The floor staff are courteous and professional. They took good care of both my husband and me. My problem was with some of the docs in the ER. They get a 2.

I ve had to take my children to the ER twice and both times everyone was extremely sweet and attentive to my children. Very fast and took care of the problem seriously and promptly. Thank you!!!

The therapists at Families Inc. Are caring and extremely professional. My life has forever been changed for the better. I have Lynnita Walker and Jon Madill to thank for that. The staff here are very good at helping families fond a healthier perspective on life. I highly recommended this place and the therapist here, especially Jon and Lynnita. This place was instrumental in helping me to address issues that were making life as a single parent to a teenager overwhelming and nearly impossible. I AM now in so much better of a place because they gave me the tools to be a stronger more competent parent.

I was treated very well yesterday afternoon at the Emergency Room. The Staff was very Professional and the nurses on duty took very good care of me. The Doctor or Nurse Practicener Allison Shepherd was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do to solve my problem and the nurses under her knew exactly what to do they made me feel very comfortable because it was not a comfortable situation. There first names where Catlin and Hannah did not catch the other nurses name but they worked together knew exactly what they were doing. The nurse that checked me in didn't catch her name either took my Blood pressure and vital signs knew her Job very well. The Receptionist that checked me in was very kind and knew exactly what she was doing. I recommend Forrest city Medical center. They also had an entertainer come into the Room named Josh Barnett very funny Guy just happens to be my Son

My wife of 52 years passed a way in 2021. I began seeing a counselor after I had back surgery in 2022. About a year later I had to relocate to Lonoke County. I was experiencing complicated grief and depression and needed someone to listen to what I had to say instead of just telling me what to do.I started seeing Shannan at Arisa, several months ago. Shannan, who was young enough to be my granddaughter, had the ability to help me feel better after each session. Unfortunately, Shannan went to work at another clinic in Little Rock a few weeks ago. Her move seems like another loss and now I only hope I can see another counselor who will give me the attention that Shannan did.My experience with Shannan at Arisa was very positive. I m hoping to find another counselor who can continue helping me with my grief and depression the way she did.

Awesome co workers and therapists staff always going extra mile for clients

I have been going here for a few years now, Mrs Jamie is an amazing therapist and the employee's so friendly. Everyone there wants you to feel helped and cared for and will try their best for you and helping you get on the path to recovery.

Mr. Walker and all the counselor and staff are so very nice to me every time I go there.

This place is AMAZING with my daughter!! Her therapist is so sweet and caring and the meds Dr always asks for her input and explains EVERYTHING to her.
