I have been going here for 8years and never had an issue and if I ever did the staff where there to help me. Comquest saved my life and I would recommend it to anyone! When getting help there are certian things you have to do and sometimes they are not comfortable for you. With medications i have never had one issue, the doctors are NOT quick to get you off, they always have told me whenever your comfortable, I told them I will be on this for life, they told me no problem. Thank god for this program cause it gave me, my life back and I am able to enjoy my son and wife and have a family and build back what addiction took from me and conquest and its staff where the people there for me.

Everyone here i've encountered is very nice. I personally don't think the wait times are long, even when they run a little behind. I really like my nurse and practitioner. I feel heard, taken seriously, and cared for.

I have always loved this VA. The people that work here care about their veterans... that's why communication is important. If you get Dr. Sheikh ask for a translator.

I want to thank everyone at canton outpatient! My husband is Vietnam veteran and been going since 2014 and still going there ! They all have treated me and my husband very friendly, professional and not afraid to smile or give a laugh ! He is seen for different reasons! One time I didn’t agree with a blood sugar specialist but he got changed and has been great ever since, has had issues with his eyes and he can see again! I’ve always felt they have went above and beyond how they take care of him ! Vets have helped us so much we appreciate them all ! They don’t hesitate on doing anything with my husband! Makes me wish I was a veteran ❤️🇺🇸 Thank you all at Canton outpatient

This is such a wonderful place. It helped my husband and saved our marriage. I am thankful for the family therapy sessions that we can attend online. Glenbeigh treats not only the patient but educates the family too.

I have seen Dr. Rich for years and have never met a kinder, more compassionate listener and advisor. He spends a full hour with me each time I see him for med check and has helped me more than I can express. He explains things thoroughly and answers every question. I also recommend Tiffany as a counselor. She has been tremendously helpful in my struggles with anxiety.

Great atmosphere and their staff is exceptional..Best place I've been compared to the many others I've been to, strongly suggest if you're looking for a place of people with great knowledge and such.

I have a loved one receiving excellent psychiatric treatment and counseling. The staff is always very responsive to concerns and they are always willing to go above and beyond. My loved one sees Dr Morris who first of all is an expert professional yet also has wonderful bedside manner. Btw, we travel over an hour for the wonderful care at PR. They offer telehealth appointments, which make treatment and counseling very accessible to anyone looking for that benefit!

Terrible place to go for mental health. I am going here for ptsd, anxiety and adhd. It took 6 months for me to be treated for my ADHD. I was told after calling multiple times the first time that I didn't receive my medication bc they hadn't received everything they needed from my doctor. Mind you, this was after being screened and tested and waiting 3 weeks when I was told that I wouldn't have to wait longer than a week. After waiting another 2 weeks, I called again and was told that they were waiting on my screening results. They said they would have to call the place that does the screening and find out what is going on bc my results should have come back already. 2 days later, I finally got my meds. It took a month and a half to get my meds for my adhd when it should have only taken a week. Had I not called, I would probably still be waiting. Update... things have been going very well since my last review. My counselor has made actually made me feel like she cares about my mental health now and she takes my feelings into consideration. I have had no issues at all since the med problem.

I highly recommend if you want a Suboxone doctor, please go to Dr. John. He is the most kindest understanding Doctor, I've been going to him 7 to 8 years got recommended from a friend instead of going through the government where they don't treat you the greatest and care about your well-being he does He's easy going to talk to and I hate going to doctors but if I can rate him 1 through 10 Stars I would rate him 10 stars I would rather go to a doctor that I pay that actually cares for your well-being than a doctor is just going to tell you whatever and the staff. There is one of the best stuff ever. You feel like you're at home. They treat you like family there. Highly recommend people instead of going to government save money up and go to him cuz he highly truly cares about his patience and he saved my life. At Vista, I saw Virginia as a therapist. She was the first therapist i have ever liked and connected with. I'm been seeking mental healthcare for 15 years now, so that's saying something good about about her. I also saw Tara for medication management. those appointments were quick, but our brief times, i did enjoy. Dr. Humphries did my first round of testing for an ASD eval. I am happy for the part he played in my healthcare, but overall, i'm not nearly as comfortable with men in mental health than women. not a lot he could have changed about that, so it's not a statement denigrating him. Just my own preference and comfort. Last, i saw Erin twice, who did my final ASD eval. She was kind, patient, and did her best to steer me in the right direction post ASD diagnosis. I am only ceasing my treatment at vista because, i have problems that other, larger places are more handled to equip. I would recommend Vista and anyone there whom i have been a patient of. never forget, finding the right doctor/therapist/np/etc for you is one of the most important parts of your healthcare in general, let alone mental healthcare. If i get my issues settled to a point i need less intervention, i will happily return, unless i have to follow Virginia elsewhere to have her as a therapist again. i also want to add in the all of the front office staff are delightful. i was always greeted with warmth and a smile, even if i walked in looking like my soul had just been forcefully removed from my body through my chest.
