I have been going for almost 5 years now. I do love my therapist Lindsey very much, you guys are very understanding when it comes to me missing appointments. My only complaint is that most of the time when I call, no one answers. Thank you and Lindsey for helping me be a normal person in society and helping me be able to help myself. I am very grateful for you guys. Thank you.

Never have an issue. When all places runout of meds they have it. I wish they could open more hours.

They have doctors and case management, they are getting my son's mother in and helping her where no one else could for months she's even missed an appointment and they still got her in right away, she is an extreme case, but I've never seen someone go so far to help somebody, and I would recommend them to anybody it reminds me of what the Nord center used to be like 20 years ago.

They transport my daughter daily to a adult center. They are so efficient, they contact me nightly to let me know who is picking her up and what time they will be arriving. The drivers will either text or call me 10 minutes ahead to be ready for pickup. Great staff they have, they go beyond the call if duty. My daughter thinks Paul and Leon are the best.

Very good listener. Paying attention to my personal situation and very understanding treated me as a individual and not a project. If u want people who care show support this is your place. The lady who worked with me was amazing I haven’t met the entire staff but she definitely made good face of the establishment. Thank you.

Laura Skerbec is a great counselor! We have a child seeing her and another counselor at Nord Center. Pathways is on top of their game and extremely helpful! Highly recommend!

Really nice friendly place been great to me for years now they get things done. All staff and Dr are super knowledgeable can't thank this place enough for all the help they have done for me my life is much better from counseling than when I started I have learned a lot!!! Great place!!!

Better than most centers

My mother is mentally ill and has been coming here a few years now and she says they have a great program and a great staff. She says they have always treated her with respect and compassion, and that the treatment they have given to her has worked. She is really happy for having them in her life because she is better every day because of them.

Great place

It was too notch care & its a good place to start your life over & the food was catered/great.. It seems to operate within the bounds of good decent Christian values. I been to a luxury treatment center in Florida & Matt Talbot was even better in multiple ways... I asked a judge to send me there because I said I would leave CBCF whoch is a sham... (((Matt Talbot)))....

Coming thru and cultivating new relationships is just one of the many tools I'm able to use in recovery. 2 of those relationships...Sara and The Artist, Vanessa. Their team helped me work thru all the rough spots in early recovery. The process becomes milestones of growth, sometimes daily. Thanks for all the kindness and willingness to help. A positive and aspiring example of a 12step program and insightful art therapy.Thank you

Good place for treatment. Affordable.

TKC Turning Point is a great place to turn your life around. Terry Kelleman and his knowledgeable staff provide the support and a comfortable safe environment to learn and develop the skills to overcome and defeat whatever "demons" are troubling you. Be it anger management, substance abuse issues or otherwise, I would highly recommend speaking with the helpful folks a TKC!

If you are looking for a place that has no judgments, nice friendly atmosphere TKC is the place you want to be!!! If you have court they will make sure paperwork is done but nice chilled atmosphere where.you can speak your mind and feeling and you are not being judged andnrhe staff will help you get your life back on track..

SOUTHWEST GENERAL HBOT I have only had two treatments so far but I cannot say enough good things about the entire team from Dr Lockheart to Myla who handled all my insurance needs to Mary who seems to be the glue of the actual HBOT team who are a group of kind dedicated and caring people. I would recommend this group for anyone in need of this therapy. A true five star team.

My husband had unexpected open heart surgery and the cardiac unit was very caring. Their care was excellent. The doctors he seen were excellent as well. Recently he went in for an Heart Ablation. The nurses were attentive for his overnight stay. The doctor seen him before he went home and explained what to expect.

The Center at Gordon Square is the BEST!! They are really helping me, & I feel that I am getting the best care that I need.. The people here, from the ladies at the front desk, to all my providers, and all other employees, are extremely kind & caring!! Even the security gaurd is kind & helpful.. I can ot firget the pharmacy, they are wonderful.. I feel like my providers listen to me & are very understanding!! I'm really happy, that I found an Amazing place that helps me!!! What is important to me, is not only my care, but that other people are getting help.. the Centers, is truly about people helping people ❤️🤗

The centers has put together a team to help me and Ezra has went above and beyond to show me that he's there for me and i struggle very bad in many ways i am at the lowest point in my life right now but I really believe in the centers they can help you. Be honest, open-minded and cooperative and they can help you too.

In December of 2018 I attempted suicide by cop.After I was released by a behavioral center I was referred to Frontline services to get the help that I needed. I was evaluated and assigned a Therapist ( Djuana Smith ).I received therapy for more then a year and now I am a successful motivational speaker.

I have been with Frontline Services for about seven years and I continually go because they wanted to Most helpful places that Cleveland, Ohio has to offer, especially to the homeless and Mentally ill

Great Sober Environment

I have been going to the Akron VA for 4 years now. I have had nothing but amazing experiences from them. They really care about each and every single veteran that walks in those doors. I live 35 minutes from the clinic but its worth the drive. I would choose the Akron VA over the Canton VA any day.

Such helpful, polite and respectable staff. I've been to Audiology several times and they have been great, as were the operators making the appts. Today, a huge shout out and thank you to two VA police officers and a young man driving the golf cart around the garage picking up veterans and taking them to their destination. After walking around 20 min to a half hour attempting to locate my vehicle which I thought I parked on the 3 rd floor, I had to contact the police for assistance. I told the officers I would meet them on the 3rd floor parking garage, as the room in the back seat of the cruiser was extremely limited and claustrophobic. While waiting on the 3rd floor, the young man driving the golf cart in the garage offered to drive me around, as the police officers looked as well. Within a few minutes my vehicle was located. I'm 70 yrs old and was getting a little anxious about not finding my car while I walked around in a somewhat hot garage. I didn't get their names, but they know who they are and I say thank you! Next time I'm taking a picture of the row I'm in.

Some difficulty getting in but once I did the staff was great. As for the VA as a whole ..,. Still extremely subpar. Lake county does a good job though

Parking is weird especially for handicap only a few spaces by the door if parking in the back you cannot use that door have to walk to the front
