I have been so well cared for since my stay here the last 30+ days! Everyone is respectful and very friendly. The room is clean and bright and has privacy. The aides here are excellent and attentive to my needs despite the demands on their services. Nurses come in and check on my healing and general condition often. The Center is clean and well equipped with three physical therapy and one dialysis room. I have had OT and PT daily during the week and since my entry here I had the comfort of an air mattress which with my issue is a blessing!
I am so glad I could avail myself of the Falls services. Although I hope I do not return for obvious reasons, I will miss all the professionals I have met here. I am quite impressed!

My adult special needs daughter is a resident at Falls Village. She is non verbal, and is totally dependent for all her care. She has alternate ways to communicate. She has been in two other facilities where the level of care was not what I would have liked. Her care here is wonderful. She is happier than I have seen her in a long time. She has her favorites among the nursing staff, and it is obvious who they are! No place is ever going to provide perfect care, but this facility is by far the best we have encountered so far.

We had a great experience at this facility when my father-in-law was admitted after breaking his hip. The place is clean, organized, and welcoming. Special thanks to Nurse Jennifer. She was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and well taken care of. Her compassion and attentiveness truly made a difference during a tough time. This place saved my life. I went there straight from detox and I was home!!! I stayed sober clean and I'm hoping to get a job there I filled out an application? Arrow Passage is more effective than any other rehab experience my loved one has had. My family member's counselor, Heidi, went so above and beyond the call of duty, it was amazing. They got my family member on medications they desperately needed to treat depression which was fueling the addiction. My name is Stephanie and when I was at my worst signature health saved my life. They helped me to help myself and using harm reduction and peer support leaders I got off all of the hard drugs that I was killing myself with. I have been clean off of methamphetamine and fentanyl/heroin for 8 years now. Thank you to the staff at signature health. I've used signature health for almost 10 years and have only had 1 bad experience when it came to my psychiatric care, and that was remedied as soon as I spoke with my case manager Dee. I also liked their primary care doctors as well and continued to do so I told I moved out of the area. I still use signature for my psych care, and in my 10 years at Signature health I will say that the beginning was a bit bumpy with case manager turnover but the last 8 years have been AMAZING. I had been working with Doc Wilhelm until his retirement and his replacement Katie is also amazing (I was a bit apprehensive at first but she made me feel at ease) I will say after Doc retired I also opted for a therapist as well and have been pretty consistent this time and I look forward to my weekly appointments with Kearney as well. Please keep up the amazing work!

I have been going here for 8years and never had an issue and if I ever did the staff where there to help me. Comquest saved my life and I would recommend it to anyone! When getting help there are certian things you have to do and sometimes they are not comfortable for you. With medications i have never had one issue, the doctors are NOT quick to get you off, they always have told me whenever your comfortable, I told them I will be on this for life, they told me no problem. Thank god for this program cause it gave me, my life back and I am able to enjoy my son and wife and have a family and build back what addiction took from me and conquest and its staff where the people there for me.

Please know you literally changed my life several years ago and I wanted to thank you. I moved to this town and had been suffering for 1.5 years because the doc I had refused to change my med that wasn't working. The first visit your docs changed up the med and in 2 weeks I was no longer suffering. So Thank you for caring enough to try something different. I suffered unnecessarily for a year and a half...it's difficult to just find a new doc when you are suffering terrible. Moving to GH town and Charak saved me. When docs don't listen or work to find a solution it's difficult but go somewhere else. Advocate for yourself because 1.5 years of suffering that obviously was not necessary is IMHO criminal. I wish someone would have helped me get a different doc or had told me to keep trying different docs til I found one that cared. Thank you GH office for giving me my life back!
