My review would be 5 stars but today I was on my way to see my new counselor and pick up my weekly takehomes beforehand because I was told I could do that, they have bounced me around to several counselors for no reason. I had an appointment at noon and was under impression I could pick my meds up beforehand. But I guess I was supposed to come before twelve is what my new counselor said she told me. Difference of opinion but really my main reason for 2 stars is because I arrived at 12:11 and had my counselor let them know beforehand exactly what time id get there. So I just feel like the 2 nurses that were there , that one could of left their window open for me. I also understand that I should know dosing hours after a year, but since I come so early I had no need to learn them. I was so upset I had tears. I'm over it now but having to skip a dose today seems unjust. I already work 3rd shift and literally had to stay up to come to that noon appointment w new counselor. Because y'all have so many quit. I went from Andrea to Brent to Daniella and have to work around their schedules constantly.P.S. I've been attending for a year now , never been late, I always arrive between 6-8 am. I'm always respectful, so honestly it's very upsetting that I was turned away when I never bother anyone for anything. Thank you.Updating my review. The director kindly explained to me the situation and that's all I wanted. Thank you Kelly.

| NKY Med Clinic is part of Pinnacle Treatment Centers and this is one of their outpatient clinic locations. The clinic is on Madison Avenue in Covington, Kentucky and is CARF-accredited. They offer comprehensive support for opioid use and co-occurring disorders. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and therapy are the core treatment services. NKY Me | Treatments Programs Payment Options | Great overall clinic to help you get clean. NKY med has a pretty relaxed atmosphere, as long as your following the rules. If your serious about getting clean, it's a good place to help you get there. My counselor has been extremely helpful and understanding. I've been lucky and have had the same counselor since I started, but unfortunately that's not everyone's experience. Counselors get better jobs and move on. I've got experience at both here and at East Indiana (EICT), and I will say I like NKY med better, but it's been years since I went to EITC so they may have improved. If you're ready to make serious life improvements, then consider NKY med. I highly recommend them and have personally made serious gains and improvements in my life. Take back control in your life and end the rat race of buying drugs everyday, always scraping to get buy.

As an outside perspective from someone that regularly coordinates care for mutual patients, I have seen firsthand the profound positive impact this facility has on the lives of its clients. The center's commitment to providing evidence-based care and individualized treatment plans has been a key factor in our success with mutual patient. The team of dedicated professionals ranging from staff like Alyssa to medical staff demonstrates a deep understanding of the challenges individuals face, and working tirelessly to support their patients recovery. When the opportunities arise of providing recommendations for where patients can go to receive treatment for opioid addiction, NKY MED is always at the top of the list and the first treatment center I would recommend/suggest in the Cincinnati tri state area.

An amazing company culture that has a strong focus on employee growth, well-being and patient focus/care. Leadership always encourages new ideas and initiatives while providing staff with incredible support. The team that I have the opportunity to work with is top notch. I am excited about the opportunities to help mold and shape the bright future of NKY MED along with knowing I am truly valued from the leadership, peers, coworkers and the many other amazing individuals I work daily with.Working for an agency that focuses on patient centered care (focusing on the patient needs, values and involvement in their own care) is truly everything I could ask for in a place of employment and/or a provider for perspective patients.

Stop researching treatment centers because this one is hands down the best!! I've been to several treatment centers and The Ridge is in a league of their own- for all the good reasons! Yes, it is a beautiful home like atmosphere with a lot of luxuries and outstanding food but the main reason I found The Ridge so helpful to me was the loving and supportive staff and amazing program. And the support doesn't stop when you leave! I enrolled in IOP and am plugged into the many alumni events they host. My recovery community is filled today with Ridge Alum and I owe my recovery to the tools I learned at The Ridge and all the continue support I get from them.

I was in detox for 10 days followed by a 30 day residential program. From the nursing staff, to the counselors and case managers, I couldn't have been treated with more grace. The food was absolutely phenomenal, and I'm not kidding, I would have paid good money for some of the dinners I enjoyed at Lumiere. The rooms are kept clean, there's a TV and private bath in each of them, and the entire property overlooks one of the most beautiful golf courses in southern Ohio. One of the better rehabs I have ever been do. Chef Lora deserves all the praise, a legitimate CHEF. Tvs in the rooms, it can get quite boring but you're able to go outside whenever you want, basketball was a great way to kill time. The food is absolutely terrific I can't say that enough. Nursing staff and doctors do try and meet your needs. They offer snacks like PB&J fruit, cereal whenever you want it. Juice dispenser. I've been to some places where you can't even get suitable drinking water. Just be sure to not bring any meds with you they will throw them away, also if you drive yourself, they will tow your car. I had to have someone drive two hours just to park it in a neighborhood near by.
