My name is John Stone and if you want the real review of this place, I’m gonna be 100% honest with you. I spent 113 days there, was it worth it? Absolutely changed my life. I did not do no complaining about things That were meant to be grateful for Sam. My counselor was on point with not bullshitting me. Justin was a very good person as well. Ashley the nurse took the time to really help me on my medication‘s trying and doing the ones that were really worth for me and I’m so grateful today to be calm and not be so full of energy, but enough to just Focus. Rachel absolutely sweetheart, and she does all kinds of great things for the clients. Xavier was one of the best teachers that we had along with Nautica. She was a very straightforward, not letting us bullshit our way out of it, but focusing on the real problem me! This place has given me what I needed. I’ve been in addiction now for over 20 years in my life, but sometimes you just gotta quit complaining take a good hard look at yourself and start changing things and that’s what they help. All of these people help me. Do I give this five stars The rooms are magnificent TV in every room bathroom in every room only complaints I’ve seen came from people who absolutely did not want to change or hear any other person’s view. I Love, aero passages, they help me get rid of me the biggest problem there was thank you aero passages for saving my life taking the time to be straight with me. The people who didn’t make it were just not willing to take a suggestion if you really want to change your life this is the place to go 100% truthful from my heart

The place is very comfortable and everyone is very welcoming. The counselors are very professional and extremely nice. Most groups at Arrow are very informative, fun and enjoyable. They also provide food at both the house and office. And you can do Walmart orders or have family and friends bring other foods/snacks to the office to take back to the house while you stay.

Arrow Passage Recovery is a program that truly gives you what you need if you’re willing to show up and do the work. The help is absolutely there, but this is a place where you genuinely get out of it what you put into it. If you come in with a bad mindset or resistance, you’re probably going to have a rough time — but that’s true of recovery anywhere. Going in with an open mind, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude makes a difference in every single aspect of the process here. What stood out most to me was the expert level of care combined with real kindness and humanity. The staff doesn’t just tell you what to do — they guide you, support you, and give you the tools to take control of your own recovery journey. You’re not treated like a number. The employees truly care, from the techs to the clinical staff, and it shows every day. The clinical team is exceptional, and my counselor Danielle quite literally was a lifesaver for me. Her support, honesty, and commitment to my growth helped me through moments when I didn’t think I could keep going. Having someone who genuinely listens and believes in you can change everything, and that’s what I experienced here. The environment itself is structured, safe, and supportive — and honestly, it’s better than jail by a long shot. Meals are decent and consistent, which matters more than people realize when you’re trying to rebuild your life. And Ashley’s waffles deserve their own recognition — easily the best breakfast in town and something I still talk about. This program gave me guidance, accountability, and hope, but it also taught me that recovery is self-driven. Arrow Passage provided the foundation, and I had to choose to build on it. Because of that combination — their guidance and my willingness — I can say that I owe my life to this program. As of today, I am 83 days clean, and I am living proof that this program works if you work it. I’m incredibly grateful for Arrow Passage Recovery and the people who made a real difference in my life. I would recommend it to anyone who is serious about recovery and ready to give themselves a chance.

Wilson Hall and the entire staff are absolute angels on earth! If anyone has negative things to say about the staff or facilities their probably fighting themselves over getting sober and allowing the process to work. I am so not perfect or the "pillar of the community" but as the House Coordinator (for both extended stays) I saw miracles happen on a daily!! Mr Montgomery treated me like I was his son and family. They care about my fellow veterans struggling and are always there to answer a question or give you clarity on a thought or emotion. I love the staff and facility and own them more than any about of money can replace that! Need more of these facilities. Chuck D

I am very grateful. Everyone is so kind, approachable, and well organized. I made an appointment just before the office opened on a Friday. I was in terrible withdrawal pain. Bright View's nurses and staff courteously excorted me to comfort. The intake took about 6 hours, then I was dosed. I'm glad I chose to go here. Group therapy is amazing and insightful. Transportation provided. Very little is not provided. Weekly prescriptions to begin with. The hotline is available at all times. I have been with Bright View since September 2023. Addiction is treatable and this clinic works well with me to try to solve my problems. They're going as far as they can to change individual drug habits and doing a great job. Learning from and speaking with my counselor here is at the heart of my continuing sobriety. Thank you Bright View's staff, counselors and nurses . You are all good people ❤️

I have been a patient at BrightView for about 6 years now, and honestly without them I’d probably be d*ad right now. They’ve helped me get my life back on track and for the most part everyone there is amazing. I used to go there once a week and now because I’ve stayed sober for 6 years now I go every other month and I love that they give everyone that incentive once they hit a certain point. Other than I’ve had to switch to counselors a couple of times and that stinks cause it’s really hard for me to trust people and open up, I can not complain about my experience at BrightView. They have truly saved my life and helped me get myself back on track. I have an amazing job that I love, a son who can count on his mom every single day, i was able to get my license back and have my own car, and my own apartment which up until 3 years ago I never had, and the will to keep on pushing every day thanks to BrightView.

