I have an amazing doctor, Dr. Morgan. My other specialists are wonderful, too. No one has been disrespectful or nasty to me, unlike hospitals in Decatur, Il, where I was treated like crap and nearly died due to incompetence there. I worried about getting VA care again, but I feel really great about the Fayetteville VA.

I was able to get the best help I was able to get. Piney ridge helped me throughout the way. They have great staff and administration personnel that are there to truly help kids in the United States. I am forever grateful of Piney Ridge and I would highly recommend other states to look into sending kids to this program if need be.

I have read most of the reviews for this place. I know I cannot speak to the other families experiences but I can try to explain ours. We had a child go through this program from July 2023-January 2024. Of course during that time we dearly missed our child. At first, we were extremely skeptical of the staff and the changes in therapists when he started. I know these places have turn-over and it concerned us. But we moved forward with them. Our story has a fantastic finish. He made it through the program and was deemed ready to come back to us. The therapists and nurses there were fantastic, in keeping us informed of his progress. We attended all the visitations, day passes, overnite passes and family sessions throughout the process. What we seen in return was a confused child going in but a changed young man coming out. He changed drastically in his thought process and his coping skills. We could see the changes as he moved through the program. We can't say enough about the results for our family and owe this facility all the credit for helping us get back our young man, no longer confused about his place in our family. I don't know enough of the names of the staff but EVERYONE involved at the facility showed us patience, compassion and caring for our child. At the first day we met with our intake person, the nurses who would care for him and later that week the assigned therapist(s). Everyone showed us understanding with this traumatic transition. They provided resources and responses for our questions. These folks have such a hard job treating these lost kids. We have the upmost respect for everything they do. Give this place a try and follow their steps. I'm sure you will see the results.

I love this place i was a resident at PRTC from 9/29/22-6/30/23 I had a great expierence here and learning new thing the staff is so supportive i appreciate every staff on the girls unit(East) and my therapist(best therapist i have ever had) Thank you Ms.Ryan.C and Ms.Kourtney.H i appreciate you guys so much you both have helped me through the toughest time i had at PRTC you both were there for me when i was self-harming, Trying to end my life, acting out, fighting and when i had panic attacks i still have the notes that you both gave me they stay in my wallet and i read them when i miss you guys i still have the cow stuff animal from Ms.Kourtney i sleep with it because i feel safe when i have it because i know who gave it to me and that the person who gave it to me cares and was a safe person i got comfortable with. I miss you guys and thank you every one for everything you guys did to help me get through treatment. I miss you Ms.Ryan and Ms.Kourtney and i love you guys with boundaries also thank you Ms.Sch'Vannia for helping me and discharging me On june 30th. I was a patient here when I was 15. My experience here changed me and showed me that life is so much more than just having your mind consumed by thoughts. this place has amazing staff with the most calming tones and the kindest care, providing optional snacks and music if asked. I would admit myself again anytime I feel an episode happening, I would feel safe and comfortable. They do try to put you on a medication for some reason every time you go but if you say you are better without and can prove that then i’m sure they wouldn’t force anything on you. They focus on helping troubled people adjust to everyday life!

I was fortunate enough to be admitted to Springwoods for a detox several years ago. It ended up being the initial catalyst that changed my path in life for the better, which continues to this day. But doctor Rahim and the amazing techs make it 1000000% better since COVID days. I give it 4 because they are trying hard to improve, they just need more staff. I was admitted in spring of this year of 2025 and it was the best thing I could of done. Thank you so much because I have been sober off alcohol since. You all saved my life and helped me so much in inpatient and outpatient. Angel souls and I appreciate you all. ❤️❤️❤️ Update: Hi, I am happy to say that it's coming up on nearly a year since I was last admitted to inpatient. I have been sober from alcohol and cigarettes plus hard things almost a year. Reading and exercise has helped a lot. Thank you all for your hard work and care. I will try to give updates when I can. I completed their neurofeedback program in 2017 with INPS. It was absolutely amazing for my anxiety and sleep. I had tried many things for years without resolving the issues and neurofeedback resolved it completely. Life changing and could not recommend them enough. You've got to stick with it and go through the whole program - don't give up after a few sessions. There seem to be a lot of complaints about insurance, billing, or paperwork issues in many of the other reviews. I, personally, didn't experience any of that. Everyone was very nice and professional with clear communication along the way.

Last March I was in a MVA and had a TBI. After months of looking, providers slapping mental health diagnosis on me, and medications that weren’t helping. I finally found Dr. Ann. She understood what I was experiencing and got me the help I needed. I am now off all medication and improving everyday. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for someone who will listen, understand and provide results.

Best most through eye exam I have ever had and I've been in glasses since I was 10. So relaxing I was falling asleep. The most helpful when picking out frames. I moved to GROVE in November and did not establish a primary care yet, but I was sick about three weeks ago with whatever it is it’s going around. I called the VINITA clinic sincr they’re larger. They said they had no idea if they could get me in even though I would come as a walk-in, they said they usually just take established patients Which can take a month or more. I call Jay. They got me right in that day. The doctor I saw was wonderful. He acted like he had all the time in the world. He explained things really well and I probably did not have to wait over 10 minutes to see him

I absolutely love Dr. Dalai. He has put the time & work in no matter what road blocks we hit. I’ve fought many demons that he has helped me understand. I couldn’t have done it without him and his amazing staff.. shoutout to Bri and all the other nurses who put up with my horrible anxiety. They all pitch in to help, I’ve even had the wonderful chance to meet the officer manager who isn’t afraid to jump in there and help with patients.
