My review would be 5 stars but today I was on my way to see my new counselor and pick up my weekly takehomes beforehand because I was told I could do that, they have bounced me around to several counselors for no reason. I had an appointment at noon and was under impression I could pick my meds up beforehand. But I guess I was supposed to come before twelve is what my new counselor said she told me. Difference of opinion but really my main reason for 2 stars is because I arrived at 12:11 and had my counselor let them know beforehand exactly what time id get there. So I just feel like the 2 nurses that were there , that one could of left their window open for me. I also understand that I should know dosing hours after a year, but since I come so early I had no need to learn them. I was so upset I had tears. I'm over it now but having to skip a dose today seems unjust. I already work 3rd shift and literally had to stay up to come to that noon appointment w new counselor. Because y'all have so many quit. I went from Andrea to Brent to Daniella and have to work around their schedules constantly. P.S. I've been attending for a year now , never been late, I always arrive between 6-8 am. I'm always respectful, so honestly it's very upsetting that I was turned away when I never bother anyone for anything. Thank you. Updating my review. Great overall clinic to help you get clean. NKY med has a pretty relaxed atmosphere, as long as your following the rules. 😉 If your serious about getting clean, it's a good place to help you get there. My counselor has been extremely helpful and understanding. I've been lucky and have had the same counselor since I started, but unfortunately that's not everyone's experience. Counselors get better jobs and move on. I've got experience at both here and at East Indiana (EICT), and I will say I like NKY med better, but it's been years since I went to EITC so they may have improved. If you're ready to make serious life improvements, then consider NKY med. I highly recommend them and have personally made serious gains and improvements in my life. Take back control in your life and end the rat race of buying drugs everyday, always scraping to get buy.

When the opportunities arise of providing recommendations for where patients can go to receive treatment for opioid addiction, NKY MED is always at the top of the list and the first treatment center I would recommend/suggest in the Cincinnati tri state area.

Anna does PCIT with my daughter and I. She has taught me alot of things. She is very helpfull and I really enjoy making a bond with my daughter. It has progressed alot!

This charity is super nice because they will talk to your teen and will make him realized which is the correct way to succeed in life. Also, you as a parent will know a lot of things about how you can improve your family situation and how to be a great leader and parent

I went here for years and.im hoping to get back in w my old therapist I honestly can't brag enough I never felt outta place and was always welcomed w loving happy faces.i was given the best therapist that fit me and go figure her name is Love 💞😘

I have no addiction to anything. I struggle mentally. I went to north key off and on from 2007 to 1014. And now that I am struggling again I am going back. In my case as I am sure is the same with a few others, I wasn't giving it a chance. I fought back on everything from what was being said to my appointment times. I didn't realize I was working against them and myself. I would give up stop going for awhile. But I needed help so I went back every time. I had everything from a social worker, therapist, employment, housing. I went through it all. And when I gave it a chance it all worked. It was hard and there was set backs. But with their help I was able to overcome my issues. I have social anxiety, agoraphobia along with what comes with most mental issues. Depression and so on. There is a time I could not leave my house for months at a time. They stayed right there next to me. Called me out when I started sliding and gently helps me stand. There was a few minutes, and a few people that disrespectful. You have that everywhere you go. It took me changing therapist aver 4 times. But I didn't give up thanks to them not giving up on me. I have a good job and a nice home. I have a car and enjoy spending time outdoors with my friends and family. None of that would have happened without north key.

So far, so good👍🏻
