I came into the ER on Monday afternoon on the 17th with what I thought would be something silly. I was very quickly assessed by the ER staff and it turned out my condition was serious and I would need to stay for several days to receive IV antibiotics. I was absolutely terrified as I'd never been through anything like this before. Hailey was my nurse at this time and she immediately recognized how scared I was and she was so attentive and comforting, she treated me with such care and did everything she could to make me comfortable. I dont remember the name of the APRN(?) that was with me at that time but she was also very informative and comforting and did everything she could to explain what was going on and worked quickly to make sure I received the proper care. Both ladies were amazing and I dont think I could put into words how much I appreciate them for that. From there I was checked into med surge by Stephanie, she also recognized my concern and was amazing at de-escalating and calming me down and making me comfortable. At one point during my stay she even sat with me and held my hand and comforted me while I was struggling and emotional and talked me through it until I felt better, which I could never thank her enough for. Jalessa was my night nurse and again was amazing and so patient and there for me anytime I needed her. She was so careful to continue care throughout the night without interrupting what rest I was able to get, and she was very good at her job! These two ladies I believe were my guardian angels, and I dont know what I would've done without them. I stayed in the hospital for 3 nights and from day one every department in the hospital, from dietary to housekeeping and especially the CNAs, treated me professionally and helped me with everything I needed. Zack was a CNA that especially stuck out as going above and beyond to help with everything my family and I needed. The doctors that treated me were Dr Knefati in ER and Dr Whitt and Sarah the surgical director who had both treated me recently for a related issue, they were all amazing and went out of their way to make sure that I understood what was happening to me and to address any of my concerns or questions every step of the way. The entire staff did everything they could to help me through what felt like some of the worst days of my life. Even Roshanta who drew my blood every morning was amazing and I'm horrible with blood draws so they're normally not my favorite person lol! Im sorry for the extra long review, but I really want them all to know that I will never forget the care and respect that they gave me and how much they helped me. If you could please pass this along to them I would appreciate it, they deserve all the recognition!

I was there back in the start of 2024, this placed helped me discover parts of my past that were hidden away with years of not wanting to be anyone's problem. My therapist was really good to me and I would suggest anyone to go here if given the chance; I still talk to the guys that were in my cluster even though a couple of them passed away since we graduated. I still reminisce about spending time there and making memories even though some of them were difficult.

I went there personally for three months. This place has had such a positive impact on me. The staff there are absolutely amazing and care for you so deeply. They do their best to understand where you are at. This program has helped me get into healthy routines like working out daily, taking care of my puppy, And having a healthy schedule in general! I have zero bad things to say about this place. I highly recommend. I don’t know where I would be without capstone. The treatment was very intensive, but has helped my family and I out in so many ways!

Capstone has been a defining part of our family’s journey during one of the hardest seasons of our lives. As a mom of a 16-year-old struggling with substance use and mental health, I had done the research, read the books, and tried the therapy—but Capstone brought something different that we truly needed. I truly believe God led me to this place, and He continues to guide our journey every step of the way. The counseling process is exceptional. Our counselor, Matthew, has been both professional and deeply personal in the way he supports our family. My son connected with him in a way that isn’t easy for teenage boys, and that relationship has made a lasting impact that continues into aftercare. Family Week was one of the most powerful experiences I’ve had as a parent. It gave my son a voice and gave me insight into myself that I had never seen before—even after years of therapy. It completely changed how I show up for him. I was also struck by Adrian Hickmon’s leadership and presence. From the moment I walked in and he knew my name and my son, I felt seen. The wisdom he shared—and the time he personally took to answer my questions—was unlike anything I’ve encountered elsewhere. His perspective on focusing on small, steady progress has stayed with me and continues to guide how I support my son. For the first time in years, I see real hope. We are communicating better, growing closer, and moving in the right direction. This journey is far from over, but I trust that God is continuing to work in my son’s life. Capstone helped shift the trajectory—and that means everything.

I was in a bad spot when I found this helpline. Called late at night , didn’t think anyone would answer, but they did. Talked to me like a real person, not just some addict. Memphis Detox Specialists got my back when I was drowning in my addiction. The crew there knew exactly what to do, and they broke down every step like I was their own family. No fancy talk, just real talk that made me feel understood and not judged. They helped me figure out the best detox plan without making it complicated. The whole process felt smooth because they kept me in the loop and checked in like they actually cared. If you’re looking for solid help that’s straight-up honest and real, these folks got you.

MDS keeps it solid from the jump — no games, no judgment, just real ones ready to help when you’re finally over the mess and want out. You call, they listen, and they break things down in a way that actually makes sense. Detox? Yeah, they’ll walk you through it step by step and make sure you’re good the whole way. They know the local scene, they’ve got legit connections, and they move quick when it counts. Whether you’re just crashing or already thinking about staying clean for good, MDS makes that first step feel less scary. Five stars easy — real support, real care, and a real shot at getting your life back.

If you’re scrolling and feeling stuck, just like I was, take a breath and keep reading.I found RecoveryPath Helpline when everything felt like it was crashing. I didn’t know what I needed — I just knew I couldn’t keep doing what I was doing. I called them thinking I’d get some automated voice or someone cold on the other end. But instead… I got a real person. Calm. Kind. They actually listened. They didn’t throw a bunch of medical terms at me or make me feel small. They asked me simple stuff like, “How are you feeling right now?” and “What do you need today?” No pressure, no judgment. Just support. They stayed on the line while I cried. Helped me find a detox center nearby. Even followed up later to see how I was holding up. That meant something. This helpline isn’t just a number. It’s a lifeline. If you’re scared to reach out, I get it. But trust me — they’ll meet you where you are. No shame. Just help. Call ‘em. Don’t wait till it gets worse. You’re not alone, even if it feels like it. RecoveryPath helped me believe that again. Maybe it can do the same for you. 💙

RecoveryPath Helpline came through when I was at rock bottom and had no clue what to do next. I called in the middle of the night thinking I’d get voicemail or some automated stuff — but a real person picked up, calm and patient, like they actually cared. They didn’t rush me, just talked me through it and helped me breathe. Within an hour, they had me lined up with the right detox center and support I could afford. That one call flipped everything. I didn’t feel alone anymore — they had my back when it mattered most.
