My adult special needs daughter is a resident at Falls Village. She is non verbal, and is totally dependent for all her care. She has alternate ways to communicate. She has been in two other facilities where the level of care was not what I would have liked. Her care here is wonderful. She is happier than I have seen her in a long time. She has her favorites among the nursing staff, and it is obvious who they are! No place is ever going to provide perfect care, but this facility is by far the best we have encountered so far.

We had a great experience at this facility when my father-in-law was admitted after breaking his hip. The place is clean, organized, and welcoming. Special thanks to Nurse Jennifer. She was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and well taken care of. Her compassion and attentiveness truly made a difference during a tough time. I felt forgiveness immediately. Everyone is so kind, approachable, and well organized. I made an appointment just before the office opened on a Friday. I was in terrible withdrawal pain. Bright View's nurses and staff courteously excorted me to comfort. The intake took about 6 hours, then I was dosed. I'm glad I chose to go here. Group therapy is amazing and insightful. Transportation provided. Very little is not provided. Weekly prescriptions to begin with. The hotline is available at all times. I have been with Bright View since September 2023. Addiction is treatable and this clinic works well with me to try to solve my problems. They're going as far as they can to change individual drug habits and doing a great job.

Arrow passage was exactly what I needed being an alcoholic of 35 years. I was admitted into the PHP program which was amazing for my treatment, I was ready to get past the weight of the alcohol destroying everything that I stood for and loved. The counselors, Thomas, Heidi, Bree, Danielle E., Nautica and Joe all made sure that we were actively engaged and understood what our purpose is. I was assigned with my counselor Sam, she is my recovery angel. Sam is all about her clients and challenges them to not only achieve their sobriety but to maintain a lifestyle they can be proud of. She was straight forward, no nonsense, direct but also a compassionate person who listened and guided my treatment with a very clear path. Sam is the ultimate asset for Arrow Passage and compliments her peers very well. I learned honesty is a nonnegotiable virtue and is not waiverable in recovery, so I’ll say this. Help is what I needed I was so against the help that I knew I needed or I was going to die. I surrendered to Asurgent Health on April the 11th distressed and irritated because I allowed my life to become completely out of control from my crack cocaine addiction. My journey through recovery was not easy many days I was irritated and did not want to listen nor did I want to participate but my counselor got to the core bottom of my addiction when I tell you it was traumatic it hurt but is the destination that GOD wanted me to go and that was deep into my soul to get away from my thoughts for 28plus years I gave cocaine and crack cocaine my undivided attention my life all of my money I destroyed my living situation with my mom almost killing her so my thought during my journey was if I could give all that time to getting my drug of choice give this time to become well aware of my problems 114 days I was in treatment through many peaks and valleys but I stayed the coarse many distractions but I stayed the coarse see you have to stay Ella way from the noise I had two choices I either live or die and my choice was to live the staff at Asurgent health has to be done if the most caring people I have ever met in my entire life all of them I owe my life to them they made me feel comfortable see YOU HAVE TO GET COMFORTABLE IN THE UNCOMFORTABLE and boy did I. See I’m gay and to feel the love from all of them no matter what path my life was in made me feel incredibly loved and not judged because their entire focus was to keep me alive Katie has to be one of the most angelic humans I have ever met Jason and Mrs.Rochelle my counselors people listen woo they took me through the valley of the shadow of death and back Tayneisha made me realize that life is full of noise that the majority of that noise needs to be cancelled my case manager Mrs. Shareen looked me straight in my eyes and said baby get your life together so with this being said if you want the most dedicated help come here and please relax and just let them do their jobs they will never let you falter. I have been going to the Akron VA for 4 years now. I have had nothing but amazing experiences from them. They really care about each and every single veteran that walks in those doors. I live 35 minutes from the clinic but its worth the drive. I would choose the Akron VA over the Canton VA any day.

My name is Stephanie and when I was at my worst signature health saved my life. They helped me to help myself and using harm reduction and peer support leaders I got off all of the hard drugs that I was killing myself with. I have been clean off of methamphetamine and fentanyl/heroin for 8 years now. Thank you to the staff at signature health. If you guys didn't have a past with substance abuse yourself I wouldn't have ever trusted you. But your guidance and help saved me. I love you guys. I've used signature health for almost 10 years and have only had 1 bad experience when it came to my psychiatric care, and that was remedied as soon as I spoke with my case manager Dee. I also liked their primary care doctors as well and continued to do so I told I moved out of the area. I still use signature for my psych care, and in my 10 years at Signature health I will say that the beginning was a bit bumpy with case manager turnover but the last 8 years have been AMAZING. I had been working with Doc Wilhelm until his retirement and his replacement Katie is also amazing (I was a bit apprehensive at first but she made me feel at ease) I will say after Doc retired I also opted for a therapist as well and have been pretty consistent this time and I look forward to my weekly appointments with Kearney as well. Please keep up the amazing work!

I have been going here for 8years and never had an issue and if I ever did the staff where there to help me. Comquest saved my life and I would recommend it to anyone! When getting help there are certian things you have to do and sometimes they are not comfortable for you. With medications i have never had one issue, the doctors are NOT quick to get you off, they always have told me whenever your comfortable, I told them I will be on this for life, they told me no problem. Thank god for this program cause it gave me, my life back and I am able to enjoy my son and wife and have a family and build back what addiction took from me and conquest and its staff where the people there for me.

The 5 stars are for Sue. She is the only person there, the phone is off of the hook, and she does her absolute best to take care of the people who are physically there. She's been with these guys for at least 10 years, so she deserves a big raise or even a bonus for putting 100% of herself into her work. She deserves a lunch break! Ranjan you need to take care of her, make sure she is appreciated for all of her hard work. Please know you literally changed my life several years ago and I wanted to thank you. I moved to this town and had been suffering for 1.5 years because the doc I had refused to change my med that wasn't working. The first visit your docs changed up the med and in 2 weeks I was no longer suffering. So Thank you for caring enough to try something different. I suffered unnecessarily for a year and a half...it's difficult to just find a new doc when you are suffering terrible. Moving to GH town and Charak saved me. When docs don't listen or work to find a solution it's difficult but go somewhere else. Advocate for yourself because 1.5 years of suffering that obviously was not necessary is IMHO criminal. I wish someone would have helped me get a different doc or had told me to keep trying different docs til I found one that cared. Thank you GH office for giving me my life back!
