Arrow passage was exactly what I needed being an alcoholic of 35 years. I was admitted into the PHP program which was amazing for my treatment, I was ready to get past the weight of the alcohol destroying everything that I stood for and loved. The counselors, Thomas, Heidi, Bree, Danielle E., Nautica and Joe all made sure that we were actively engaged and understood what our purpose is. I was assigned with my counselor Sam, she is my recovery angel. Sam is all about her clients and challenges them to not only achieve their sobriety but to maintain a lifestyle they can be proud of. She was straight forward, no nonsense, direct but also a compassionate person who listened and guided my treatment with a very clear path. Sam is the ultimate asset for Arrow Passage and compliments her peers very well. I learned honesty is a nonnegotiable virtue and is not waiverable in recovery, so I’ll say this. If you are serious about changing your life, if alcohol or other substances are steering you in the wrong direction you need to reach out to Arrow Passage, the center was a much needed answer for learning how to get on top of my alcoholism, my family and I can’t thank the counselors and staff, especially Sam enough!!’ Thank you and may God continue to give you his strength to help others!!! 🙏🙏🙏

Ive been going to Brightview for over 4 years.It has made me able to achieve sobriety and has saved my life, and made me feel like I am worthy.

Been going there for 3 years and I have had a great experience and still sober. My counselor is the best a lot more good staff. I would recommend this place for any addict to get sober they don't judge you they just there to help .

Very nice and don't take to long

I had a client that needed his records on very short notice. Rick provided 230+ pages in records, reports, and evaluations within a day. The thoroughness of their record keeping really helped my client and impressed the court.

This place saved my life. I went there straight from detox and I was home!!! I stayed sober clean and I'm hoping to get a job there I filled out an application? A awesome person I met Melissa Johnston she currently works there she was a client there when I was!! I will never forget the food I got to eat it was amazing!!! The staff was so caring and engaged!! I was treated for hep c while I was there to!!! A nice room with a shower in it!!!!! A personal trainer so we got to work out!!!! The kitchen was opened all night which I thought was great!!! I love paula, sister T, Sara, Courtney my counselor while I was there! Jeremy are gym teacher, all the staff marva!!!!! Ann love you 💕

An excellent facility, there for people when they really want and need help!!!

Every employee here isn't just here for the paycheck and they all enjoy what they do. They genuinely care and want to help make a difference. They love seeing progress. The warm welcomes and enthusiasm they deliver make a big difference and are one of the reasons I continue to come in and fight for my sobriety. They believed in me from the begining.

I felt forgiveness immediately. Everyone is so kind, approachable, and well organized. I made an appointment just before the office opened on a Friday. I was in terrible withdrawal pain. Bright View's nurses and staff courteously excorted me to comfort. The intake took about 6 hours, then I was dosed. I'm glad I chose to go here. Group therapy is amazing and insightful. Transportation provided. Very little is not provided. Weekly prescriptions to begin with. The hotline is available at all times. I have been with Bright View since September 2023. Addiction is treatable and this clinic works well with me to try to solve my problems. They're going as far as they can to change individual drug habits and doing a great job.

My stay at The Bluffs in Ohio was truly life-changing. When I first arrived, I was skeptical — I had never been to treatment before and didn’t know what to expect. But from the start, the staff checked on me constantly and made me feel cared for. What I appreciated most is that The Bluffs treats you like an adult. They’re not overbearing or “up your tail” like I’ve heard about other places. You’re given space to grow, reflect, and take ownership of your recovery. The staff was second to none — caseworkers, therapists, nurses, RCs — all genuinely committed to helping people turn their lives around. Sure, there were one or two with a rough day here and there, but 99% of them were there to make a difference. What really stood out was that many of them are in recovery themselves. They’re not just quoting from textbooks — they’ve lived it, they understand it, and they’re living proof that recovery works. The amenities made it even better: a pool, gym, cornhole, basketball, art activities, beautiful lake views, and hikes. It’s the perfect place to heal and reconnect with yourself. The most important thing I learned is that this program is what you make of it. You’ll get out of it exactly what you put in. The people I met there became like family. We started Bible studies, encouraged each other, laughed, cried, and grew together. We went through trials and triumphs side by side. As the Big Book says — “If you want what we have and are willing to go to any lengths to get it,” this is the place for you. After my stay at The Bluffs, my entire perspective on life, myself, and my relationships changed. I now have the coping skills and foundation to handle whatever comes my way. I will forever be grateful — to Pastor Mike, Dave, and so many others whose names I could list for hours. If you’re truly ready for change, The Bluffs will change your life too.

Life saving experience, and beyond grateful of the services provided, amazing staff, and therapists. And pretty decent food as well!

This is a wonderful facility! The staff was incredible, since most employees had their own experiences with addiction, wether they themselves were recovered or knew someone who struggled with addiction. Everyone was very personable and made my time at the Bluffs comfortable, even enjoyable which I never would’ve imagined myself thinking before coming. I was very nervous coming in, but I’m glad I chose The Bluffs my first time in an inpatient facility.

Everyone on the third floor is incredible !!!!! From therapy to legal advice they go above and beyond to help - I had a very difficult time in my life and was left with NOTHING - received therapy and the advocates attempted court with me since I had nobody and I simply needed someone in my corner. The second floor on the other hand isn’t really kind and act more like a bother when you have questions.

I'm positive this place saved my life. They have the best staff in the world. You can't find a more caring staff any place. They go above and beyond what is required of them. I learned so much here in just the short 45 days I was here. I have over a year of sobriety, that's something I hadn't achieved in over 20 years. Highly recommend this place!!
