I initially found Arrow Passage recovery online and spoke with Cris in May 2025. She has an amazing voice and her calmness and thoughtfulness helped me as a parent Arrow Passage.

Wilson Hall and the entire staff are absolute angels on earth! If anyone has negative things to say about the staff or facilities their probably fighting themselves over getting sober and allowing the process to work. I am so not perfect or the "pillar of the community" but as the House Coordinator (for both extended stays) I saw miracles happen on a daily!! Mr Montgomery treated me like I was his son and family. They care about my fellow veterans struggling and are always there to answer a question or give you clarity on a thought or emotion. I love the staff and facility and own them more than any about of money can replace that! Need more of these facilities.

I am so great full for this place and the people who have helped me get sober and stay sober! The doctors and nurses here are amazing and I would recommend this place to anyone who is struggling with a dependency to all drugs and alcohol. I have been sober for over 3 years now and am so lucky to be in this program! Dr. Gibb is the man who helped save me from the chaos of opiates and I am so thankful for him! This place saved my life. I went there straight from detox and I was home!!! I stayed sober clean and I'm hoping to get a job there I filled out an application? Detox was a peaceful place. I hadn’t slept or ate in a week. I only weighed 107 lbs. when I arrived, my appearance was sickly. I started eating properly and finally began filling out. Then I was moved to the residential side and got a huge comfy bed!! I started making friends, one pointed out to me that I may be depressed and for once I accepted it and went to talk to the Doctor. The doctor put me on depression medicine. I feel so happy and normal now!! The real healing came after I met with my Therapist . He asked me some questions and I answered them. I knew that we had to trust each other in order for this to work. I knew I had to face the demons within me. I had to deal with the trauma caused in my life. We built our relationship and when the time was right, I shared the deepest scars and pain that killed me inside a long time ago. It was the healing I needed to be a whole person again. It allowed me to love myself for the first time since I was a little girl. I thank God

I am so grateful for the “Spiritual Awakening” that I received from the Bluffs! I was so shattered and depressed when I made the call to them. I didn’t think there was any hope for me. I had just a tiny strand of hope. My mind and body were crushed, damaged, and tired.I even delayed my flight for another day, but I was so nervous and scared. I had never flown before and never been out of state that far. I got on the plane and right there in that moment I knew that it was the right thing. I arrived at the airport and Melissa was there to greet me. She was amazing, and I knew I had made the right decision. Everyone on the third floor is incredible !!!!! From therapy to legal advice they go above and beyond to help - I had a very difficult time in my life and was left with NOTHING - received therapy and the advocates attempted court with me since I had nobody and I simply needed someone in my corner.
The second floor on the other hand isn’t really kind and act more like a bother when you have questions.

Wasn’t sure what to expect but Anazao met me where I was at. After years of cocaine and drinking, I’d lost myself. The team here didn’t just help me detox, they helped me rebuild. They listened, gave me tools to cope with the depression I’d kept buried for too long. It wasn’t flashy, but it was solid. I do wish there was more physical activity in the program. Still, I left feeling useful again.

They say 'Hope happens here', and they didn't lie. CommQuest worked hard to meet my needs, they stood by me trough every step of the journey. It wasn't easy but they gave me hope, they gave me a new chance and they made me work hard for a better life. I have been going here for 8years and never had an issue and if I ever did the staff where there to help me. Comquest saved my life and I would recommend it to anyone! When getting help there are certian things you have to do and sometimes they are not comfortable for you. With medications i have never had one issue, the doctors are NOT quick to get you off, they always have told me whenever your comfortable, I told them I will be on this for life, they told me no problem. Thank god for this program cause it gave me, my life back and I am able to enjoy my son and wife and have a family and build back what addiction took from me and conquest and its staff where the people there for me.

I recommend Urban Ounce of Prevention for Drug treatment and counseling, thanks to their welcoming and supportive environment I currently have over 7 months of drug and alcohol free time and they provide other resources which help to restore you to a sustainable lifestyle without drugs or alcohol. They also helped me find an apartment and provide transportation to and from their facility. The have mental health services, counseling and support which I have personally witnessed help many individuals to achieve and maintain sobriety. They also provide transportation to AA and CA meetings. They have shown me that they believe and are committed to recovery and restoration of a lifestyle which can reconnect families and help to restore children to their parents. They are culturally and spiritually oriented and accept multi cultural client. They also provide services for young people to stay clean and help them to achieve and accomplish positive things in their lives. It definitely deserves 5 stars easily for their services. But something needs to be done about the emergency # you can call a thousand times & maybe still not get through. Me personally called over a hundred a few times & got though just to be hung up on 3 different times so I called the other # the lady who I did get her name didn't want to give me a supervisor # at first until I wouldn't get off the line I told her there may be something wrong with the line.If I can get though, than it goes to busy SOMETHING'S WRONG WITH THE LINE.I said there may be other people out there that really needs this service as bad as me¬ being able to get though So finally I got A a name to email someone about my concerns..So we'll see

I wish that I used the help me grow program when my older two were babies. Julie was amazing and she was right at the end of our time together I felt like she was more than just my help me grow lady I felt like she was my friend and she was definitely my confidant.
They also bring supplies to you...including boxed of diapers!! Amazing right 😊
One of the biggest things I was blessed by was this past holiday season they choose- I think one family out of them all -to give a $200 gift card to and they picked me and I was so shocked and so thankful that someone just GAVE me something like that! it was no strings attached they just gave me the gift card and my baby had a better Christmas than he would have because this has been a really rough time for me and I wouldn't have been able to do very much for under our tree. Unlike other reviews, I’ve never had any problems with them getting back to me. My counselor just left and I couldn’t get into a new one for a couple months so that was a bummer. I went to a different psychiatrist at first and he was ok but then I felt like he wasn’t listening to me since my meds consistently weren’t working. But then I switched to another psych/dr and she is wonderful. She’s works with me, listens to me, and helped me understand my problem more. She also has managed to find the right medicines for me and that has never happened. I actually feel like myself again, so thank you.

Not what it was 25yrs ago, what a good experience. Most individuals seeking counseling support, any form of adiction accredited counselors are available, very friendly experience, great support staff! No reason someone cant find the help he or she needs, very professional staff ready to figure our the best approach plan for every individual case!! If you need some help, do not be afraid to open up and be honest, they are very up on Hippa laws, and the gut feeling I got was they sincerely care about people!!!!!
