The horizon house helped save my life. The staff here is absolutely incredible they were always there for me when I needed help or someone to talk to. Chris is an incredible caring man. Melissa and Tracy were always so sweet, kind, helpful and uplifting. The facilitators Rob, Shiann, Maddie, Charisma, Hazel were great teachers with alot of advice. Kristen the case manager was truly an inspiration along with a few others. The general staff were always there to talk to if needed. I will always have a place in my heart for this staff. A huge thank you to Ashlee, Keia, Sharon and Natalie yall were a big part of my success at the house and I will forever be thankful to have met you all. If you need help with addiction do not be afraid to reach out to townhall 2 and get the help you need. These negative comments are probably people who didnt truly want the help. Thats just my opinion. Also a huge thank you to Kari and Hannah yall are amazing counselors. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR SAVING MY LIFE!!💙💜💙💜💙💜

I've been coming to Coleman since I was 26, they have seen me at my very best and at my very lowest. The people who complain on your reviews clearly are blind because Coleman will treat you the way you treat them. The receptionist are always friendly and kind they are always smiling when you walk in, and they are patient. The staff are very nice. Sometimes they are rushed and don't seem pleasant. That isn't the case. I owe my life to Coleman because they saved my life on more than one occasion. I wouldn't be sober, happier and on the right medicine I am now without the help from Coleman. I have the best caseworker out there who busts her butt to make sure I am okay and we get stuff done on time while having 30 other people on her caseload. The times I've gone to their Ravenna psych ward and took me in when I didn't deserve it, let me practically live in their office because I was homeless and let me use their room with the shower attached, I can't begin to express how deep my love and gratitude is for this place. I absolutely love my psychiatrist and how hands on she is, she listens to what I say and suggest, doesn't treat me like I'm some med dispensary and pays attention to when I'm down or happier too. The therapy is fantastic. They have so much offer if you're willing to try with them.

They saved my life.. plain and simple. Many of the complaints are by people who dislike structure and rules... as is the mind set of many suffering from addiction. Nowhere did I see a sign saying Hilton Regency. Its not a resort its a treatment facility. I destroyed my life with Alcahol and lost everything... New Destiny restored my hope. I was dead inside and not far from it physically. The counseling and therapy helped me tremendously... but mostly it was the staff. The sincerity and dedication to your wellness is felt from the moment you arrive. I was treated by everyone there like I mattered. This is an amazing place, and a solid program to work. I haven't had any issues as far as the clinical, and mental health staff, and as far as any other staff, they also are supportive, and are serious as far keeping us all sober. If it wasn't for this place, the alternative would be death, or locked up for me. So thank you New Day, Niles and Newton Falls, for giving me another chance at life and for helping me reestablish a relationship with my family, and being there for my mental health also.

I have been going here for 8years and never had an issue and if I ever did the staff where there to help me. Comquest saved my life and I would recommend it to anyone! When getting help there are certian things you have to do and sometimes they are not comfortable for you. With medications i have never had one issue, the doctors are NOT quick to get you off, they always have told me whenever your comfortable, I told them I will be on this for life, they told me no problem. Thank god for this program cause it gave me, my life back and I am able to enjoy my son and wife and have a family and build back what addiction took from me and conquest and its staff where the people there for me.

Please know you literally changed my life several years ago and I wanted to thank you. I moved to this town and had been suffering for 1.5 years because the doc I had refused to change my med that wasn't working. The first visit your docs changed up the med and in 2 weeks I was no longer suffering. So Thank you for caring enough to try something different. I suffered unnecessarily for a year and a half...it's difficult to just find a new doc when you are suffering terrible. Moving to GH town and Charak saved me. When docs don't listen or work to find a solution it's difficult but go somewhere else. Advocate for yourself because 1.5 years of suffering that obviously was not necessary is IMHO criminal. I wish someone would have helped me get a different doc or had told me to keep trying different docs til I found one that cared. Thank you GH office for giving me my life back!

I normally go to the Akron outpatient facility (5 stars also) I went to Ravenna outpatient to see the ENT. I was nervous about going to a different location until I walked thru the doors. I felt right at home. Staff was super helpful and nice. Dr and staff were very informative and kept me up to date every step of the way. I was in good hands the entire time.

The VA does a very good job of taking care of us. They have added a lot of automation to the process. I don’t feel rushed through, plenty of time with caregiver if needed. Some locations Cleveland and Parma you can see your get your vitals taken, see your doctor, pick up your medications, and be on your way. No long waits and then sit in an empty room waiting for the doctor to come. They move a lot of us through every day. Infusion takes time, still meeting Veterans from World War II, Korea, and all over the world, including the still in increasing number of people being treated for Agent Orange from Vietnam. Thank you to all of the people involved in the care, and treatment, both physical and mental of the veterans. We appreciate what you do for us. Including the people that have improved the system, and trying to fix issues that may arise.

Though my wait in the ER was long I still appreciate the care I was given. Floor 4 was outstanding. Everyone was extremely busy. I could hear people yelling and being rude to them. Yet every time they came to my room they were smiling and very helpful. I experienced pain i wouldn't wish on anyone. They took really good care of me. They also helped me find an apartment and provide transportation to and from their facility. The have mental health services, counseling and support which I have personally witnessed help many individuals to achieve and maintain sobriety. They also provide transportation to AA and CA meetings. Not what it was 25yrs ago, what a good experience. Most individuals seeking counseling support, any form of adiction accredited counselors are available, very friendly experience, great support staff! No reason someone cant find the help he or she needs, very professional staff ready to figure our the best approach plan for every individual case!! If you need some help, do not be afraid to open up and be honest, they are very up on Hippa laws, and the gut feeling I got was they sincerely care about people!!!!!
