This place is awesome. Been going here for years. Maddy is a great person. She knows everyone by name and has no problem having a nice conversation with you. She can also be helpful with advice or just trying to make sure you are in a better mood then when you arrived. Dr. Ritz is very helpful in making sure you stay on track with the program. He gives encouragement when you feel like giving in to your craving. He reminds you as to why you are there. Does what he can to make sure you don't relapse. I would recommend this place for treatment with staff that cares.

I love Summit/Pinnacle. It has definitely saved my life. I like it so much better than Tadiso. The people are really friendly and I've had a much better experience overall. ❤️🔐😉❤️ I wish there was a closer location to McKeesport though. A clinic there would help so many more people.

The counselors are great and the rest of the staff is also wonderful also they address any problem that will arise in a timely manner

This place is great, saving som many lives daily. Pinnacle clinics are the best clinics in my opinion and if you go to this one, you don’t have to go weekend!! Really good program they are helping me immensely in so many areas of my life that drug abuse left me behind in!!

The people here saved my life. I have nothing bad to say...sure the lines get backed up, that's ANY MAT clinic(and that's once in awhile in tough situations...this is my 4th clinic, and the best yet. I waited 1-2hrs EVERY day at my 1st 2 clinics). The front staff do their best with all they deal with. From seeing both perspectives, they do their best. Counselors are outstanding!

Staff are all extremely rude and no one ever wants to do their job. It takes hours to do nothing here. Staff is disrespectful and obnoxious. They ask you to quit your job if the clinic hours can't work for you. This place should be condemned and all staff should never work in the medical field ever again. Absolute pit of hell

After heart transplant 10/29/23. They took great care of me and physical therapy was beyond awesome

I was admitted on Aug 12th for my right foot getting snashed with s huge piece of asphault that fell outta my dump onto my foot. I was takibg to passavant where they directly loaded me up an took me to oakland. All my skin on top of foot was gone, my big toe came off and was laid sideways , my foot broken almost every bone, passavant said no way not going to even try to touch that. The doctors there at upmc (mont), took me to surgery and they saved me. And my foot. All but a part off my big toe, i still have. Thank you all. Your doctors there are all Angels, because of being best at what they do ice git my foot to testify to it. Thank you ortho dept, all nurses care(Matthew S.), down to my janitor , keeping my room clean as it was. And the lovely, Ms. Jackie , who takes care of food orders. My dischage dr. Mrs. Smell. . One of the best hospitals in the United States. The doctors care about your health and all the staff from the nurses their aides down to the room service all are so polite. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

The place saved my life "mostly " everyone is kind and courteous...

The people here have saved my life. They actually care and want you to get better. I have to talk about Erin the nurse though. She has been such a great influence on my life. She has always been there to help and encourage me to succeed but never ever have I felt judged by her for my previous mistakes. I’ve seen some people get mad and say horrible things about her because they lost their privileges, only to later come and tell her thank you for holding them accountable and helping them to really get back on track. When you’re an addict you place blame on others so much because it’s the only way you can live with yourself, but then you come to realize that it’s us who did wrong, they realized Erin didn’t take their privileges they took them from themselves, and the same people have come around and told me she saved their lives as well. She is an incredible nurse. She cares so much and sets an excellent example. I hope that Foundations realize just how blessed they are to have someone like her. She’s a treasure and a beautiful soul. One reason I’ve been clean for so long is I couldn’t stand to let her down. When I say she’s saved my life I mean it. Cherish her. Always!

I cannot say enough good about foundations and their staff. The nurses Erin and Edie are God sends. These people have helped save my life and I have many years clean and sober because of their help. People have preconceived notions and judgments about medication assisted recovery but you don’t know how it really is. These people care. They don’t want you stuck there. They saved my life over and over and I will forever be grateful. I’m going on 19 years clean because of their help and services. If you or a loved one needs help, there’s no better help out there than foundations. ADDED…. I was reading the other reviews and I’d love to address the one who says the nurses are horrible human beings. ABSOLUTELY NOT. When you don’t follow the rules that are out there for your safety you lose privileges. The nurses are not being mean by having to tell you that you failed a drug test or you didn’t show up to group so you can’t have the same privileges as those who do what’s right.. YOU DID THAT TO YOURSELF. And then he stated someone should burn it down!? If anyone did something so heinous because they can’t comply.. you’d be totally destroying so many peoples future. Not only would you take innocent peoples jobs but you’d crush single moms in recovery and other people trying to make it! How incredibly horrible! If anyone out there wants to get their lives back these people will bend over backwards to help you. Please don’t be turned off by a rant from someone who destroyed his own experience by not doing what’s right. Part of recovery is taking responsibility for your mistakes. No one can ruin your recovery but you. Foundations is amazing and they care. Especially the AMAZING NURSES! I want to add about my counselor Sydney. I have never in my life felt more advocated for. She is absolutely amazing. The people here truly care and want to see people get better. The only people who have problems are the ones who are completely out of line and disrespectful. They’re mad because they don’t get privileges but they forget they are the ones who ruin it for themselves. The nurses didn’t make you give a positive urinalysis. You did that. I have maintained my privileges for over a decade by simply allowing myself to live a normal life. And I wouldn’t have this chance if it wasn’t for the help of these great people. Thank you foundation’s staff for helping to save my life. My son who I got clean for in the first place is now on his way to becoming a state trooper. If you listen to them and do what you’re supposed to do. You will have your life back!

