Bright View's nurses and staff courteously excorted me to comfort. The intake took about 6 hours, then I was dosed. I'm glad I chose to go here. Group therapy is amazing and insightful. Transportation provided. Very little is not provided. Weekly prescriptions to begin with. The hotline is available at all times. I have been with Bright View since September 2023. Addiction is treatable and this clinic works well with me to try to solve my problems. They're going as far as they can to change individual drug habits and doing a great job. They’ve helped me get my life back on track and for the most part everyone there is amazing. I used to go there once a week and now because I’ve stayed sober for 6 years now I go every other month and I love that they give everyone that incentive once they hit a certain point. Other than I’ve had to switch to counselors a couple of times and that stinks cause it’s really hard for me to trust people and open up, I can not complain about my experience at BrightView. They have truly saved my life and helped me get myself back on track. I have an amazing job that I love, a son who can count on his mom every single day, i was able to get my license back and have my own car, and my own apartment which up until 3 years ago I never had, and the will to keep on pushing every day thanks to BrightView. I saw her for the first time in 2017 and she saved my life. I saw providers who dismissed, misdiagnosed and gave me medication that did more harm than good. Rachael listened, gave me a diagnosis that made sense and went above and beyond to get me on the appropriate medication. That was 9 years ago, and last year was the FIRST time since then that I had a medication adjustment. Unfortunately due to insurance I had to find a new practice to go to, but had I never had an insurance change I’d still be seeing her to this day. I hope you will be lucky enough if you have to go there to have her looking after you. Not only did she take excellent care of me while I was there, she even took care of me when I couldn't get my prescription filled. she took whatever steps were necessary to get me my medicine.
