cash that week. It's against law but I watched them do it. Girl was assaulted in lobby guy still attends.

No one wants to stay in a place like this, but I cannot say enough about the nurses, doctors and staff working there. They were so kind and so respectful to me the entire time when they honestly didn’t have to be that way. It was so, so hard to make it through the few days I had to stay, so I will forever be grateful for their treatment. Dr. Henderson was also absolutely wonderful. I am so thankful I got to see her and for the help she provided me.