I gave birth to my babygirl here in March of 2024. I was so nervous being that is my first childbirth experience. We toured the hospital before deciding to give birth here and the tour was so helpful and informative! Everyone was so kind. It definitely helped when it came time to come back and have my baby, we knew where to go and who to ask questions to. I was induced and when I was called to come in I was extremely nervous but all the nurses were beyond kind and very supportive. After getting in the room and getting comfy I was only 1 cm dilated so we waited a bit to see to see if any progress was made. We discussed having the foley balloon inserted and I agreed… the nurse that came to do that though was having a lot of trouble getting it into my cervix and I was having a lot of pressure and pain, I was trying to let her continue but I could tell she was just not getting it and I was very uncomfortable so she called I guess her colleague and she came and inserted it in one try, didn’t even feel it at all. So I was a little skeptical about that. I was fine after that baby was making her way. Then comes time for epidural… same situation with the balloon, nurse tries to insert the epidural and I’m FEELING it click into my spine bad I ask him to stop because he is telling me I shouldn’t feel it but I am. He tries AGAIN. I’m like came you get someone else because at this point my husband is holding me up and I am bawling my eyes out snot everywhere because I’m nervous about moving. Another nurse comes in and does it in ONE try. Proceeds to tell the nurse that was trying that he was 2cm off. I could have really been injured so I was very unsettled about that. Other than those issues my delivery was amazing, I did consent to having some students in the room because I would never deny a learning experience and they were great! I was super comfortable and all of the nurses in L&D were angels and helped me tremendously and took such great care of me and my baby. After that we got send up to PP. My day nurse was amazing she was so sweet and offered to take baby to nursery whenever I needed. My night nurse however was a little rude and was giving me a push back whenever I asked her to take my baby to the nursery so I could get some rest because I was in labor for an entire day and was exhausted, so I thought that was weird. The lactation consultants were very pushy, a little rude and condescending but I brushed them off. One of them was pregnant so I thought she would be a little nicer especially since I expressed this was my first child. Other than that food was great, my husband and family that came to visit had no issues exiting or entering the hospital. My visit was great overall and the L&D nurses really made it the best experience!

Let me just start off by saying how it is for me when my doctor says I have to go to the hospital. And it’s urgent, and if you don’t go you could really do harm to your body but also for the rest of your life. It all started with GOP CRANBERRY W/ Dr. Duke. My knee had some issues that I thought. Hey I can get it drained and move on. Well that wasn’t the case. And my knee blew up even more and had started and infection which had spread down my leg into my foot. I was so so sick. Chills, fever, migraines,muscles pains, It was horrible. I’m absolutely so thankful for the referral to HERITAGE VALLEY Sewickley. 1. Dr. Nicholas Kubik and his staff we absolute rockstars and professionals on explaining what needed to be done but doing it in such a manner that you felt so at ease with the whole team there. I felt so comfortable in the hands of this team. Everything worked out so well. The whole team communicated so well with my wife along the way. Also to Dr. Murillo for the help that she provides along the whole way as well. This hospital is a team and I felt it every step of my way thru this process I went. Thru. Every single nurse from the time I stepped foot on the property till the time I left, were the most kindest, loving, helpful, most generous people you could ever ask for. Can't recommend this place enough, top notch staff and new men's residential building is super nice. They will take care of you and set you up for your next step to recovery with as good of service as it gets. Learned alot during group there and it has completely changed my mindset. If your thinking about going, do yourself this favor!

Also here to support what Curtis says. Other places keeps report simple with probation officer he showed up everyday was he perfect no. But Joe put him on a behavioral contract for taking a poop for 15 minutes when he had colon cancer. Joe is a very mean dramatic writer he thinks he’s better than you.

