I was in a bad spot when I found this helpline. Called late at night , didn’t think anyone would answer, but they did. Talked to me like a real person, not just some addict. That meant a lot.The folks here know what they’re doing . They helped me get into a place that actually cared. It wasn’t easy, but I felt supported the whole way 🙏🏽. Memphis Detox Specialists got my back when I was drowning in my addiction. The crew there knew exactly what to do, and they broke down every step like I was their own family. No fancy talk, just real talk that made me feel understood and not judged. They helped me figure out the best detox plan without making it complicated. The whole process felt smooth because they kept me in the loop and checked in like they actually cared. If you’re looking for solid help that’s straight-up honest and real, these folks got you.

MDS keeps it solid from the jump — no games, no judgment, just real ones ready to help when you’re finally over the mess and want out. You call, they listen, and they break things down in a way that actually makes sense. Detox? Yeah, they’ll walk you through it step by step and make sure you’re good the whole way. They know the local scene, they’ve got legit connections, and they move quick when it counts. Whether you’re just crashing or already thinking about staying clean for good, MDS makes that first step feel less scary. Five stars easy — real support, real care, and a real shot at getting your life back.

Transformation Center saved me! Each and every one at the center was caring and very understanding from the ladies at the front that greeted me every morning to each counselor that spent hours with us teaching us skills to help us in our daily life! Dr. Raj was so helpful in the guidance for my treatment plan and helping me manage what I was going through. The treatment that I received was more than I could ever expect. I highly recommend Transformation Center. I hope that I never have to go through a crisis like this again, but if I do this will be my first stop! Thank you all for helping me though my difficult journey! I couldn't have done it without all of you!

I am beyond grateful for the transformation center and its impact in my life. The clinicians are amazing and care to see patients succeed! I felt safe, cared for, and came away stronger with better skills. My individual therapist was amazing, helped change my life, and gave me psycho-education on my diagnoses. I walked away with tools to advocate for myself and feel better equipped to cope in the struggles of daily life post trauma/grief. This is an amazing place for healing and learning more about trauma, ADHD, OCD, and a plethora of other things and how they can show up in your life. As with all therapy it’s hard work to change patterns in life, but transformation helps teach why patterns may exist and how to cope & grow. It’s worth the hard work!

If you’re scrolling and feeling stuck, just like I was, take a breath and keep reading.I found RecoveryPath Helpline when everything felt like it was crashing. I didn’t know what I needed — I just knew I couldn’t keep doing what I was doing. I called them thinking I’d get some automated voice or someone cold on the other end. But instead… I got a real person. Calm. Kind. They actually listened. They didn’t throw a bunch of medical terms at me or make me feel small. They asked me simple stuff like, “How are you feeling right now?” and “What do you need today?” No pressure, no judgment. Just support. They stayed on the line while I cried. Helped me find a detox center nearby. Even followed up later to see how I was holding up. That meant something. This helpline isn’t just a number. It’s a lifeline. If you’re scared to reach out, I get it. But trust me — they’ll meet you where you are. No shame. Just help. Call ‘em. Don’t wait till it gets worse. You’re not alone, even if it feels like it. RecoveryPath helped me believe that again. Maybe it can do the same for you. 💙

RecoveryPath Helpline came through when I was at rock bottom and had no clue what to do next. I called in the middle of the night thinking I’d get voicemail or some automated stuff — but a real person picked up, calm and patient, like they actually cared. They didn’t rush me, just talked me through it and helped me breathe. Within an hour, they had me lined up with the right detox center and support I could afford. That one call flipped everything. I didn’t feel alone anymore — they had my back when it mattered most.

The staff is phenomenal. Mr. Seth Mccaskill has very great communication and keeps me informed about my child's progress and needs.

I am KaNiya White, and I consider myself a proud Compass veteran. I attended Compass PHP five times between the ages of 14 and 18 between 2021 and 2025. Compass truly helped shape who I am today. I often say I grew up there because many staff members knew me across multiple admissions and continued to support me. At times, it genuinely felt like a second family. PHP is not perfect. The days are long, there is limited outdoor time, frequent peer conflict, and you spend much of the day in the same spot. You are often expected to ignore peers who intentionally provoke you, group punishments can feel unfair, and the schoolwork is very basic, which can leave you behind academically. There were also a few staff members who were unprofessional at times, though they were NOT the majority. What mattered most was the support. Many staff members were a genuine shoulder to cry on during some of the hardest moments of my life. I've had deep, life changing one on one conversations with staff who truly cared about me as a person. I trusted them deeply and they know things about me that even my parents do not. I genuinely do not think I would be alive today without the help I received at Compass. I want to recognize staff who played an important role in my life. Mrs. Khalia, Nurse Nayla, Nurse Shylo, Mrs. Whitney, Mrs. Loreda, Mrs. T, Mr. Travis, Mr. Zach, Mrs. V, Mrs. Tatianna, Mrs. Holloway, Mrs. Debra, Mr. Michael, Mrs. Katelyn, Nurse Connie, Mrs. Braden, Mrs. Kendra, Mrs. Kurshi, Mrs. Tamika, and Mrs. Trenika. Some no longer work there, but they deserve recognition for the impact they had on me. My therapist, Mr. Zach, had the greatest impact. He never gave up on me, pushed me out of my comfort zone in a healthy way, and helped me find my voice. He challenged me when I needed it and supported me when things were hard. He was the best therapist I have ever had. Despite its flaws, PHP also had meaningful positives. Step aways to talk privately with staff, process groups which were my favorite, the reward and Victory Bucks system, occasional art activities for victory members, and respect for preferred names and pronouns. When I first came to Compass at 14, I was shy, withdrawn, and unsure of myself. When I left for the final time at 18, I had confidence, stronger coping skills, motivation to live, and had worked through my trauma. Compass inspired me to pursue psychology. I am now in college majoring in Psychology and working toward becoming an LPC, and I hope one day to give back the way Compass once gave to me by being an intern there somehow. Overall, I am grateful for my time at Compass and for how much I grew there.
