Love the Counselors and the staff. There is wonderful and nice there to help you and your time are quick to get you help. So you're not suffering when you show up. To get the help that you desperately need.

They are really about helping people.

Okay they have stepped their game up some thankfully this program saved my life. If you don’t get take homes better plan for at least an hour of your time. They have one good nurse Shelly! And the staff is very good people they all truly care about you.

I was very skeptical to seek help as I have not had great experiences with therapy throughout my life. Dr. Annikeev made me feel amazing! He truly listened to me. He helped me find a medication that works for me and I have never felt better in my entire life and I’m looking forward to the future in a way that I never have! I cannot recommend him enough

Dr's are nice and they listen to you.

I had my baby at Metro and the labor/delivery/postpartum nurses were so good to me!! The facilities for the labor/delivery/postpartum units were very nice. And I felt the whole time like I was in good hands. I’ve also had helpful experiences with their lactation consultants and was grateful for their free weekly breastfeeding support group.

Kristin in Radiology went above and beyond to help, with what I needed. What a Jewel she is.

I have been going here for 8years and never had an issue and if I ever did the staff where there to help me. Comquest saved my life and I would recommend it to anyone! When getting help there are certian things you have to do and sometimes they are not comfortable for you. With medications i have never had one issue, the doctors are NOT quick to get you off, they always have told me whenever your comfortable, I told them I will be on this for life, they told me no problem. Thank god for this program cause it gave me, my life back and I am able to enjoy my son and wife and have a family and build back what addiction took from me and conquest and its staff where the people there for me.

Please know you literally changed my life several years ago and I wanted to thank you. I moved to this town and had been suffering for 1.5 years because the doc I had refused to change my med that wasn't working. The first visit your docs changed up the med and in 2 weeks I was no longer suffering. So Thank you for caring enough to try something different. I suffered unnecessarily for a year and a half...it's difficult to just find a new doc when you are suffering terrible. Moving to GH town and Charak saved me. When docs don't listen or work to find a solution it's difficult but go somewhere else. Advocate for yourself because 1.5 years of suffering that obviously was not necessary is IMHO criminal. I wish someone would have helped me get a different doc or had told me to keep trying different docs til I found one that cared. Thank you GH office for giving me my life back!

I have TMS with Sara and she is one of the most wonderful, caring people I have ever met. I'm so glad I came there. She made sure all insurance and paperwork was done. I didn't have to do anything! It has changed my life and had helped my depression so much

I love this place. The begining was rocky but they are the best treatment I have received.

The Ravenna VA Outpatient Clinic is a GREAT place to be a member of. I have never had to wait for a visit for more than 30 minutes. The Doctors are the best at this clinic. Dr B and Dr F are the best! I had Dr. B as my family physician at University Hospital in Ravenna for 3 years before he joined the VA staff which is next door to the VA clinic. He is an extremely intelligent Doctor and goes out of his way to be professional and dig into what might be causing any discomfort for you. I had an emergency problem, called the clinic and was assigned to Dr. F. in 2 hours who I never had contact with before the call. It turns out that he was also a carbon copy of Dr. B. Great listener and got right to a diagnosis of my problem and set me up with a quick procedure at the Hospital. The staff is also the best. Everyone that I have had contact with is very friendly and dedicated to their job. I have nothing but the highest opinion of the Ravenna clinic!

I am on my 2nd clinical doctor, but I have always got the best doctors. It is small here but the service from everyone has always been with a smile and caring attitude. I wish we could keep our doctors here but they have orders too.

The people that work there are great!! Always trying to help the best they can, trying to build community with amazing events and really showing what a good institution this is. I've been going for over 6 months now and I have to say that everyone is so nice. My counselor has literally saved my life and helped me work through my anxiety.

I Would Say This Place Is A 10/10 And I Would Recommend This Place To Anyone That Needs Help W/ Recovery And Addiction . This place is so warming and welcoming and I’m so grateful I was able to be apart of this place !

Townhall 2 has been very helpful. During my classes they would always have child care available! At first I was very unsure. Today my child loves going to her "class" while mommy is in hers. The staff makes Payton feel very special everytime we are there. That's more than I expected! Wonderful people!

I was at this place over 15 years ago back in ‘09. And I would recommend this place to any teen or young adult suffering from addiction. This place helped me in so many ways not just with my addiction but also mentally and spiritually. Chuckie was the best counselor there at the time she kept it real even when you didn’t want to hear it and she did not play she took her job very seriously. Thank you New Directions for helping me all those years ago😊

I was there, 2019, I was admitted for a DUI but had substance abuse of every way going before I arrived. Pam, Mac, and all the others helped me so much I am now almost 2 years sober and I'm planning my career into law enforcement or medical field. They helped me so much words can't describe. I would give anything to speak to any of the counselors, assistants, or teachers again. Even 2 years sober I miss every moment of being there, (although I strived to leave while there) the people who helped me, and the kids I was with, changed me forever. 5 stars to the facility. 5 stars to the staff. And remember, god grant me the serenity.. miss everyone with all my heart. If anyone can. Please contact me, I'd love to speak with anybody in this facility. Thank you.

David and Chantal were by far my favorites, but in general it’s a great place to be at, legit! You’ll get people who are home sick but there’s always a staff like Von to talk to you if you’re feeling some type of way, but don’t get caught cussing in front of Andrea or your hands will hurt from writing. All love though no shade! 30-45 days isn’t that bad when you need to get your life on track!❤️

Negatives: OK the rooms weren't exactly up to Ritz standards and the food was hospital grade. There were one or two staff members that seemed less than happy to be there and even a little short with the patients. No place is going to get a five star rating. You are going to find faults no matter where you go. I was in inpatient between January 9th and 14th for anxiety and depression as well as "SI". This was my first time in a facility, so I was extremely apprehensive. I had seen the horror stories about mismanaged mental hospitals and was on high alert going in. It ended as soon as I was carted in. The staff was, for the most part, very helpful and caring. They did regular vital checks, bed checks, 4 counseling classes a day (optional), had regular 1on 1 check ins with psychiatrists and therapists, etc... This place was an overall game changer. I went in at the end of my rope. I had hit the wall in every way. This place and the people in it helped me process my feelings, got me on necessary medication, and helped me find outside mental health assistance for my continued recovery. To the staff and my peers. Thank you for your kindness and compassion in helping me climb out of the darkness.

I was nervous, more than nervous actually, to be admitted here, but after being reassured by the staff that it was unlike a place I’d experienced years ago, I found it to be probably one of the best places I’ve ever been to. If I ever need mental health care in the future I will not hesitate to go back. The very best place I’ve ever been for mental health treatment and care. Thank you to all who helped me.
