I went here for a few months for help with tapering off of benzos that I had been prescribed for anxiety. I was having a lot of trouble or with withdrawal symptoms and wanted to make sure I was tapering the correct way. I met with Brian a couple times and he was very nice. The only negative I have is he did a drug test on me without disclosing that I would get a bill. Now I have a $180 bill to test for drugs that I was prescribed. It would have been nice if the fact that I would have to pay so much for a drug test was disclosed before taking it, and if I had been given an option to opt out.

I called 4 help with alcohol and I got a wonderful lady name Lana in support center. She gave some number, to try to help, but 2 of the. Numbers where not working. The last number I tried was working. But the person on other end was rude. But anyways, the support center is a great place to get advice. Thank ms. Lana in support center.

I wanted to say thank you for really helping me. as soon as i went in the hospital van it fixed me 90% i used to have outbursts weekly and the patients and staff were nicer than the people in school. I was hated by the entire school in 4th grade and the school staff didnt do anything about it every single time i told them and they still dont. I never had one get in trouble out of every single time i was bullied. They said it had to be physical and one time it was physical. And they called it harassment (the non phsyical bullying). To be honest im thinking about trying to sue the school out of 1 billion dollars to get the owner in jail i really dont think im gonna do it because it requires alot of thinking to do it and after i think about doing something bad for a while i just realize i shouldnt do that. And i think you should get a higher review rating because the food is good too

I’ve been coming here since November 24,2017 this place has changed my life . By now I would either be in jail or dead at the rate I was going in my addiction. New seasons treat you like a person and not just a number. I have the best counselor in the building which is Darlene. The nurses are great as well .I will forever miss the nurse jessica. She helped me though a lot. So if your thinking about coming here please make that life changing decision. This November it will be six years clean off of opiates and alcohol.. they have counseling, and classes and group classes have started back up now. The main key in to recovery is family support and changing ur people,places, and things…before I come here I was living out of my car in southern Illinois. Now since I’ve moved back home I have my own place I’m able to keep a job I’ve met the love of my life this past year and we are getting married this coming may. My life has changed for the better the people who work here are truly caring. So again if ur thinking about coming here please do it changed my life I’m no longer depending on pills and alcohol it takes work and u make slip a time or two I know I did but you get back up and keep fighting …

I went there for 7 days and I was not doing on my meds and 2c was depressing there was 5 to 6 years old kids it was not a good place to go ever in my life and the kids were getting in fights and yelling they didn't even care about it. I had no direct number to contact the therapist. Google Maps had no directions. I drove around 30 minutes trying to find the location. Finally called the out of state number I’d found, but could barely understand the person, due to a very thick accent. She was zero help. Had no idea, but said she could try & find an email address so I could try & send a message. I thanked her & hung up. I finally found a row of mail boxes in a parking lot that had the address I’d been seeking. Thank God, I’d finally found it. It would be great if you could update address & contact information to ensure no one else encounters what I dealt with. A bright sign on the building would be helpful as well. The large “David’s Burgers” sign should be removed.
The actual therapist seems as if she will be helpful. I enjoyed our first session.
