The horizon house helped save my life. The staff here is absolutely incredible they were always there for me when I needed help or someone to talk to. Chris is an incredible caring man. Melissa and Tracy were always so sweet, kind, helpful and uplifting. The facilitators Rob, Shiann, Maddie, Charisma, Hazel were great teachers with alot of advice. Kristen the case manager was truly an inspiration along with a few others. The general staff were always there to talk to if needed. I will always have a place in my heart for this staff. A huge thank you to Ashlee, Keia, Sharon and Natalie yall were a big part of my success at the house and I will forever be thankful to have met you all. If you need help with addiction do not be afraid to reach out to townhall 2 and get the help you need. These negative comments are probably people who didnt truly want the help. Thats just my opinion. Also a huge thank you to Kari and Hannah yall are amazing counselors. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR SAVING MY LIFE!!💙💜💙💜💙💜

I've been coming to Coleman since I was 26, they have seen me at my very best and at my very lowest. The people who complain on your reviews clearly are blind because Coleman will treat you the way you treat them. The receptionist are always friendly and kind they are always smiling when you walk in, and they are patient. The staff are very nice. Sometimes they are rushed and don't seem pleasant. That isn't the case. I owe my life to Coleman because they saved my life on more than one occasion. I wouldn't be sober, happier and on the right medicine I am now without the help from Coleman. I have the best caseworker out there who busts her butt to make sure I am okay and we get stuff done on time while having 30 other people on her caseload. The times I've gone to their Ravenna psych ward and took me in when I didn't deserve it, let me practically live in their office because I was homeless and let me use their room with the shower attached, I can't begin to express how deep my love and gratitude is for this place. I absolutely love my psychiatrist and how hands on she is, she listens to what I say and suggest, doesn't treat me like I'm some med dispensary and pays attention to when I'm down or happier too. The therapy is fantastic. They have so much offer if you're willing to try with them.

This place saved my life. I went there straight from detox and I was home!!! I stayed sober clean and I'm hoping to get a job there I filled out an application? A awesome person I met Melissa Johnston she currently works there she was a client there when I was!! I will never forget the food I got to eat it was amazing!!! The staff was so caring and engaged!! My name is Stephanie and when I was at my worst signature health saved my life. They helped me to help myself and using harm reduction and peer support leaders I got off all of the hard drugs that I was killing myself with. I have been clean off of methamphetamine and fentanyl/heroin for 8 years now. Thank you to the staff at signature health. If you guys didn't have a past with substance abuse yourself I wouldn't have ever trusted you. But your guidance and help saved me. I love you guys. I've used signature health for almost 10 years and have only had 1 bad experience when it came to my psychiatric care, and that was remedied as soon as I spoke with my case manager Dee. I also liked their primary care doctors as well and continued to do so I told I moved out of the area. I still use signature for my psych care, and in my 10 years at Signature health I will say that the beginning was a bit bumpy with case manager turnover but the last 8 years have been AMAZING. I had been working with Doc Wilhelm until his retirement and his replacement Katie is also amazing (I was a bit apprehensive at first but she made me feel at ease) I will say after Doc retired I also opted for a therapist as well and have been pretty consistent this time and I look forward to my weekly appointments with Kearney as well. Please keep up the amazing work!

I recommend Urban Ounce of Prevention for Drug treatment and counseling, thanks to their welcoming and supportive environment I currently have over 7 months of drug and alcohol free time and they provide other resources which help to restore you to a sustainable lifestyle without drugs or alcohol. They also helped me find an apartment and provide transportation to and from their facility. The have mental health services, counseling and support which I have personally witnessed help many individuals to achieve and maintain sobriety. They also provide transportation to AA and CA meetings. They have shown me that they believe and are committed to recovery and restoration of a lifestyle which can reconnect families and help to restore children to their parents. They are culturally and spiritually oriented and accept multi cultural client. They also provide services for young people to stay clean and help them to achieve and accomplish positive things in their lives. Strongly recommended by me, they have made it possible for me to get back on track after decades of failure.

