This place has always had my back at every level of care they have. 960, 920, Rogers, Niles, Newton Falls. Ever since I was a 19 year old kid struggling with addiction. The amenities of course make it a great place but not as much as the staff and hospitality. I will always recommend New Day. There isn’t enough good things I can say about them. I was so scared to go into just ANOTHER detox to come out and go back to my same ways. New Day wasn't just another detox/rehab facility. They gave me the tools and resources I needed to be successful in recovery. I sit here today with almost 3 years clean. If it wasn't for New Day, I don't know where I would be. When I found myself entering this treatment center, I had absolutely nothing going for me. A year later, I got my son home, my fiance and I both got clean TOGETHER, we both have full time jobs, 2 cars, a beautiful home and our families back. For this first time in 14 years we are both sober, healthy, happy, and succeeding in life. Without the counselors and all the help here, I woukdnt have made it but love my life today more then anything Andi owe thisplace so much for that. I came to the Youngstown, Meridian Rd location to get off of heroin/fentanyl at the end of 2023. The first day i came in to fill out paperwork i could tell i was at the right place. The staff are so caring and even when they're extremely busy they take their time with you no matter what. My only complaint was that my tolerance was so high and they start out every new patient on 30mg. That led me to still use until a couple months later when i finally got up to a higher dosage and they split my daily dose because i have such a high metabolism as found out they testing. Other than that i have absolutely no complaints and would wholeheartedly call a few of the staff friends. They have gone above and beyond for me a few times and i appreciated it so much. Many others will ask how my days going and while I'm at the dosing counter Maria is sure to ask if everything is ok with me which makes me feel great! The first year and a half i had Krista Rubosky as my primary care and MAT physician. Because i drive 63 miles round trip and because i was going thru other medical problems that hadn't been figured out yet, she would do both appointments at the same time on the MAT side. She was so caring and amazing, the best ever, but unfortunately she left there for personal reasons early 2025. As far as all the doctors, nurses and screening personnel, i can't say enough about how good mannered and patient everyone is and i honestly just love them for doing everything in their power to make us patients feel like someone actually cares and takes the time to do so. My heart goes out to all the employees and especially my counselor Abby. She's helped me more than i actually think she even knows. I've never been to a counselor before but it's been a pleasure being with her. I'll be moving next month out of state and I've got to say, i will wholeheartedly miss each and everyone of the employees at the Meridian Health Campus in Youngstown Ohio on Meridian road. I will genuinely miss our interactions every two weeks on my pick up day. Thanks for everything everyone and to anyone thinking of coming here, do it! You will not be disappointed and don't pay attention to some of the above comments degrading this place. Like anything, you get out what you give in. Simple as that🙂 Have a great day and good luck!!

I graduated the year program and it has been nothing short of a miracle. This program absolutely works if you apply yourself and work hard. I learned a vast amount about myself and about my own addiction. Furthermore the program furthered my relationship with Jesus christ, and now im proud too say im a believer in Jesus. This program is wonderfull because they not only have the spiritual side, they also have the clinical side in hope counseling. Lastly the staff here is caring and wonderfull.

I had to write a review just for that girls tantrum about Sarah. I’ve seen her for 5 years and went from agoraphobia to social anxiety. Progress doesn’t happen over night therapy is a process and calling her a prissy princess is so embarrassing for you. You obviously need some healing and sorry this place wasn’t right for you. Sarah offers ranges of therapy that is effective if you stick to your treatment plan.

Psycare is a great clinic. Everyone has always been warm and welcoming. Sarah (my counselor) is the best, she has helped me get through so many difficult periods of my life and has truly helped me better myself in more ways than one. She is kind, empathetic, supportive, and genuine. I honestly don’t think I would have been able to get a handle on my anxiety and overall mental health if it wasn’t for her. She is truly a great counselor.

I see a therapist and his name is Alex (Every one goes by first names) and he has made me more outspoken. I'm am a really shy person when it comes to people I don't know. I also have a psychiatrist named Fabian, and compared to the psychiatrists I had before he is really good. He actually listens to me and is very understanding. He doesn't give me just any medicine. He takes his job seriously and I love that because I had doctor that didn't care about his job and prescribed me the wrong meds and refused to change it once I told him I don't feel like myself taking these medications.

I spent a few years in counseling with Joe. It was one of the best decisions I ever made. I see there are several 1 star reviews and I am sure they have valid complaints, but I don’t believe that’s a good representation of this institution. I know there are many people they have helped. Often times people only point out the bad you do while the good goes unnoticed. I have highly recommended this place to my family and friends. You always have to be careful about who you trust. But I believe this is good place to look for help.

This is an amazing place, and a solid program to work. I haven't had any issues as far as the clinical, and mental health staff, and as far as any other staff, they also are supportive, and are serious as far keeping us all sober. If it wasn't for this place, the alternative would be death, or locked up for me. So thank you New Day, Niles and Newton Falls, for giving me another chance at life and for helping me reestablish a relationship with my family, and being there for my mental health also.

I have been a patient for almost 4 years and I absolutely love the medical team here. It starts with a front desk smile and the good mood and attitude continues from there. The people who work here really make the experience comforting and easy. Now to be honest days that the dr is out and Telehealth is used you may be there for extra long waiting periods. But when the Dr is in, it usually goes quick and smoothly. I would definitely recommend if you are wanting to start your recovery journey. 😊

I've been to multiple places for treatment and this place is BY FAR the best I've been to in 10 years. The appointment process does take a bit longer than most places but you can tell the people who work here genuinely care about you. They listen AND accommodate to your wants and needs. I'd definitely recommend Brightview to any one who is struggling and want help.

I've had wonderful experiences with this facility. The staff are caring and they will help you as long as you want the help. The front desk lady, April is truly a beautiful soul. The doctor is a wonderful doctor with true concern for his patients. I definitely recommend this place if you are interested in M.A.T's, primary care, case management, psych, or counseling. They even have a moms group for women who have children or are pregnant and expecting and they will help you with resources for your child.
