I was there back in the start of 2024, this placed helped me discover parts of my past that were hidden away with years of not wanting to be anyone's problem. My therapist was really good to me and I would suggest anyone to go here if given the chance; I still talk to the guys that were in my cluster even though a couple of them passed away since we graduated. I still reminisce about spending time there and making memories even though some of them were difficult.

I went there personally for three months. This place has had such a positive impact on me. The staff there are absolutely amazing and care for you so deeply. They do their best to understand where you are at. This program has helped me get into healthy routines like working out daily, taking care of my puppy, And having a healthy schedule in general! I have zero bad things to say about this place. I highly recommend. I don’t know where I would be without capstone. The treatment was very intensive, but has helped my family and I out in so many ways!

Capstone has been a defining part of our family’s journey during one of the hardest seasons of our lives. As a mom of a 16-year-old struggling with substance use and mental health, I had done the research, read the books, and tried the therapy—but Capstone brought something different that we truly needed. I truly believe God led me to this place, and He continues to guide our journey every step of the way. The counseling process is exceptional. Our counselor, Matthew, has been both professional and deeply personal in the way he supports our family. My son connected with him in a way that isn’t easy for teenage boys, and that relationship has made a lasting impact that continues into aftercare. Family Week was one of the most powerful experiences I’ve had as a parent. It gave my son a voice and gave me insight into myself that I had never seen before—even after years of therapy. It completely changed how I show up for him. I was also struck by Adrian Hickmon’s leadership and presence. From the moment I walked in and he knew my name and my son, I felt seen. The wisdom he shared—and the time he personally took to answer my questions—was unlike anything I’ve encountered elsewhere. His perspective on focusing on small, steady progress has stayed with me and continues to guide how I support my son. For the first time in years, I see real hope. We are communicating better, growing closer, and moving in the right direction. This journey is far from over, but I trust that God is continuing to work in my son’s life. Capstone helped shift the trajectory—and that means everything.

I just came home from here 2 weeks ago. This place is AMAZING!! I didn't want to go at first, I read the reviews here, on day 3 I was finally settled in and knew I couldn't have been at a better place. The staff is exceptional!! It is a very intense program, but it's wonderful. Classes are 7 days a week, 8am-7pm, lots of breaks in between, plus lunch and dinner breaks. The food was exceptional! You definitely will not go hungry here!! When it was my day to go, part of me didn't want to leave, I had made great friends there and this place had become my safe place. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing help. This place will save your life if you let them!! **Edit to add, 6 months post treatment, still sober (237 days). My brother is now a resident there, he's on day 4 today. This place is amazing!!** Update: 09/09/25, still sober!! 802 days!! Still recommending this place to people!!!

I recently spoke with the staff at Courage in Searcy, and I am very impressed with how they’re approaching care. They take the time to clearly explain their strategies and are open to input from families, which makes me feel like a valued part of the team. I really appreciate their focus on structure, accountability, and teaching real-life consequences, rather than just offering recreational activities. It’s clear they are committed to helping patients learn and grow in a supportive environment. Overall, I feel confident that my little guy is in a place that truly prioritizes both guidance and care. I came into the ER on Monday afternoon on the 17th with what I thought would be something silly. I was very quickly assessed by the ER staff and it turned out my condition was serious and I would need to stay for several days to receive IV antibiotics. I was absolutely terrified as I'd never been through anything like this before. Hailey was my nurse at this time and she immediately recognized how scared I was and she was so attentive and comforting, she treated me with such care and did everything she could to make me comfortable. I dont remember the name of the APRN(?) that was with me at that time but she was also very informative and comforting and did everything she could to explain what was going on and worked quickly to make sure I received the proper care. Both ladies were amazing and I dont think I could put into words how much I appreciate them for that. From there I was checked into med surge by Stephanie, she also recognized my concern and was amazing at de-escalating and calming me down and making me comfortable. At one point during my stay she even sat with me and held my hand and comforted me while I was struggling and emotional and talked me through it until I felt better, which I could never thank her enough for. Jalessa was my night nurse and again was amazing and so patient and there for me anytime I needed her. She was so careful to continue care throughout the night without interrupting what rest I was able to get, and she was very good at her job! These two ladies I believe were my guardian angels, and I dont know what I would've done without them. I stayed in the hospital for 3 nights and from day one every department in the hospital, from dietary to housekeeping and especially the CNAs, treated me professionally and helped me with everything I needed. Zack was a CNA that especially stuck out as going above and beyond to help with everything my family and I needed. The doctors that treated me were Dr Knefati in ER and Dr Whitt and Sarah the surgical director who had both treated me recently for a related issue, they were all amazing and went out of their way to make sure that I understood what was happening to me and to address any of my concerns or questions every step of the way. The entire staff did everything they could to help me through what felt like some of the worst days of my life. Even Roshanta who drew my blood every morning was amazing and I'm horrible with blood draws so they're normally not my favorite person lol! Im sorry for the extra long review, but I really want them all to know that I will never forget the care and respect that they gave me and how much they helped me. If you could please pass this along to them I would appreciate it, they deserve all the recognition!

My wife of 52 years passed a way in 2021. I began seeing a counselor after I had back surgery in 2022. About a year later I had to relocate to Lonoke County. I was experiencing complicated grief and depression and needed someone to listen to what I had to say instead of just telling me what to do. I started seeing Shannan at Arisa, several months ago. Shannan, who was young enough to be my granddaughter, had the ability to help me feel better after each session. Unfortunately, Shannan went to work at another clinic in Little Rock a few weeks ago. Her move seems like another loss and now I only hope I can see another counselor who will give me the attention that Shannan did. My experience with Shannan at Arisa was very positive. I’m hoping to find another counselor who can continue helping me with my grief and depression the way she did.

I love this hospital!!!! I have been admitted several times with dangerously low blood sugar with seizures and have been in the ICU many times. Exceptional care in the ER, ICU and even in the regular rooms. I was just there this past weekend. I drove myself from Cabot with severe chest pains, dizziness and shortness of breath ECT... (The nurse and Dr. Got on to me for doing that) I wasn't sure how to get to the ER and I accidentally went to the front of the hospital. There was an amazing young lady taking out a patient... her name was Stephanie she saw me and the condition I was in put me in a wheelchair and rushed me to the ER. I received excellent care in the ER. I was admitted and still received excellent care in my room. The aids and nurses we're all amazing, I can't think them enough! I didn't see anyone from housekeeping but since it was Saturday to Sunday they may have been off. Thank you all and God bless!

Everyone here is great, and has been a huge part of my families journey in healing, growth, set back, heart ache, confusion, anger, learn/remember the knowledge to give you the power to help you succeed in whatever it is you are there for and hopefully accomplishing. They have been amazing and understanding with scheduling multiple sessions per week with multiple providers and family members working on different things. Further more, we are a high complex medical family of 🦓Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, and we are fortunate enough to have my children's psych Dr Kelsey McClellan who also has EDS her self, and understands more what my children are going through. If you have eds, I highly recommend you giving this place a try. I have educated them a ton. I highly recommend coming here! If I had to make one observation it would be to clean the bathroom more often. There are a lot of people, especially kids in and out of there; myself included all different times of the day in the weeks. With my health issues, and a lot of other people I see come in there, with how alot of kids use the bathroom 😳🫣🤭 I have seen much worse bathrooms tho, and every where else is always clean. I'm just saying...If I had to leave an area of improvement this is what I'd say 😂 see you at therapy 🤣🤗