It definitely deserves 5 stars easily for their services. But something needs to be done about the emergency # you can call a thousand times & maybe still not get through. Me personally called over a hundred a few times & got though just to be hung up on 3 different times so I called the other # the lady who I did get her name didn't want to give me a supervisor # at first until I wouldn't get off the line I told her there may be something wrong with the line.If I can get though, than it goes to busy SOMETHING'S WRONG WITH THE LINE.I said there may be other people out there that really needs this service as bad as me¬ being able to get though So finally I got A a name to email someone about my concerns..So we'll see

I wish that I used the help me grow program when my older two were babies. Julie was amazing and she was right at the end of our time together I felt like she was more than just my help me grow lady I felt like she was my friend and she was definitely my confidant.
They also bring supplies to you...including boxed of diapers!! Amazing right 😊
One of the biggest things I was blessed by was this past holiday season they choose- I think one family out of them all -to give a $200 gift card to and they picked me and I was so shocked and so thankful that someone just GAVE me something like that! it was no strings attached they just gave me the gift card and my baby had a better Christmas than he would have because this has been a really rough time for me and I wouldn't have been able to do very much for under our tree. Unlike other reviews, I’ve never had any problems with them getting back to me. My counselor just left and I couldn’t get into a new one for a couple months so that was a bummer. I went to a different psychiatrist at first and he was ok but then I felt like he wasn’t listening to me since my meds consistently weren’t working. But then I switched to another psych/dr and she is wonderful. She’s works with me, listens to me, and helped me understand my problem more. She also has managed to find the right medicines for me and that has never happened. I actually feel like myself again, so thank you.

Most individuals seeking counseling support, any form of adiction accredited counselors are available, very friendly experience, great support staff! No reason someone cant find the help he or she needs, very professional staff ready to figure our the best approach plan for every individual case!! If you need some help, do not be afraid to open up and be honest, they are very up on Hippa laws, and the gut feeling I got was they sincerely care about people!!!!!

Personally, I loved my experience at Matt Talbot for women. Between the food that was good for a treatment center that is just there to get you back on your feet and the lovely RA’s I felt welcomed and at a comfortable place to restart my life. I believe people don’t realize that once you bring yourself into a treatment center you’re giving your life over to the care of people that are just there to help you get sober, but at Matt Talbot they do so much more than that. I got a sense of family friendship and peer support. I want to give a special shout out to the RA’s Ms.Shannon, Ms.Lacie, Ms.Robyn, Ms.Arnetha, Ms.Ashely, Mr.Jerry, Ms.Gloria and more. No matter what time it was, they were there for me when I wanted or Needed something. If it was someone to talk to when I was feeling down or just a pen to write in my journal if it was a volleyball game to play outside or to listen to music on the speaker, they did it with a smile on their face and no hesitation. Not only were the RA’s Delightful And like a family to me, the counselors and group facilitators were also amazing. To name a few Ms.Dorlene was one of the best people to do groups with, my counselor Ms.Jill Was very supportive and a great listener. Ms.Liandre was also great with her groups and a very strong woman who was fair to everyone and gave us candy. Ms.Erin I didn’t work with personally, but she did a good group with Ms.Jill. Same with Mr.Charlie I didn’t personally work with him but he did a good group and was fun to be around. Long story short if your looking for help to get sober In a clean environment with a sense of family And supportMatt Talbot is the place to go.

It was too notch care & its a good place to start your life over & the food was catered/great.. It seems to operate within the bounds of good decent Christian values. I been to a luxury treatment center in Florida & Matt Talbot was even better in multiple ways... I asked a judge to send me there because I said I would leave CBCF whoch is a sham... I love the therapist I see. She listens and gives great input. She seems like she actually cares. And she flexible with my schedule when things come up.
