Comquest saved my life and I would recommend it to anyone! When getting help there are certian things you have to do and sometimes they are not comfortable for you. With medications i have never had one issue, the doctors are NOT quick to get you off, they always have told me whenever your comfortable, I told them I will be on this for life, they told me no problem. Thank god for this program cause it gave me, my life back and I am able to enjoy my son and wife and have a family and build back what addiction took from me and conquest and its staff where the people there for me. They all have treated me and my husband very friendly, professional and not afraid to smile or give a laugh ! He is seen for different reasons! One time I didn’t agree with a blood sugar specialist but he got changed and has been great ever since, has had issues with his eyes and he can see again! I’ve always felt they have went above and beyond how they take care of him ! Vets have helped us so much we appreciate them all ! They don’t hesitate on doing anything with my husband! I am going here for ptsd, anxiety and adhd. It took 6 months for me to be treated for my ADHD. I was told after calling multiple times the first time that I didn't receive my medication bc they hadn't received everything they needed from my doctor. Mind you, this was after being screened and tested and waiting 3 weeks when I was told that I wouldn't have to wait longer than a week. After waiting another 2 weeks, I called again and was told that they were waiting on my screening results. They said they would have to call the place that does the screening and find out what is going on bc my results should have come back already. 2 days later, I finally got my meds. It took a month and a half to get my meds for my adhd when it should have only taken a week. Had I not called, I would probably still be waiting. Update... things have been going very well since my last review. My counselor has made actually made me feel like she cares about my mental health now and she takes my feelings into consideration. There is one of the best stuff ever. You feel like you're at home. They treat you like family there. Highly recommend people instead of going to government save money up and go to him cuz he highly truly cares about his patience and he saved my life. She was the first therapist i have ever liked and connected with. I'm been seeking mental healthcare for 15 years now, so that's saying something good about about her. I also saw Tara for medication management. those appointments were quick, but our brief times, i did enjoy. Dr. Humphries did my first round of testing for an ASD eval. I am happy for the part he played in my healthcare, but overall, i'm not nearly as comfortable with men in mental health than women. not a lot he could have changed about that, so it's not a statement denigrating him. Just my own preference and comfort. Last, i saw Erin twice, who did my final ASD eval. She was kind, patient, and did her best to steer me in the right direction post ASD diagnosis. I am only ceasing my treatment at vista because, i have problems that other, larger places are more handled to equip. I would recommend Vista and anyone there whom i have been a patient of. never forget, finding the right doctor/therapist/np/etc for you is one of the most important parts of your healthcare in general, let alone mental healthcare. If i get my issues settled to a point i need less intervention, i will happily return, unless i have to follow Virginia elsewhere to have her as a therapist again. i also want to add in the all of the front office staff are delightful. i was always greeted with warmth and a smile, even if i walked in looking like my soul had just been forcefully removed from my body through my chest. I spent 113 days there, was it worth it? Absolutely changed my life. I did not do no complaining about things That were meant to be grateful for Sam. My counselor was on point with not bullshitting me. Justin was a very good person as well. Ashley the nurse took the time to really help me on my medication‘s trying and doing the ones that were really worth for me and I’m so grateful today to be calm and not be so full of energy, but enough to just Focus. Rachel absolutely sweetheart, and she does all kinds of great things for the clients. Xavier was one of the best teachers that we had along with Nautica. She was a very straightforward, not letting us bullshit our way out of it, but focusing on the real problem me! This place has given me what I needed. I’ve been in addiction now for over 20 years in my life, but sometimes you just gotta quit complaining take a good hard look at yourself and start changing things and that’s what they help. Do I give this five stars The rooms are magnificent TV in every room bathroom in every room only complaints I’ve seen came from people who absolutely did not want to change or hear any other person’s view. The counselors are very professional and extremely nice. Most groups at Arrow are very informative, fun and enjoyable. They also provide food at both the house and office. And you can do Walmart orders or have family and friends bring other foods/snacks to the office to take back to the house while you stay. The help is absolutely there, but this is a place where you genuinely get out of it what you put into it. If you come in with a bad mindset or resistance, you’re probably going to have a rough time — but that’s true of recovery anywhere. Going in with an open mind, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude makes a difference in every single aspect of the process here. What stood out most to me was the expert level of care combined with real kindness and humanity. The staff doesn’t just tell you what to do — they guide you, support you, and give you the tools to take control of your own recovery journey. You’re not treated like a number. The employees truly care, from the techs to the clinical staff, and it shows every day. The clinical team is exceptional, and my counselor Danielle quite literally was a lifesaver for me. Her support, honesty, and commitment to my growth helped me through moments when I didn’t think I could keep going. Having someone who genuinely listens and believes in you can change everything, and that’s what I experienced here. The environment itself is structured, safe, and supportive — and honestly, it’s better than jail by a long shot. Meals are decent and consistent, which matters more than people realize when you’re trying to rebuild your life. And Ashley’s waffles deserve their own recognition — easily the best breakfast in town and something I still talk about. This program gave me guidance, accountability, and hope, but it also taught me that recovery is self-driven. Arrow Passage provided the foundation, and I had to choose to build on it. Because of that combination — their guidance and my willingness — I can say that I owe my life to this program. As of today, I am 83 days clean, and I am living proof that this program works if you work it. I’m incredibly grateful for Arrow Passage Recovery and the people who made a real difference in my life. But there is something about the people there... Caring. Loving. Compassionate. Understanding. Heck even months after I was discharged from their care I still feel their care! Brandon reaches out almost like a good friend checking in! Kaitlyn my therapist there talked to me one day one the phone while I was going through some motions for almost 2 hours!!! Now if that doesn't speak words to move mountains I don't know what does! Even the friends I made there we are still in contact and talk almost daily!
