Our son is currently enrolled at Capstone. It's difficult to put into words how amazing this place is. The level of excellence, from the therapists to the support staff, is second to none. Be advised, they do not mess around. The commitment level they require from the family is high, and for good reason. I've never experienced "tough love" like they put forth. This is a blessed place and we are grateful God led us to Capstone.

I just came home from here 2 weeks ago. This place is AMAZING!! I didn't want to go at first, I read the reviews here, on day 3 I was finally settled in and knew I couldn't have been at a better place. The staff is exceptional!! It is a very intense program, but it's wonderful. Classes are 7 days a week, 8am-7pm, lots of breaks in between, plus lunch and dinner breaks. The food was exceptional! You definitely will not go hungry here!! When it was my day to go, part of me didn't want to leave, I had made great friends there and this place had become my safe place. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing help. This place will save your life if you let them!!
**Edit to add, 6 months post treatment, still sober (237 days). My brother is now a resident there, he's on day 4 today. This place is amazing!!**

so far ive been so blessed with them in where im at in life. I haven't made it to them yet bc of prescription problems but they helped make it happen with a grant when I told them what I was going through and what I planned with my life but I truly needed help and Paige has been more than helping and understanding before I have even got there. I will know more when I get there tomorrow but so far they have been more than understanding and helpful when im at a very tough time in my life.

We recently had to deliver our sweet boy who miscarried and the nurses and staff in the labor and delivery department were so gentle and kind. They were attentive and patient. I went here for a few months for help with tapering off of benzos that I had been prescribed for anxiety. I was having a lot of trouble or with withdrawal symptoms and wanted to make sure I was tapering the correct way. I met with Brian a couple times and he was very nice. The only negative I have is he did a drug test on me without disclosing that I would get a bill. Now I have a $180 bill to test for drugs that I was prescribed. It would have been nice if the fact that I would have to pay so much for a drug test was disclosed before taking it, and if I had been given an option to opt out.

I would just like to share my experience about Natural State and the guy Michael who manages the sober living houses. If it was not for him my son would be dead. He told me from the beginning that if my son was willing to go to any lengths to change his life then he would have a chance. I almost enabled my son to his grave by not listening to Michael and taking his suggestions. Today my son has a little over a year sober and is a new person. He also suggested that I go to Alanon meetings which I have been for a year and the relief that I get from these meetings are priceless. My son was making every excuse in the world to me and I was believing him instead of someone who has walked in his shoes. Again thank you Michael and Natural State Recovery.

I guess the people saying they are rude must have been rude to them first because they have always been kind and very understanding to me. I've been going there almost 5 years and they probably saved my life and I thank them so much for the help they have given and are still giving me. Acceptance it one of the biggest keys in life ( some times we have to relive the past in order to heal from it ) 💯

I finally felt loved again. I had lost the appreciation of my family and had lost my girlfriend. When I first came to this place, they welcomed me with so much love that I remembered how that felt, after a while, I made amends with my family and apologized to my ex for everything I had put her through. I'm happy that they opened my eyes and showed me that the past can not be changed, the present goes on, and the future is a complete mystery.

I experienced some unusual chest tightness that radiated into my shoulder. As an older male, I decided that I should go to the ER at Conway Regional Medical Center. As soon as I told the desk person the reason for my visit, I was given an ekg followed shortly by X-rays and a blood test. I was monitored over a period of time and given a second blood test. During this whole time, I felt that everyone was professionally and compassionately caring for me and my concerns. I was cleared of any signs of a heart attack but strongly encouraged to follow up with my PCP and cardiologist which I did. A subsequent heart cath 5 days later determined that I had a blockage in the dreaded Widowmaker that was successfully stented . I am convinced that the medical staff at CRMS through their diligence prevented me from having a heart damaging event. My gratitude is very HEART felt. Thank you all.

Good hospitality or just finding people who enjoy their jobs is hard to find now a days but let me tell you how amazing Conway regional labor and delivery department was. I came in for a scheduled induction. Right off the bat the lady at the front desk was kinda and helped us get started and to our room. Once in our room I meet my first nurse, Jennifer. She was my nurse Sunday evening to sometime early Monday! She was so kind and so attentive. I was laboring for 22 hours before deciding to do a c-section. All the nurses I had throughout Monday were literally so amazing! Bailey, the anesthesiologist was also so kind. He explained everything to me from getting the epidural to getting the medicine for the c-section. If you are worried or have any doubts, please don’t. As a black women and as it was my first pregnancy/labor, it was great all because of the staff here. Not to mention Dr.Sick is an AMAZING OB! She made me feel so safe and comfortable, even my husband felt so secure.

Best physc. Doctor ever!
DR. West is everything I ever need for my mental health medications, he listens fully and is friendly.
The mental health counselors are wonderful and the day program is full of wonderful clients and it's 3 days a week m-w. 8:30 - 2:00pm and there are 2 sides 1 for adults and the other for children. All under 1 massive roof! Come check it out and probably get all your mental health needs addressed.

I was in a dark place when I sought counseling at PCA. They helped me when I had no job or insurance. The saw my need and put me with someone immediately. This isn't the most modern office building in NLR, but these people care; not just docs but the office staff as well. Best place I've gone in my 28 years. These people listen even when you don't know what to say. They find a way to help you say it.

My wife of 52 years passed a way in 2021. I began seeing a counselor after I had back surgery in 2022. About a year later I had to relocate to Lonoke County. I was experiencing complicated grief and depression and needed someone to listen to what I had to say instead of just telling me what to do.
I started seeing Shannan at Arisa, several months ago. Shannan, who was young enough to be my granddaughter, had the ability to help me feel better after each session. Unfortunately, Shannan went to work at another clinic in Little Rock a few weeks ago. Her move seems like another loss and now I only hope I can see another counselor who will give me the attention that Shannan did.
My experience with Shannan at Arisa was very positive. I’m hoping to find another counselor who can continue helping me with my grief and depression the way she did.
