Am not from the area, randomly met a staff member and they gave them a call and was in within a day or 2. If your serious about turning your life around this is an outstanding place and the staff is awesome. Noone holds your hand to get stuff done but the resources and guidance they provide is outstanding.

Visited my brother

I attend the MAT program at Crossroads. The building has numerous programs geared at assisting individuals with substance abuse issues from smoking cessesstion to heroin addiction. I have had interactions with numerous staff at multiple programs. I have been attending groups and individuals counseling as far back as 2013. I would highly recommend this place for people who are convinced they have a problem to people who believe they just need a little support to get over it. Give them a call. What could it hurt. Perfect place for recovery

Went today for my son s evaluation. Looking forward to my son going back to get the help he needs.

ASAP is an amazing facility. The staff is outstanding and communicate with the families often. They treat the teen in need as a whole instead of focusing on only one issue. I love the support given to the families because it helps to know you re not alone in the battle to help your child. Speaking with the other parents during group helps with learning different ways to support your child. Tools are taught to teach coping skills that will last a lifetime. I highly recommend ASAP to anyone with a teen struggling with addiction and mental illness!

Really amazing staff who understand the child & understanding how important that relationship is to the success of the programs. Stan had an immediate impact on my child & is very good at his job.

Talbert House has truly helped me. The staff there are amazing, and always try their best to help us. There are staff who will spend their money and make us breakfast some mornings. Christmas, although sad, was truly fun. One of the clinical staff came in and played some games with us. Although the program can be hard, I believe it can truly help you. The program can be stressful at times, but the staff are there to try and help you. My favorite staff, Ms. Beth, always had the newest shoes on. She, along with all the staff, truly helped me. I am forever thankful for them.

Went for an interview, was offered the position today! I'm excited and thrilled to be with Tabert house and continue the mission of serving our community.

Pleasantly surprised they need a catchier name like GW has! Because they actually deliver the assistance we were looking for for my son. He is still employed and gets coaching help as needed. I hope and pray our wonderful coach is getting raises because he is so important and we appreciate him being there for us!They did a 2 day hands on approach to see what my son's skills are and then relay that to the current job market (his skills do not correlate to a job) so we went with the next best thing and are very happy!

I overdosed in Feb 2022 for the first time in my 10years of using fent. My kids had never seen anything like that, and I promised then and there that they wouldn t again.I left UC hospital after a 1 day stay in the ICU, a 3 day stay in the MICU, followed by some days on a regular floor. A total of 10 days hospitalized.The HOSP team 4 was VERY understanding and patient with me. They introduced me to subutex.I met a hospital social worker who handed me a list of options.Being that I have a son, and I have to take care of my parental/household, and financial responsibilities; I knew IP wasn t for me.She said that all I had to do was walk up, to enter the OP program.I was discharged. I went home and a day later I walked into this program.This is September and I am still a client.I chose the Buprenorphine route.I met with Mrs Sean (that s what I call her) the receptionist, and Dr Hillberg, among other people.They re all polite, respectful and haven t treated me in any unfair way.I know what is expected of me.I don t need handled with kid gloves and I accept my responsibilities.I ve attended this program since March, and I am now on level 2. I was on level 3, but I did miss an appt and I was phased down. Sure, that was discouraging, but I ONLY have myself to blame.I will be back to level/phase 3 in no time.I have moved along fine, I m still sober, and I m actually REALLY living again.I ve noticed the negative reviews.I don t understand them.I can t speak regarding the methadone program, as I ve never used that, but as for theBuprenorphine program, I can tell you exactly what I have experienced.They are treat you with positivity, compassion and I ve not been mistreated nor spoken down to.Yes, they have RULES and EXPECTATIONS. This is all in the code book upon entry to the program.Work it!You will if you want it.Carol Hilberg does not treat anyone as a probationee, I ve been on probation, and she doesn t push anyone to want to go use.That s silly to even say.She just expects you to work for YOU, for YOUR sobriety.No one gets special treatment.Why else would one be attending if their goal isn t to remain sober?!I haven t been in this program long, but I ve far surpassed clients whom have been attending for years.Why? Because I WANT my sobriety.If one wants their sobriety to work, they will work the program, and it will work for them.It s that simple.I can honestly state that I ve not seen ANY of the things mentioned in the negative reviews happen while I ve been in the program.Perhaps this isn t the program for everyone, and that s okay.Find what works for YOU, and make it work.No one, nor anything, should be blamed for one wanting to go use again. If something here makes you feel that way, I d say that you re just not there where you need to be yet.The best of luck to everyone in this program.

They pro'ly saved my life at least twice. I truly love -- & know they are worthy of it -- e'ryone ever worked there. Even Shane (& God help my poor soul if he ain't a Trump voter, cuz I've accused him of it at least twice, & I'm purty sure I would in that case owe that gentleman a pretty big apology). & why not : even you, Chris. The organization cares about their clients, both women, men and unborn. Working with the Men on understanding where they are has been a blessing for me. And we are getting trained by a wide variety of people who have gone through what PCP works on best - crisis.

A comfortable, nice space with supportive staff who care about you and your child's well-being. They offer services in many areas as well as the emotional support that a woman needs during a trial she may be facing.

Very caring and dedicated staff! All services are free.
