I think my experience was a lot different than other woman as I've read the reviews so I decided to leave a review to tell my experience. I was in patient in 2013 and at first didn't love it, but realized soon after that I needed it. Rehab isn't supposed to be glamorous it's supposed to be something you remember to never do again. I went there and found a new way of life. I'm thankful for my 2nd chance. They showed me how to live again without the use of drugs or alcohol. They even took me to appointments when they usually have you schedule someone to come get you. I didn't have anyone!! I only had myself and that was hard enough. I thank God this facility is there and was able to help me get clean.

It's a lil janky compared to other options in Lorain county. When it comes to options to be able to being your child you want to choose here over Hitchcock. Staff is pretty cool only one or two are unfriendly. Everyone there wants to just see you succeed. Only getting 4 stars because all of Lorain county is shut down from a snow storm and they think it's a bright idea to pile children into a van to take them to class. It's negligent to only think of money over children. A lot of us don't have a choice to be there when it's open due to housing or other commitments other wise we would definitely keep our children safe at home instead of braving this storm.

My time here was really rough . My detox was horrible but getting sober isn't supposed to be easy. But I can truly say that the staff here are amazing. They are truly the reason I stayed and continued onto treatment after. You really have to want to get sober and if that's your mindset this place will set you up for success.

The Edna House for Women is the best! It is a safe place to heal and to grow while living in a supportive and structured environment. The recent renovations have turned an already very special home into a beautiful place to live while beginning a new life in sobriety. They transport my daughter daily to a adult center. They are so efficient, they contact me nightly to let me know who is picking her up and what time they will be arriving. The drivers will either text or call me 10 minutes ahead to be ready for pickup. Great staff they have, they go beyond the call if duty. My daughter thinks Paul and Leon are the best.

Parking (annex bldg) isn't free, and it's usually quite busy, so you might have to go up and up the ramps... but not nearly as congested/far/complicated as in the clinic's main campus. Only the first hour is free, so don't arrive too early! You experience here will depend on the caregivers. Mine today made my day, and I'm grateful.

Perhaps not perfect but the staff is genuine, very attentive, and mostly, like 99% of the time, coordinated, dedicated, educated, compassionate, and helpful. I sincerely appreciate all the progress Signature Health has helped me accomplish the last 6 years. Lakewood location in particular has really great staff but like any other Behavioural Health provider, you have to find people you vibe with for therapy and psych. It takes time. Don't get discouraged. It is the best place to be, and I've been working on my mental health for 17 years with a lot of trial and error. Still working on it. Good luck and remember your care providers are human too. Thank you and I look forward to continuing receiving care there.

I’ve been a patient at the Lakewood location for 2 months now working with Amanda and Maitlin and both have been great! They’ve both been very kind and understanding and although I do like my care providers at my regular PCP’s office, I did not feel like my medication needs were being adequately addressed and to come over to signature health I feel more secure and optimistic about getting my needs met. I will leave another review as time goes on but so far my experience has been great!

From intake to leaving I was incredibly impressed. Every single staff member was warm, kind and helpful, even those serving food and doing housekeeping. I was impressed with the food and drink selection. Barb's groups were the best. The huge windows in the common area are a very nice touch. I enjoyed my room - when you consider the necessary safety measures in place, I think you'd rate it five stars. I will never forget my experience here as nurses and doctors helped me navigate PPD.

Inpatient, there needs to be more groups and activities to fill in idol time. I found that I had anxiety more when we were just sitting around. Great nurses. And Barb is the best. The food is horrendous. For hospital food you would think it would be healthier and of better quality. Outpatient, I wouldn't change a thing. Great program and counselors. Especially Elizabeth. Also, when going to the ER for mental health issues, the area where they hold us is not good. Left alone for 4 hours, except when medical staff visited. Gave me worse anxiety. Thank God they let someone to come in and sit with me after a period of time. Thank you