The staff are really great and they really listen to us!

Highly recommend the IOP (intensive outpatient program). Great group leaders, therapists, and psychiatrists. The only thing was it was very difficult to get ahold of someone to schedule the first appointment. But other than that, it was very helpful!

Bellefield saved my life. I’m beyond grateful for the wonderful, kind and hard working staff. Dr. Ismael is an absolute saint, Dar and Sylvia are the such beautiful souls, Leyna is an incredibly smart , supportive and kind therapist. Corrine is a wonderful and thorough nurse also. I recommend Bellefield to anyone. And thank you for saving my like Bellefield staff❤️

Dr. Caric, spent 3 hrs obtaining birth to current day information. Was able to prescribe appropriate medication that helped my child who was in a dire situation. We owe her everything, for saving my child's life. Thanks for everything!

Excellent service!

This place helped me get my life back I recommend Gateway rehab if your serious about getting clean and staying clean. My clean date is July 7th 2016 and so grateful for this place. The first day I started I went home and used went back the very next day and shared with the group what I did they accepted me back and I haven't used NOTHING SINCE again if you really serious and want to get clean give them a call and start this beautiful journey.

The people there do really care about your recovery

Best clinic I've ever been to been to

Great Clinic. I started at the New Castle Location when it was The Discovery House and then transferred to the Cranberry location when I moved, and then ended here at the Farrell location when I moved again back to Ohio. They accepted Ohio medicaid and I really didn't want to change clinics, so I stayed with Discovery House/Comprehensive Treatment Center. Each location was fantastic. By far my favorite clinics. Counselors and staff were 100% amazing and super caring, considerate and most importantly understanding and non judgemental. I really recommend this place.

I would definitely recommend giving this place a chance. It has helped me tremendously. It has truly saved my life.

This place is truly amazing. The techs were so caring and compassionate and the nursing staff was great too. I would recommend this place to anyone for treatment of drug addiction or alcohol.

You definitely have to want to be sober going into any rehab but, the staff was awesome. They took really good care of me during a rough detox.

I been a patient since 2015,I have to thank Everyone that has treated me.They are wonderful and helped me better my life .The Doctors,Nurses and my Previous to my current Counselor whom is Courtney , which I had the pass few years are a blessing.My Experience has always been positive.I went to a Clinic in New Jersey in 2006 after I was discharged from the Army, And I had a addiction to my pain medicine from a combat injury.The New Jersey clinic was a terrible experience, Drug infested, they literally sold narcotics and the take home bottles in front of the door.Noone was clean including many staff members.Medmark is 5 star location for opioid treatment.It works if you work it.And the staff there want you to succeed.They are what makes it 5 stars, because they care.Thank you to the great staff ,I have my Life back for a decade after being lost for the prior 10 years.

This review may be a lil outta order cuz im not sure where to start lol…but i have been going to Medmark Treatment Center since 2019…and all I gotta say is that it’s definitely gotten better with time…are they perfect absolutely not but no one not even medical facilities are either…that being said if you’re thinking about giving Medmark a try go for it…everyone has their own opinions as well and I’m sure you’re gonna hear a lot of negative comments and reviews about them but don’t knock it till u truly try it!!! They have saved my life and they keep me going!!! They are my # 1 fans and would go to battle for me if they had to BUT YOU GOTTA DO THE WORK AS WELL!!! You can’t expect them to stay clean for you…lol…doesn’t work that way!!! So if you’re looking for a good place to try medicated treatment then Medmark should be where ya start!!! Nursing staff is awesome as well, April & Chelsea are fabulous and are there to help you with anything you need when it comes to how you’re feeling or how the medication is working/helping you…give it a shot YOUR LIFE MATTERS!!! I have been comin here now for just about 5 yrs…in the beginning it was crazy and I had to go thru a couple counselors until they gave me the best news ever…ALYSSA was gonna be my counselor and I tell you what it’s the best thing that could of happened to me!!! Alyssa is absolutely amazing and has a heart of gold that she wears on her sleeve…if you need anything all u gotta do is call her…if she doesn’t answer all ya gotta do is leave her a message and she will for sure get back to ya…she has truly saved my life and doesn’t even realize it!! She never takes the credit she deserves!! She always has my back and would fight for me in a second!!! I’m so glad I was able to get her as my counselor!!! She’s my #1 fan and is always rooting for me!!! Without her idk where I would be!! Thank you Alyssa and Medmark for helping me continue in my sobriety journey!!! She has a very warm and bubbly personality which is very helpful especially when just calling a new place can be stressful.
