Our son is currently enrolled at Capstone. It's difficult to put into words how amazing this place is. The level of excellence, from the therapists to the support staff, is second to none. Be advised, they do not mess around. The commitment level they require from the family is high, and for good reason. I've never experienced "tough love" like they put forth. This is a blessed place and we are grateful God led us to Capstone.

I went here for a few months for help with tapering off of benzos that I had been prescribed for anxiety. I was having a lot of trouble or with withdrawal symptoms and wanted to make sure I was tapering the correct way. I met with Brian a couple times and he was very nice. The only negative I have is he did a drug test on me without disclosing that I would get a bill. Now I have a $180 bill to test for drugs that I was prescribed. It would have been nice if the fact that I would have to pay so much for a drug test was disclosed before taking it, and if I had been given an option to opt out.

I would just like to share my experience about Natural State and the guy Michael who manages the sober living houses. If it was not for him my son would be dead. He told me from the beginning that if my son was willing to go to any lengths to change his life then he would have a chance. I almost enabled my son to his grave by not listening to Michael and taking his suggestions. Today my son has a little over a year sober and is a new person. He also suggested that I go to Alanon meetings which I have been for a year and the relief that I get from these meetings are priceless. My son was making every excuse in the world to me and I was believing him instead of someone who has walked in his shoes. Again thank you Michael and Natural State Recovery.

I just came home from here 2 weeks ago. This place is AMAZING!! I didn't want to go at first, I read the reviews here, on day 3 I was finally settled in and knew I couldn't have been at a better place. The staff is exceptional!! It is a very intense program, but it's wonderful. Classes are 7 days a week, 8am-7pm, lots of breaks in between, plus lunch and dinner breaks. The food was exceptional! You definitely will not go hungry here!! When it was my day to go, part of me didn't want to leave, I had made great friends there and this place had become my safe place. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing help. This place will save your life if you let them!!
**Edit to add, 6 months post treatment, still sober (237 days). My brother is now a resident there, he's on day 4 today. This place is amazing!!**

so far ive been so blessed with them in where im at in life. I haven't made it to them yet bc of prescription problems but they helped make it happen with a grant when I told them what I was going through and what I planned with my life but I truly needed help and Paige has been more than helping and understanding before I have even got there. I will know more when I get there tomorrow but so far they have been more than understanding and helpful when im at a very tough time in my life.

I wanted to say thank you for really helping me. as soon as i went in the hospital van it fixed me 90% i used to have outbursts weekly and the patients and staff were nicer than the people in school. I was hated by the entire school in 4th grade and the school staff didnt do anything about it every single time i told them and they still dont. I never had one get in trouble out of every single time i was bullied. They said it had to be physical and one time it was physical. And they called it harassment (the non phsyical bullying). To be honest im thinking about trying to sue the school out of 1 billion dollars to get the owner in jail i really dont think im gonna do it because it requires alot of thinking to do it and after i think about doing something bad for a while i just realize i shouldnt do that. And i think you should get a higher review rating because the food is good too

I was in the Autumn unit. I went in for a suicide attempt and came out better then ever. I wanna give a shout out to Mrs Rhonda, Bam, Kaitlyn, tyrek, thomas, Mrs Carol, Mrs Jay Moss, Cam, Shameka, Blake, and mrs yam. They helped me in ways I never thought was possible. I guess the people saying they are rude must have been rude to them first because they have always been kind and very understanding to me. I was here about a year ago for 7 days and it was honestly a good experience for me. I made good friends and i ended up leaving with a good state of mind. The bad parts of it is I only did group therapy once and seen my therapist twice the whole time. The food isn’t the best but if you let them know they can put you on a special diet. The rooms can get super hot at night. That was the worst part for sure. Mrs Val is the absolute best teacher there.

As much as people share their bad experiences and reviews about this place it changed my life. When I was 12 I was having bad anger issues and suicidal thoughts to the point I was scared of the harm I was causing to not only myself but others. I came here and I asked a staff member the fastest way to get out of there cuz I was scared. He told me to just cooperate with the doctors and therapists and tell them exactly how I feel so they could help me. I seen and did some crazy shit while in there, but all in all I came out as a complete bettered version of myself and I wish I could tell the kids in there the same thing I was told. Don't fight it, just let them inside your head and take the medicine they prescribe you and it will change your life.

