Mica is extremely friendly time flies when you’re with her She’s very caring and kind. When I’m with her I almost feel like I’m with one of my friends she makes me feel very comfortable. She always make sure that you’re OK and she’ll go to any length to make sure that you have what you need and you’re taking care of. Brian is very nice n chill he’s always working his butt off he also is a wonderful person! N Precious is always there to greet you sign you in She’s very personable and also friendly. I love talking to her. I know I’ve said it about every single person, but it’s true. While my entire medical team was absolutely outstanding, these two truly stood out. I’ve been extremely anxious leading up to this procedure, and that anxiety followed me all the way through the hospital doors. But from the moment I was greeted by Brittan, I felt a sense of calm begin to take shape. She explained the initial steps clearly and kindly, then gave me space and time to collect myself without ever making me feel rushed. What meant the most to me is that at no point did I feel like “just another patient” or a task on a checklist. That alone speaks volumes. When Brittan returned with Kira and another RN to begin prep, including my IV, I typically would’ve felt overwhelmed having multiple people in the room—but Brittan’s steady explanations and the team’s seamless communication kept me grounded and fully informed every step of the way. Once I was brought back to staging, their continued clarity and professionalism helped ease my nerves even more. I was still anxious—but it was a world of difference from when I arrived. This was, without a doubt, the best experience I’ve ever had in a hospital setting. You can tell this team works together often—they’re coordinated, compassionate, and above all, human. Thank you Brittan, Kira, and the rest of my amazing medical staff. You all made a difficult day so much easier, and I’m incredibly grateful. There were one or two staff members that seemed less than happy to be there and even a little short with the patients. No place is going to get a five star rating. You are going to find faults no matter where you go. I was in inpatient between January 9th and 14th for anxiety and depression as well as "SI". This was my first time in a facility, so I was extremely apprehensive. I had seen the horror stories about mismanaged mental hospitals and was on high alert going in. It ended as soon as I was carted in. The staff was, for the most part, very helpful and caring. They did regular vital checks, bed checks, 4 counseling classes a day (optional), had regular 1on 1 check ins with psychiatrists and therapists, etc... This place was an overall game changer. I went in at the end of my rope. I had hit the wall in every way. This place and the people in it helped me process my feelings, got me on necessary medication, and helped me find outside mental health assistance for my continued recovery. I want to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to two incredible nurses who made a lasting impact during one of the most nerve-wracking days of my life—Brittan Hess, RN and Kira Borthwick. While my entire medical team was absolutely outstanding, these two truly stood out. I’ve been extremely anxious leading up to this procedure, and that anxiety followed me all the way through the hospital doors. But from the moment I was greeted by Brittan, I felt a sense of calm begin to take shape. She explained the initial steps clearly and kindly, then gave me space and time to collect myself without ever making me feel rushed. What meant the most to me is that at no point did I feel like “just another patient” or a task on a checklist. That alone speaks volumes. When Brittan returned with Kira and another RN to begin prep, including my IV, I typically would’ve felt overwhelmed having multiple people in the room—but Brittan’s steady explanations and the team’s seamless communication kept me grounded and fully informed every step of the way. Once I was brought back to staging, their continued clarity and professionalism helped ease my nerves even more. I was still anxious—but it was a world of difference from when I arrived. This was, without a doubt, the best experience I’ve ever had in a hospital setting. You can tell this team works together often—they’re coordinated, compassionate, and above all, human. Thank you Brittan, Kira, and the rest of my amazing medical staff. You all made a difficult day so much easier, and I’m incredibly grateful.

They have doctors and case management, they are getting my son's mother in and helping her where no one else could for months she's even missed an appointment and they still got her in right away, she is an extreme case, but I've never seen someone go so far to help somebody, and I would recommend them to anybody it reminds me of what the Nord center used to be like 20 years ago.
