He takes his time and asks lots of questions and trys to help my son with out putting him on a lot of meds. My son has asd with sensory disturbance and hightend hearing so its very hard for him to navagate his daily life. There was a issue with one of the meds causing aggressions and from the start dr mike knew what to change and it worked wonders. He checked on my son 3xs a week when we first changed his meds and one time he was busy on a Fri and didnt get a chance to call and took time out of his weekend to check up on us. I started at the New Castle Location when it was The Discovery House and then transferred to the Cranberry location when I moved, and then ended here at the Farrell location when I moved again back to Ohio. They accepted Ohio medicaid and I really didn't want to change clinics, so I stayed with Discovery House/Comprehensive Treatment Center. Each location was fantastic. By far my favorite clinics. Counselors and staff were 100% amazing and super caring, considerate and most importantly understanding and non judgemental. I really recommend this place. I was nervous about going to a different location until I walked thru the doors. I felt right at home. Staff was super helpful and nice. They have added a lot of automation to the process. I don’t feel rushed through, plenty of time with caregiver if needed. Some locations Cleveland and Parma you can see your get your vitals taken, see your doctor, pick up your medications, and be on your way. No long waits and then sit in an empty room waiting for the doctor to come. They move a lot of us through every day. Infusion takes time, still meeting Veterans from World War II, Korea, and all over the world, including the still in increasing number of people being treated for Agent Orange from Vietnam. Thank you to all of the people involved in the care, and treatment, both physical and mental of the veterans. We appreciate what you do for us.
