I have read most of the reviews for this place. I know I cannot speak to the other families experiences but I can try to explain ours.
We had a child go through this program from July 2023-January 2024. Of course during that time we dearly missed our child. At first, we were extremely skeptical of the staff and the changes in therapists when he started. I know these places have turn-over and it concerned us. But we moved forward with them.
Our story has a fantastic finish. He made it through the program and was deemed ready to come back to us. The therapists and nurses there were fantastic, in keeping us informed of his progress. We attended all the visitations, day passes, overnite passes and family sessions throughout the process. What we seen in return was a confused child going in but a changed young man coming out. He changed drastically in his thought process and his coping skills.
We could see the changes as he moved through the program. We can't say enough about the results for our family and owe this facility all the credit for helping us get back our young man, no longer confused about his place in our family.
I don't know enough of the names of the staff but EVERYONE involved at the facility showed us patience, compassion and caring for our child. At the first day we met with our intake person, the nurses who would care for him and later that week the assigned therapist(s). Everyone showed us understanding with this traumatic transition. They provided resources and responses for our questions.
These folks have such a hard job treating these lost kids. We have the upmost respect for everything they do. Give this place a try and follow their steps. I'm sure you will see the results.

First off I’d like to say this mental hospital absolutely saved my life. The staff were AMAZING and helped me through the darkest point of my life. The food was great. I made a lot of friends there which helped incredibly with my social anxiety. I got on meds after finally figuring out what’s wrong with me. Literally no complaints other than the fact that I was cold all the time which they literally gave me a free hoodie for 🥺. I could not ever thank yall enough for the help I received here. I felt more at home here than at my own house. If I ever need mental health support again I will be back here.

This place saved me from myself and provided a scientific approach to my disorders that I didn't know I had. I was frustrated but after I explained my situation, everyone was very understanding. Just be honest and try to get better. No one said this would be easy or fair. I ran into the CEO of this place on a few occasions. Very human guy and friendly. I worked corporate world for 7 years and I am not used to friendly upper management or executives.
There could be improments sure. Just keep an open mind because I honestly can't explain what needs to improve. I just know there could be.
The doctors actually care here. Just be honest. They are trying to help and understand. They are humans too, so understand that please.
Everyone I ran into there was very human and wasn't really unpleasant. This was for the adult unit, though.
Take care of your families all.

I came here when I was 11 and I made some friends, I loved Mr Jackson and Ms Sarah, I had to stay for 1 week. It distracted me from suicidal thoughts even though there was this 1 girl named Mia who was OUTRAGEOUS and I like how they put your preferred name on your room tag, I was roommates with Mia but I told the staff that I was uncomfortable being in the same room with Mia because her anger is terrifying and that we used to date and broke up so it was akward. The cafeteria didn't smell the best and you had to finish eating your food or you couldn't get desert. I liked going outside to hang out with my friends Khloe, Jaylen and Aiden, and the privacy was neutral, our room doors had to be slightly open and we had shower magnet doors to cover us up, but since our WHOLE bathroom floor was wet, my jeans would get wet, in the day room I would mostly draw with my friends and that was really nice! we'd have some staff come out and give us fun activities to do, despite there was SO MUCH DRAMA I believe its a decent place to be, like previously mentioned it made a huge distraction from my suicidal thoughts and there was only a few times I'd get upset but then something fun happens afterwards :)

My biggest and most important takeaway is that my family member got the help they needed and became better after their stay here. They were admitted during a mental crisis and after a 12 day stay, their health improved dramatically and seems to be on the right track. Medication was given, monitored and adjusted during their stay.
I was able to speak to my family member every day, and was in frequent contact with their therapist, Sam. She was very informative and assuring during our multiple lengthy conversations. My family member also has a very favorable opinion of the staff here and has conveyed no complaints during our many phone calls.

Last March I was in a MVA and had a TBI. After months of looking, providers slapping mental health diagnosis on me, and medications that weren’t helping. I finally found Dr. Ann. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for someone who will listen, understand and provide results.

Fayetteville is the 325th most expensive city nationwide for addiction treatment affordability, with an average cost of addiction treatment of $50864. This is comparable to the average cost of $53036 for addiction treatment in Arkansas and lower than the national average cost for drug rehab of $57,193.
The costs of drug and alcohol rehab in Fayetteville vary widely and depend on several factors, including:
The costs of addiction treatment listed for cities and states are averages based on the cost of medical detox, inpatient rehab, outpatient rehab, and medication assisted treatment. These averages are high due to the cost of medical detoxification and residential inpatient rehab programs.
These numbers also reflect the raw cost of drug rehab, before any insurance coverage. The typical individual seeking addiction treatment can expect to pay much less for outpatient or intensive outpatient services than the averages listed below. There are many ways to pay for drug rehab in Fayetteville. Most rehab treatment centers accept cash or self-payment, as well as private health insurance. However, there are many treatment centers in Fayetteville that accept Medicaid and Medicare, or offer sliding scale payments or other low-cost payment options. Here's the complete breakdown of how to pay for addiction treatment near Fayetteville.
Aetna is the most widely-accepted insurance for drug rehabs in Fayetteville, with 3 treatment centers in the city accepting their insurance. Blue Cross Blue Shield is the 2nd most popular with 3 treatment centers accepting it followed by Cigna in 3rd accepted by 3 drug rehabs.
Fayetteville has the 7th highest rate of drug use nationwide among nearly 400 cities surveyed. This number reflects the combined use of cocaine, heroin, meth, and marijuana, displayed individually below. The percent shown for each drug represents the number of residents in Washington county that have reported ever using the following drugs, so these numbers should not be interpreted as direct evidence of current drug use in Fayetteville or Washington county as a whole.
In 2023, Fayetteville had the 209th highest number narcotics violations out of 330 cities nationwide, with a total of 283 reported drug-related incidents that year. This includes cases of public intoxication, drug arrests, narcotics found during house calls and traffic stops, and any other drug-related crime.
Keep in mind these numbers are dependent on accurate record keeping and reporting laws by local police and sheriffs, and may not fully reflect all drug related crime in Fayetteville. All values are per 100,000 population.
