My PCP referred me to the Counseling Center and I was quickly contacted and was sent all my intake paperwork to fill out ahead of time. I was then scheduled with a Therapist within 2 days and met with my new Psychiatrist also. I have Recurrent Major Depressive Disorder with Anxiety along side a history of AUD. The staff is always extremely kind and helpful. They work with your schedule and are available for quick response if needed. I feel the decision to come here has given me real hope in managing my mental state and ultimately my life going forward. I'm very grateful to have the support provided here.

I was in a bad spot when I found this helpline. Called late at night , didn’t think anyone would answer, but they did. Talked to me like a real person, not just some addict. Memphis Detox Specialists got my back when I was drowning in my addiction. The crew there knew exactly what to do, and they broke down every step like I was their own family. No fancy talk, just real talk that made me feel understood and not judged. They helped me figure out the best detox plan without making it complicated. The whole process felt smooth because they kept me in the loop and checked in like they actually cared. If you’re looking for solid help that’s straight-up honest and real, these folks got you.

MDS keeps it solid from the jump — no games, no judgment, just real ones ready to help when you’re finally over the mess and want out. You call, they listen, and they break things down in a way that actually makes sense. Detox? Yeah, they’ll walk you through it step by step and make sure you’re good the whole way. They know the local scene, they’ve got legit connections, and they move quick when it counts. Whether you’re just crashing or already thinking about staying clean for good, MDS makes that first step feel less scary. Five stars easy — real support, real care, and a real shot at getting your life back.

I went here several years ago and this place changed my life and probably saved my life. Been clean ever since. I had to write a review after reading all the bad reviews. Which most I think are just people who didn't get their way, or people who don't like following rules. When I first went here, I was court ordered and didn't want to be there. But as soon as I arrived I felt a sense of peace, and I felt welcome. I learned a lot here, about myself, and learned how to deal with life on life's terms. The counselor I had years ago, Miss Brenda, is still there and she was amazing. And, the food there was amazing too! I was under weight when I got there, and gained almost 40 pounds in a month and a half!! Like any rehab facility, it's only going to work if you really want it to work. You have to be open to change, and let the people here teach you. There are rules, and the first 7 days is a blackout. So no phone calls for that first week. I ended up staying here for 6 weeks and I am forever grateful to Serenity. I hope I would never need their services again, but if I did, I would go back there in a heartbeat! And I would highly recommend Serenity to anyone who needs treatment. Remember, it works if you want it to. And if you are really ready to change your way of life. Go in with an open mind, and a willingness to change and learn. Like I said, I am FOREVER grateful to Serenity!!

If you’re scrolling and feeling stuck, just like I was, take a breath and keep reading.I found RecoveryPath Helpline when everything felt like it was crashing. I didn’t know what I needed — I just knew I couldn’t keep doing what I was doing. I called them thinking I’d get some automated voice or someone cold on the other end. But instead… I got a real person. Calm. Kind. They actually listened. They didn’t throw a bunch of medical terms at me or make me feel small. They asked me simple stuff like, “How are you feeling right now?” and “What do you need today?” No pressure, no judgment. Just support. They stayed on the line while I cried. Helped me find a detox center nearby. Even followed up later to see how I was holding up. That meant something. This helpline isn’t just a number. It’s a lifeline. If you’re scared to reach out, I get it. But trust me — they’ll meet you where you are. No shame. Just help. Call ‘em. Don’t wait till it gets worse. You’re not alone, even if it feels like it. RecoveryPath helped me believe that again. Maybe it can do the same for you. 💙

RecoveryPath Helpline came through when I was at rock bottom and had no clue what to do next. I called in the middle of the night thinking I’d get voicemail or some automated stuff — but a real person picked up, calm and patient, like they actually cared. They didn’t rush me, just talked me through it and helped me breathe. Within an hour, they had me lined up with the right detox center and support I could afford. That one call flipped everything. I didn’t feel alone anymore — they had my back when it mattered most.
