Love having VA services locally. Seen quickly-short waits. Offers virtual appointments if you're unable to make it to a scheduled appointment. So convenient.

While waiting on my husband, the clinic had an influx of people coming in with various needs. The staff at the window were so patient, understanding and kind to each and every person. They understood the urgency of each person s need. I am so impressed by the level of professionalism shown by these people. Amazing job!!!

I LOVE this place. The Dr. Didn't do the " let's try just whatever medicine until it's right". I really like him he's a great Dr. And I love my counselor they are both very nice and caring and very helpful I have came a long way in progress and have only been going a few months. Even the nurse and everyone in the office is very nice.

I have never met nicer, kinder health care staff... anywhere. Always a smiling face (usually a pretty one i might add), and you can tell they truly care about helping people at a very low time in their lives. No words can express my gratitude. Great and helpful in everyway except Jordan sorry but I'm not going to change it no matter how much shelter is danged over my head. ? Even a shotty first amendment attorney can take a chunk of your bottom line. Now what would a homeless man do with all that gold (metaphor)... And your reputation??? PR night terror. These people work with you. I have gone here for a long time now and they try to improve all the time. I am getting the help I need.

Very good rehabilitation center, I met great people there. It makes me smile when I remember my time in that place.

My daughter arrived with depression, social anxiety, and a bad temper, and after 3 years she is about to be discharged. She has not needed any medication and she has improved a lot.

My only contact with LSCI was Ms. Jessica and she was amazing. She truly helped me through one of the most difficult times of my life. I would recommend her to anyone struggling to cope with life's unexpected twist and turns. Thank you LSCI and Ms. Jessica for changing my life.

I have been to see lots of therapist/doctors and by far Chris Stone team in piggott AR office have been the best. Understanding ,listens to you, treat you like a person not a diagnosis .

Dr.Crelo is a wonderful doctor he listens to me he understands I suffer addiction and I don't just need a prescription I need to be understood I thank him so much for the changes made and being made in my mental health

This is an amazing place where lives are changed. More than just a rehab, this is a true house of miracles. The program is free and the staff here is top notch. Keith and Michelle have such big hearts for the people. If you want to be set free from drug and alcohol addiction, do not hesitate, come!

Seems to be a good place to truly help addicts

I was scheduled for a procedure, went in through the ER, the desk clerk was very nice, she had nearly all my paperwork ready. All I had to do was give a copy of my meds and insurance cards for her to copy. I was called back within minutesthe nurse was extremely nice. Was put in a room where they took my vitals and explained everything, everyone was knowledgeable and explained every detail of what would take place . I could not have been more pleased with my experience and want to say that everything was very clean, very impressive, I hope if I ever have to go there in the future that I will be as pleased as I was with this visit.

The doctors were very efficient most of the staff was very helpful. The front desk staff in the ER however was very rude and made fun of my inquiries.... I was without a ride and a very nice staff member helped cover a taxi ride back home for me.

Senior Care was very good.

Miss Amy is so very caring and compassionate. I loved all the staff and the fact they hold them accountable. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking treatment!

Southeast Missouri Behavioral Health in an excellent place to go for counseling they provided me with the necessary tools to cope with my problems and keep fighting to overcome my condition. Thanks to the help that I receive here now I'm a new person, full of energy and with the determination to change and leave behind my dark past.

I Spent time in Stapleton, there was alot of amazing, caring folks there. I was court ordered in as one angry prideful hurting drunk. I came home with a humble heart , full of gratitude and huge smile on my face , I had most caring, loving concealer but yet tough which I needed, her name was Glenda. I'm still sober after all these years I Thank God and Stapleton for that. Now my daughter going in morning, My love and Prayers following her. I Pray she gets the love and kindness and comes home with confidence knowing there's better life for her out here but yet she has to make that decision. Take care of her Stapleton.....Maggie Pain.
