This place may not be the best with bed situations but they really do care and try I will say if you want to get clean you can definitely do it here yes some people sneak things in but in reality that's everywhere the only thing I can say to help prevent it from happening while they are there is stop having patients take out trash & also they leave notes on windows for people to see & drop drugs off zoey tried very hard to get me to stay about 2 years ago but I wasn't ready yet this was one of my first rehabs & it surely can be way worse also they try to keep the guys and girls away from eachother but it doesn't work well I feel like they should drop that rule all together

I recently completed my treatment today after 13 weeks. I am happy to share that I am a new person and living a new sober life thanks to Ron my therapist- along with the rest of the staff. Everyone was awesome and went above and beyond to help in any way they could. I have learned some much from my peers in my group therepy sessions and plan on continuing after care coming in on Tuesday for alumni day!! Words can not express my gratitude for the care I received from this facility.

This place was absolutely great through detox...and even through transitioning to the rehab...I'm not gonna lie I encounter multiple crazy situations....however staff was always there when I needed them, group of girls I was with was absolutely amazing, always welcoming, and a very non judgemental environment which I wasn't expecting...I made a few very close friends...they push u to be open and involved which I was hesitate at first but the girls I was with made it easy, I never felt more like myself before coming here...sometimes clients and staff got into it...not my problem...I learned so much from them...I detoxed for a week and successfully discharged from inpatient in a Month...I got out last yr in September...and I still to this read through my AA book which all girls and staff signed before I left...I'm truly glad my p.o. made me go inpatient...because who knows where I'd be today without it

The VA system and staff are fantastic these days! For those who take the step forward to receive they're service's. I've been to many since ETS and recently surgery @Oakland VA from plastic hand surgeon Dr Yu who did a great job. The whole staff towards my wife and me were very good. They cant force you to change you really want to change. But they will help you as long as you help yourself. Now some staff are rude but most of them really want to help.

I'm forever grateful for Waddington Rehab and the staff when I was there back in 10/2019 I had already been in multiple rehab facilities. I started to work on myself while there I signed up for 30days then ended up staying 90+ days. I had a great counselor named Alica she helped me through a lot. The techs down to the tech supervisor were great. I ended up meeting my husband there. We both are still clean to this day and are very much happy and blessed in both of our recoveries and life. Thank you soo much guys.

Waddington Rehab Center is one of the most amazing places I have been to in my recovery process. These past two years I have been struggling to find hope and i found it at Waddington Rehab Center. Everyone from owner to admissions to techs to nursing and counselors has been nothing but helpful in my recovery process. I have found my road to recovery because of people like DrRafi. I loved the family hospitality this place did not make me feel like just another person they made me feel like family. I would strongly recommend this facility to anyone struggling with addiction or alcoholism.

It was a good hospital with nice staff I was released today (3/4/25) I was there after an overdose for 9 days on the 11th floor due to lack of space in other units I'm a minor as well the food was decent the staff all wonderful

The first time I went here I thought I hated it and it was horrible, then I went to southwood and was begging to go back here. I went to western psych inpatient 2 times as well as outpatient 2 times and I can say I had a very pleasant experience all 4 times. Every psych ward has its issues like how they lost my favorite hoodie, but In the end most of the staff genuinely cared. They took us to meetings, made sure we could call people as much as they were allowed, treated us like equals, and just wanted what was best for us. There was always a staff or 2 that no one liked bc they were miserable, like Miss Sarah which I don t know if she still works there or not. Whenever the mean ones weren t around though they let us have as much fun as possible without breaking the rules. The one night we were bored and wanted to play dodge ball, so the staff flipped the tables and made teams! Not everyone has a great experience and you should still listen to your kid if they are begging you to take them out but I personally grew a lot bc of this place.

My mother was brought there in 2009 because she was diagnosed with Alzheimer s disease. I went to see her one day and I was so scared for her. After my visit with her, my dad took me back home and i was crying so hard.

I ve been a patient at Persad for a year now and have had a wonderful experience. I see both a therapist and a psychiatrist for my generalized anxiety and panic disorder. Everyone I have dealt with has been warm and compassionate. My therapist Kathy has changed my life and I will be forever grateful!

I have the utmost respect for the staff and mental health therapists here. They are knowledgeable, patient, and empathetic to anyone who walks through their doors. They also have a wonderful pantry that the public can donate to for those in need. Their clinical admin manager, Tammie, has such a welcoming, warm voice and makes you feel like you matter.
