It's really hot or miss if you use the family center for residents. I had had disappointment early on and then when I went back I got a great doctor who became my PCP for the next 9 months. I have come so far in my journey to better health bc of her yet bc it's a residency program she finished her residency and left a month ago and I have yet to meet my new PCP. I miss my old PCP already as the new one who I've only spoken with through mychart briefly doesn't have a grip on everything we had been doing and the progress we have made. However if you need to get in quickly this place is great and most of the doctors and nurses really seem to care. I am disappointed today though because I had labs scheduled and showed up after work since all of their Google pages stay the lab here is open from 8-8 but if you click on their actual page it says 7-5:30. The clinic would need to update that with Google. Hopefully I will like my new PCP and she will do what's necessary to get my insane labs under control.

the providers and nurses are lovely and so welcoming, i always look forward to coming here. if you need blood work, a PCP or HRT this is a great place :)

I have been going for almost 5 years now. I do love my therapist Lindsey very much, you guys are very understanding when it comes to me missing appointments. My only complaint is that most of the time when I call, no one answers. Thank you and Lindsey for helping me be a normal person in society and helping me be able to help myself. Never have an issue. When all places runout of meds they have it. I wish they could open more hours.

This is way overdue~ I've had different services through SHI for many years. Case management being the most current and longest standing. This facility helped save my life. They continues to provide assistance in practical life skill education and support.

What is happening on the second floor of your clinic ? Congestion all over the place lines blocking the elevators, no posted information where to check in or out looks like one big people hang out. These were my thoughts during my appointment on July 9, 2018. Please address this issue. Thank You!!

I have a bit of a story to tell but I want to start it by saying I found Applegate recovery by accident. It was the single best accident of my life I was sober or clean whichever you use and had been since 2016 when I started seeing Applegate in 2018. This place performs miracles. I am living proof. I have a life that I can take part in and enjoy now and Applegate recovery is why I have that luxury. If you're thinking about a place please just call, I am so glad I did. These people truly care about every single patient they know you by name they know your backstory they don't forget your backstory and I will say that the best change I've seen over the years started with Applegate and that is it is a forgiving program that works. Please understand I am telling you, these people save lives. I pray for you now not even knowing your name that you are successful however you approach your addiction. They care about me.

This whole staff was probably some of the nicest and most professional medical staff i've ever encountered. I had no wait at all, it was midnight. I was also able to call and ask them how long the wait would be.

Outstanding nursing staff. Really can't elaborate enough about how great they were. Moreover, the actual care and treatment were excellent. I don't think I saw my assigned doctor a single time during my 3 day stay, but the nursing staff made sure I was in good hands and felt safe. Decent food considering it's a hospital, although they quite literally got every single meal wrong to varying degrees. For instance, one order had 8 items on it, and only 1 was correct. The showers are awful and extremely cold.

Lutheran may be an old building; however, the care I have received is second-to-none! Great staff - tremendous work ethics - courteous - friendly and, of course extremely professional. Thank you!

My name is Stephanie and when I was at my worst signature health saved my life. They helped me to help myself and using harm reduction and peer support leaders I got off all of the hard drugs that I was killing myself with. I have been clean off of methamphetamine and fentanyl/heroin for 8 years now. Thank you to the staff at signature health. If you guys didn't have a past with substance abuse yourself I wouldn't have ever trusted you. But your guidance and help saved me. I love you guys. I've used signature health for almost 10 years and have only had 1 bad experience when it came to my psychiatric care, and that was remedied as soon as I spoke with my case manager Dee. I also liked their primary care doctors as well and continued to do so I told I moved out of the area. I still use signature for my psych care, and in my 10 years at Signature health I will say that the beginning was a bit bumpy with case manager turnover but the last 8 years have been AMAZING. I had been working with Doc Wilhelm until his retirement and his replacement Katie is also amazing (I was a bit apprehensive at first but she made me feel at ease) I will say after Doc retired I also opted for a therapist as well and have been pretty consistent this time and I look forward to my weekly appointments with Kearney as well. Please keep up the amazing work!

I do groups at Edna House and absolutely luv it there! I have told the women several times I’m moving in just not as a client (yet, right?) these women support one another and are somehow able to put differences aside, plus it always floors me that everytime I walk in that kitchen is spotless!

The Edna House for Women is the best! It is a safe place to heal and to grow while living in a supportive and structured environment. The recent renovations have turned an already very special home into a beautiful place to live while beginning a new life in sobriety. They offer all of this without requiring money or having health insurance to get into the program. This house saves lives!!!

Psych and Psych is a great place to help guide you in your recovery. They continue to help me more than they realize and I’m grateful to share my journey with them!

Amanda Osborne is the best I get a lot out of group I'm very comfortable coming here shes a very great listener n gives good advice & helps out a lot I recommend this for anyone struggling n looking for actually get something out of treatment