I finally felt loved again. I had lost the appreciation of my family and had lost my girlfriend. When I first came to this place, they welcomed me with so much love that I remembered how that felt, after a while, I made amends with my family and apologized to my ex for everything I had put her through. Hello people I was one a member at birch tree communities mountain view site when I was there in the beginning I was 19 years old I have been successfully discharged I had a long history of anger issues I have been safely removed off of all my medication but one just to help me sleep. It doesn't matter what your past was like the only person that can change your future is you honestly I know I'm not perfect neither is the person standing next to you everyone makes mistake mine have made me wiser and pain has made me stronger there's going to come a point in your life that you are going to have to face your past and except the fact that you can not do anything about it but you can make a choice about your future the only person that can change is you and I believe that recovery is possible I did recover I'm 30 yrs old now I have 3 more years until my land is payed for I'm a certified mechanic and certified x-ray welder no matter where you are in life you always have the chance to start over again the only person that can do that is you. Acceptance it one of the biggest keys in life ( some times we have to relive the past in order to heal from it ) 💯

I had no direct number to contact the therapist. Google Maps had no directions. I drove around 30 minutes trying to find the location. Finally called the out of state number I’d found, but could barely understand the person, due to a very thick accent. She was zero help. Had no idea, but said she could try & find an email address so I could try & send a message. I thanked her & hung up. I finally found a row of mail boxes in a parking lot that had the address I’d been seeking. Thank God, I’d finally found it. It would be great if you could update address & contact information to ensure no one else encounters what I dealt with. A bright sign on the building would be helpful as well. The large “David’s Burgers” sign should be removed.
The actual therapist seems as if she will be helpful. I enjoyed our first session.

With complex chronic health condition it is beyond AMAZING to have a health care provider that is willing to go the extra steps. Without Ashley Walker, APRN, I wouldn't be where I am in my health journey. I greatly appreciate all she & Cheyenne have done for me over the years.
Referrals within BRMC have not been an issue to arrange as well as to other facilities in & out of state. If timing has been a factor it has been from the receiving facility & not on this clinic's end.
Appointments with Ashley are made as quickly as possible & more often than not I can be seen on day I call as long as there is availability. Recommend to call early for same day appt.
I've used Ashley for my child since a newborn & plan to continue to do so. We go to health dept for immunizations but Ashley takes care of everything else.

I experienced some unusual chest tightness that radiated into my shoulder. As an older male, I decided that I should go to the ER at Conway Regional Medical Center. As soon as I told the desk person the reason for my visit, I was given an ekg followed shortly by X-rays and a blood test. I was monitored over a period of time and given a second blood test. During this whole time, I felt that everyone was professionally and compassionately caring for me and my concerns. I was cleared of any signs of a heart attack but strongly encouraged to follow up with my PCP and cardiologist which I did. A subsequent heart cath 5 days later determined that I had a blockage in the dreaded Widowmaker that was successfully stented . I am convinced that the medical staff at CRMS through their diligence prevented me from having a heart damaging event. My gratitude is very HEART felt. Thank you all.

Good hospitality or just finding people who enjoy their jobs is hard to find now a days but let me tell you how amazing Conway regional labor and delivery department was. I came in for a scheduled induction. Right off the bat the lady at the front desk was kinda and helped us get started and to our room. Once in our room I meet my first nurse, Jennifer. She was my nurse Sunday evening to sometime early Monday! She was so kind and so attentive. I was laboring for 22 hours before deciding to do a c-section. All the nurses I had throughout Monday were literally so amazing! Bailey, the anesthesiologist was also so kind. He explained everything to me from getting the epidural to getting the medicine for the c-section. If you are worried or have any doubts, please don’t. As a black women and as it was my first pregnancy/labor, it was great all because of the staff here. Not to mention Dr.Sick is an AMAZING OB! She made me feel so safe and comfortable, even my husband felt so secure.