They saved my life.. plain and simple. Many of the complaints are by people who dislike structure and rules... as is the mind set of many suffering from addiction. Nowhere did I see a sign saying Hilton Regency. Its not a resort its a treatment facility. I destroyed my life with Alcahol and lost everything... New Destiny restored my hope. I was dead inside and not far from it physically. The counseling and therapy helped me tremendously... but mostly it was the staff. The sincerity and dedication to your wellness is felt from the moment you arrive. I was treated by everyone there like I mattered. Today I am clean and sober My family has been restored My soul was saved Today I have hope and an honest desire to be a better man every day. New Destiny is an appropriate name. They gave me one. A awesome person I met Melissa Johnston she currently works there she was a client there when I was!! I will never forget the food I got to eat it was amazing!!! The staff was so caring and engaged!! I was treated for hep c while I was there to!!! A nice room with a shower in it!!!!! A personal trainer so we got to work out!!!! The kitchen was opened all night which I thought was great!!! Everyone on the third floor is incredible !!!!! From therapy to legal advice they go above and beyond to help - I had a very difficult time in my life and was left with NOTHING - received therapy and the advocates attempted court with me since I had nobody and I simply needed someone in my corner. The second floor on the other hand isn’t really kind and acts more like you are bother when you have questions. They were very unpleasant to talk to ( reception/ intake second floor )

I have been going here for 8years and never had an issue and if I ever did the staff where there to help me. Comquest saved my life and I would recommend it to anyone! When getting help there are certian things you have to do and sometimes they are not comfortable for you. With medications i have never had one issue, the doctors are NOT quick to get you off, they always have told me whenever your comfortable, I told them I will be on this for life, they told me no problem. Thank god for this program cause it gave me, my life back and I am able to enjoy my son and wife and have a family and build back what addiction took from me and conquest and its staff where the people there for me.

For the first time in all my life I was put through intense trauma in all apsects imaginable. I became so unattached, not allowing anyone close to me near or be in contact. After 2 solid years being wrongfully manipulated,set up, following all rules being promised protection told to rely on our police and the system and evey single one failed me caused me more mental and physical harm and influenced drastic changes to my character. Known in my home town as a huge influence with my practice Wooster hospital, College of Wooster, Saint Mary Immaculate Church and School all organizations The harm that was done ethically inappropriate to manipulation and influence of anyone important that affects safety, shelter, organizations not including Goodwill they are still in good standing that your truth your history wont matter. Wayne co almost killed me by allowing me to be harmed so severally for 2 years that finally hes prison uncovering the amount of trauma from cops, supervisors of establishments that when my legal team uncovered a ridiculous amount of calls into the poloce stations about ke screaming for help and the times i valled for help hours later they would come to tske a teport and basically put me down and accuse me of things i never have done. The treatment i received cauzed many to loose there jobs and showwd through video footage how I was at a shelter and a worker allowed my predator to force himself on me in the mens room just to name few what I have went through along with being set up so many times making me have a record I am thankful all will be removed by Feb 2027 Ruth from Wooster Ohio Anazoa never gave up on me no matter where I was or what i was going through. Her capabilities to navigate, be firm yet anle to handle how harsh and frantic I wasnt able to speak or react kind or even normal. I would have taken my life if it wasnt for her belief in me and how she was able to connect and get my attention to grow, heal, acknowledge and learn. I have never felt so helpless or worn out from Wayne Co trying to break me along with life at the hands of an ex that i wasnt aware of his past how extensive it was and his influence through drugs, stealing, known from his peers even influencing Wooster poloce and courts. Thank you Ruth and Anazoa for now everything os coming to light for me freedom and my mental and physical health. I suggest everyone to go to Anazao Wayne co can ot make you go to One Eighty

I recommend Urban Ounce of Prevention for Drug treatment and counseling, thanks to their welcoming and supportive environment I currently have over 7 months of drug and alcohol free time and they provide other resources which help to restore you to a sustainable lifestyle without drugs or alcohol. They also helped me find an apartment and provide transportation to and from their facility. The have mental health services, counseling and support which I have personally witnessed help many individuals to achieve and maintain sobriety. They also provide transportation to AA and CA meetings. They have shown me that they believe and are committed to recovery and restoration of a lifestyle which can reconnect families and help to restore children to their parents. They are culturally and spiritually oriented and accept multi cultural client. They also provide services for young people to stay clean and help them to achieve and accomplish positive things in their lives.
