I have been going here for 8years and never had an issue and if I ever did the staff where there to help me. Comquest saved my life and I would recommend it to anyone! When getting help there are certian things you have to do and sometimes they are not comfortable for you. With medications i have never had one issue, the doctors are NOT quick to get you off, they always have told me whenever your comfortable, I told them I will be on this for life, they told me no problem. Thank god for this program cause it gave me, my life back and I am able to enjoy my son and wife and have a family and build back what addiction took from me and conquest and its staff where the people there for me.

I want to thank everyone at canton outpatient! My husband is Vietnam veteran and been going since 2014 and still going there ! They all have treated me and my husband very friendly, professional and not afraid to smile or give a laugh ! He is seen for different reasons! One time I didn’t agree with a blood sugar specialist but he got changed and has been great ever since, has had issues with his eyes and he can see again! I’ve always felt they have went above and beyond how they take care of him ! Vets have helped us so much we appreciate them all ! They don’t hesitate on doing anything with my husband! I have been going to conquest for the last six years. My counselor Mrs Denise Is absolutely one of the most caring kind Unjudgmental humans I’ve ever had the honor of knowing. She genuinely cares about her patience and takes the time to listen to me every visit. When my life was at its worst, she was there for me. I look forward to every visit I have with her. if anyone is looking for help and needs A counselor who truly cares I suggest you ask for her. I have a loved one receiving excellent psychiatric treatment and counseling. The staff is always very responsive to concerns and they are always willing to go above and beyond. My loved one sees Dr Morris who first of all is an expert professional yet also has wonderful bedside manner. Btw, we travel over an hour for the wonderful care at PR. They offer telehealth appointments, which make treatment and counseling very accessible to anyone looking for that benefit!

Terrible place to go for mental health. I am going here for ptsd, anxiety and adhd. It took 6 months for me to be treated for my ADHD. I was told after calling multiple times the first time that I didn't receive my medication bc they hadn't received everything they needed from my doctor. Mind you, this was after being screened and tested and waiting 3 weeks when I was told that I wouldn't have to wait longer than a week. After waiting another 2 weeks, I called again and was told that they were waiting on my screening results. They said they would have to call the place that does the screening and find out what is going on bc my results should have come back already. 2 days later, I finally got my meds. It took a month and a half to get my meds for my adhd when it should have only taken a week. Had I not called, I would probably still be waiting. Update... things have been going very well since my last review. My counselor has made actually made me feel like she cares about my mental health now and she takes my feelings into consideration. I have had no issues at all since the med problem.

I felt forgiveness immediately. Everyone is so kind, approachable, and well organized. I made an appointment just before the office opened on a Friday. I was in terrible withdrawal pain. Bright View's nurses and staff courteously excorted me to comfort. The intake took about 6 hours, then I was dosed. I'm glad I chose to go here. Group therapy is amazing and insightful. Transportation provided. Very little is not provided. Weekly prescriptions to begin with. The hotline is available at all times. I have been with Bright View since September 2023. Addiction is treatable and this clinic works well with me to try to solve my problems. They're going as far as they can to change individual drug habits and doing a great job.

Arrow passage was exactly what I needed being an alcoholic of 35 years. I was admitted into the PHP program which was amazing for my treatment, I was ready to get past the weight of the alcohol destroying everything that I stood for and loved. The counselors, Thomas, Heidi, Bree, Danielle E., Nautica and Joe all made sure that we were actively engaged and understood what our purpose is. I was assigned with my counselor Sam, she is my recovery angel. Sam is all about her clients and challenges them to not only achieve their sobriety but to maintain a lifestyle they can be proud of. She was straight forward, no nonsense, direct but also a compassionate person who listened and guided my treatment with a very clear path. Sam is the ultimate asset for Arrow Passage and compliments her peers very well. I learned honesty is a nonnegotiable virtue and is not waiverable in recovery, so I’ll say this. Been going there for 3 years and I have had a great experience and still sober. My counselor is the best a lot more good staff. I would recommend this place for any addict to get sober they don't judge you they just there to help .
