I love the Doctor who runs it and talks with you. He really does care. But they have a very high turnover rate. They always have new counselors and dosing nurses. From what I understand, they offer no insurance for their employees and the pay isn t very good.

The stall is exceptionally nice and professional. The best care I have ever received at a VA facility and I have received great care at other VA facilities. The Doctor I saw was superb, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Best kept secret in Arkansas is the exceptional care You receive at the Searcy Clinic. The Clinic was recommended to me by a Veteran's organization. I have to drive a little to go there, but it is worth it. My wife was with me there- she is a lawyer and doesn't impress easily. She told me I hit a home run selecting the Searcy clinic.

I was scheduled for a procedure, went in through the ER, the desk clerk was very nice, she had nearly all my paperwork ready. All I had to do was give a copy of my meds and insurance cards for her to copy. I was called back within minutesthe nurse was extremely nice. Was put in a room where they took my vitals and explained everything, everyone was knowledgeable and explained every detail of what would take place . I could not have been more pleased with my experience and want to say that everything was very clean, very impressive, I hope if I ever have to go there in the future that I will be as pleased as I was with this visit.

The doctors were very efficient most of the staff was very helpful. The front desk staff in the ER however was very rude and made fun of my inquiries.... I was without a ride and a very nice staff member helped cover a taxi ride back home for me.

My PCP referred me to the Counseling Center and I was quickly contacted and was sent all my intake paperwork to fill out ahead of time. I was then scheduled with a Therapist within 2 days and met with my new Psychiatrist also. I have Recurrent Major Depressive Disorder with Anxiety along side a history of AUD. The staff is always extremely kind and helpful. They work with your schedule and are available for quick response if needed. I feel the decision to come here has given me real hope in managing my mental state and ultimately my life going forward. I'm very grateful to have the support provided here.

I see Mandy as my therapist and Trish NP in psych, and she is my doctor. Both listen so well to me. I was new and very afraid. One of my things is fear. My 2and session went great. I was treated very well yesterday afternoon at the Emergency Room. The Staff was very Professional and the nurses on duty took very good care of me. The Doctor or Nurse Practicener Allison Shepherd was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do to solve my problem and the nurses under her knew exactly what to do they made me feel very comfortable because it was not a comfortable situation. There first names where Catlin and Hannah did not catch the other nurses name but they worked together knew exactly what they were doing. The nurse that checked me in didn't catch her name either took my Blood pressure and vital signs knew her Job very well. The Receptionist that checked me in was very kind and knew exactly what she was doing. I recommend Forrest city Medical center. They also had an entertainer come into the Room named Josh Barnett very funny Guy just happens to be my Son
