This was the best ER visit I’ve ever had! Not good that I needed to be there but great as in service. Alexa, Nyha, Nicole, Chris, and Josh was amazing. The wait time was next to nothing. After a recent fall I went to the Parma emergency department. I was so blessed my PA was Christina vomero. I hate technology, I'm having such a hard time trying to tell everyone about the outstanding experience I had at Parma ER. I came in was intense shoulder and hip pain. She had tests run on me that the other hospital didn't bother to do. She's very thorough very kind and very knowledgeable. I am so grateful for her. I hope you will be lucky enough if you have to go there to have her looking after you. Not only did she take excellent care of me while I was there, she even took care of me when I couldn't get my prescription filled. she took whatever steps were necessary to get me my medicine. And she did it in no time flat. That's going above and beyond and that's Christina, above and beyond expectations. I also want to compliment her LPN Jen another very kind and professional member of the Parma ER.

Personally, I loved my experience at Matt Talbot for women. Between the food that was good for a treatment center that is just there to get you back on your feet and the lovely RA’s I felt welcomed and at a comfortable place to restart my life. I believe people don’t realize that once you bring yourself into a treatment center you’re giving your life over to the care of people that are just there to help you get sober, but at Matt Talbot they do so much more than that. I got a sense of family friendship and peer support. I want to give a special shout out to the RA’s Ms.Shannon, Ms.Lacie, Ms.Robyn, Ms.Arnetha, Ms.Ashely, Mr.Jerry, Ms.Gloria and more. No matter what time it was, they were there for me when I wanted or Needed something. If it was someone to talk to when I was feeling down or just a pen to write in my journal if it was a volleyball game to play outside or to listen to music on the speaker, they did it with a smile on their face and no hesitation. Not only were the RA’s Delightful And like a family to me, the counselors and group facilitators were also amazing. To name a few Ms.Dorlene was one of the best people to do groups with, my counselor Ms.Jill Was very supportive and a great listener. Ms.Liandre was also great with her groups and a very strong woman who was fair to everyone and gave us candy. Ms.Erin I didn’t work with personally, but she did a good group with Ms.Jill. Same with Mr.Charlie I didn’t personally work with him but he did a good group and was fun to be around. Long story short if your looking for help to get sober In a clean environment with a sense of family And supportMatt Talbot is the place to go.

The staff in the counselors are friendly. They have a great circulum. Lots of activities and exercise equipment they feed you very well I actually gained 10 pounds while I was there LOL. They also have a very nice facility love the art therapist and the trauma counselor I would recommend this place I give it a four and a half Stars only because there's always room for improvement

As a former patient and current clientof their program, I can honestly say that all staff members were considerate and understanding of my addiction. I spent 10 weeks in the program from July to September 2018. Upon my release, I was given the opportunity to reside in a sober living home that they chose for me based on my needs. Unfortunately, due to my inability to follow the proper guidelines of recovery, I went back to the people, places and things that they suggest you remove from your past that took me back to addiction. I relapsed in less than 30 days of being released. I reached out again to Matt Talbot and they allowed me to come back for another 10 weeks of programming. In November 2018, I entered Matt Talbot in a broken down state of mind and body and left in December 2018, a renewed and educated woman that fought for her sobriety. I highly recommend this program to anyone wanting to change their life the way it changed mine. Today, I am still clean, sober and loving my life.

I've been sober since May 30, 2018 after multiple rehab visits at other places and 2 tours of Stella Maris. Stella is where it finally stuck with me. The entire program is great, and it allowed me time to live in a bubble where I didn't have to worry about my problems in the outside world, and I could just focus on healing myself. I am very grateful. Everyone is so kind, approachable, and well organized. I made an appointment just before the office opened on a Friday. I was in terrible withdrawal pain. Bright View's nurses and staff courteously excorted me to comfort. The intake took about 6 hours, then I was dosed. I'm glad I chose to go here. Group therapy is amazing and insightful. Transportation provided. Very little is not provided. Weekly prescriptions to begin with. The hotline is available at all times. I have been with Bright View since September 2023. Addiction is treatable and this clinic works well with me to try to solve my problems. They're going as far as they can to change individual drug habits and doing a great job. Learning from and speaking with my counselor here is at the heart of my continuing sobriety. Thank you Bright View's staff, counselors and nurses . You are all good people ❤️

I have been a patient at BrightView for about 6 years now, and honestly without them I’d probably be d*ad right now. They’ve helped me get my life back on track and for the most part everyone there is amazing. I used to go there once a week and now because I’ve stayed sober for 6 years now I go every other month and I love that they give everyone that incentive once they hit a certain point. Other than I’ve had to switch to counselors a couple of times and that stinks cause it’s really hard for me to trust people and open up, I can not complain about my experience at BrightView. They have truly saved my life and helped me get myself back on track. I have an amazing job that I love, a son who can count on his mom every single day, i was able to get my license back and have my own car, and my own apartment which up until 3 years ago I never had, and the will to keep on pushing every day thanks to BrightView.

Olympia Grove Recovery is a remarkable place to come for recovery. I was able to work in the kitchen with Ms. Tabitha and Ms. Tiffany who are great people to work with and helped my time past and stay focused on my recovery. My patient navigator Ms.B was excellent she did everything she could do to help me on to the next step in my recovery and always there for any concerns I had about my transition or anything else. One of my group counselors Ms.Marcia has so much positive energy which she past along to me and my group mates which made the sessions feel like a discussion with family. I am really grateful I chose Olympia Grove for my recovery, and also the PEZ TEAM Anthony, Alicia, Brittany, and Angel are terrific.

This is my go to hospital for pretty much everything. It is really close to me, which is a plus. Most of the staff that I've dealt with are great. My only issue is the parking lot. After certain time, good luck finding a space to park. On a couple of times, I had to cancel my appointments due to the lack of parking. I really hope that they can fix that in the near future.

I’ve been coming to the Louis Stokes VA for a decade now and I always receive great care! I’m so thankful for my care team and the women’s health clinic here is really great! I hear so many veterans complain about other VA hospitals, and I’m forever grateful that has never been my experience. Sometimes the wait is a little long for some things, but that’s understandable if it isn’t urgent (for instance I had a standard dentist appointment in May and my cleaning appointment isn’t until the end of September), but I don’t mind because I always get taken care of.

I'm leaving next week for sober living. I will have been at Orca for 30 days by then. This place is amazing. This is my 5th time in rehab. The counselors, nurses, and staff are amazing. This is the only place that I have been to that I feel listened to, treated like an adult, and receive excellent information and resources. Also, they let you have your phones and allow you to go out on your own when you have been here for a week. Trust me when I say that I realized, by coming here, what my greatest stumbling block has been in staying sober. The knowledge that I'm taking with me has me very optimistic and positive about my future.

I don’t leave reviews often, but it’s been years since I’ve seen Rachael McLaughlin here, but I think about her often. I saw her for the first time in 2017 and she saved my life. I saw providers who dismissed, misdiagnosed and gave me medication that did more harm than good. Rachael listened, gave me a diagnosis that made sense and went above and beyond to get me on the appropriate medication. That was 9 years ago, and last year was the FIRST time since then that I had a medication adjustment. Unfortunately due to insurance I had to find a new practice to go to, but had I never had an insurance change I’d still be seeing her to this day.
