I have been so well cared for since my stay here the last 30+ days! Everyone is respectful and very friendly. The room is clean and bright and has privacy. The aides here are excellent and attentive to my needs despite the demands on their services. Nurses come in and check on my healing and general condition often. The Center is clean and well equipped with three physical therapy and one dialysis room. I have had OT and PT daily during the week and since my entry here I had the comfort of an air mattress which with my issue is a blessing!
I am so glad I could avail myself of the Falls services. Although I hope I do not return for obvious reasons, I will miss all the professionals I have met here. I am quite impressed!

My adult special needs daughter is a resident at Falls Village. She is non verbal, and is totally dependent for all her care. She has alternate ways to communicate. She has been in two other facilities where the level of care was not what I would have liked. Her care here is wonderful. She is happier than I have seen her in a long time. She has her favorites among the nursing staff, and it is obvious who they are! No place is ever going to provide perfect care, but this facility is by far the best we have encountered so far.

We had a great experience at this facility when my father-in-law was admitted after breaking his hip. The place is clean, organized, and welcoming. Special thanks to Nurse Jennifer. She was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and well taken care of. Her compassion and attentiveness truly made a difference during a tough time.
