My review would be 5 stars but today I was on my way to see my new counselor and pick up my weekly takehomes beforehand because I was told I could do that, they have bounced me around to several counselors for no reason. I had an appointment at noon and was under impression I could pick my meds up beforehand. But I guess I was supposed to come before twelve is what my new counselor said she told me. Difference of opinion but really my main reason for 2 stars is because I arrived at 12:11 and had my counselor let them know beforehand exactly what time id get there. So I just feel like the 2 nurses that were there , that one could of left their window open for me. I also understand that I should know dosing hours after a year, but since I come so early I had no need to learn them. I was so upset I had tears. I'm over it now but having to skip a dose today seems unjust. I already work 3rd shift and literally had to stay up to come to that noon appointment w new counselor. Because y'all have so many quit. I went from Andrea to Brent to Daniella and have to work around their schedules constantly.P.S. I've been attending for a year now , never been late, I always arrive between 6-8 am. I'm always respectful, so honestly it's very upsetting that I was turned away when I never bother anyone for anything. Thank you.Updating my review. Great overall clinic to help you get clean. NKY med has a pretty relaxed atmosphere, as long as your following the rules. If your serious about getting clean, it's a good place to help you get there. My counselor has been extremely helpful and understanding. I've been lucky and have had the same counselor since I started, but unfortunately that's not everyone's experience. Counselors get better jobs and move on. I've got experience at both here and at East Indiana (EICT), and I will say I like NKY med better, but it's been years since I went to EITC so they may have improved. If you're ready to make serious life improvements, then consider NKY med. I highly recommend them and have personally made serious gains and improvements in my life. Take back control in your life and end the rat race of buying drugs everyday, always scraping to get buy.

In my case as I am sure is the same with a few others, I wasn't giving it a chance. I fought back on everything from what was being said to my appointment times. I didn't realize I was working against them and myself. I would give up stop going for awhile. But I needed help so I went back every time. I had everything from a social worker, therapist, employment, housing. I went through it all. And when I gave it a chance it all worked. It was hard and there was set backs. But with their help I was able to overcome my issues. I have social anxiety, agoraphobia along with what comes with most mental issues. Depression and so on. There is a time I could not leave my house for months at a time. They stayed right there next to me. Called me out when I started sliding and gently helps me stand. There was a few minutes, and a few people that disrespectful. You have that everywhere you go. It took me changing therapist aver 4 times. But I didn't give up thanks to them not giving up on me. I have a good job and a nice home. I have a car and enjoy spending time outdoors with my friends and family. None of that would have happened without north key.

I have no bad experiences here. Everybody is friendly to me. I have been coming here since i was homeless in 2018. I got off the street in 2018. Been coming here since. I have a peer support, and counselor. Plus i go to Mondays depression Group. I love it. I have made some much needed friends along the way. I hope to make more in the near future.

Stop researching treatment centers because this one is hands down the best!! I've been to several treatment centers and The Ridge is in a league of their own- for all the good reasons! Yes, it is a beautiful home like atmosphere with a lot of luxuries and outstanding food but the main reason I found The Ridge so helpful to me was the loving and supportive staff and amazing program. And the support doesn't stop when you leave! I enrolled in IOP and am plugged into the many alumni events they host. My recovery community is filled today with Ridge Alum and I owe my recovery to the tools I learned at The Ridge and all the continue support I get from them.

The Ridge is an incredible place to go to for treatment. They keep you plenty busy with group therapy sessions as well as 1 on 1 sessions with a councilor, and there are lots of things to do during recreation time. I’m grateful I was able to find a treatment center with staff that truly care about me and work to foster a friendly environment among all patients. If you’re looking for help I can think of no better place to go to than the Ridge for residential treatment.

Before coming to Lumiere Healing Centers I had been to other rehabs, not had a great experience, and was not willing to go back. Fortunately my family found this facility for me, and with a loving nudge, I reluctantly checked myself into detox. It was the best decision I've ever made in my life! I was in detox for 10 days followed by a 30 day residential program. From the nursing staff, to the counselors and case managers, I couldn't have been treated with more grace. The food was absolutely phenomenal, and I'm not kidding, I would have paid good money for some of the dinners I enjoyed at Lumiere. The rooms are kept clean, there's a TV and private bath in each of them, and the entire property overlooks one of the most beautiful golf courses in southern Ohio. Without Lumiere I don't know if I'd still be here today, but with them, I'm sober, working my steps, and living a happy wonderful life for the first time in decades. Thank you Lumiere from the bottom of my heart. If you or any of your friends or family members need help with drugs or alcohol, please check this place out. You won't be disappointed.

One of the better rehabs I have ever been do. Chef Lora deserves all the praise, a legitimate CHEF. Tvs in the rooms, it can get quite boring but you're able to go outside whenever you want, basketball was a great way to kill time. The food is absolutely terrific I can't say that enough. Nursing staff and doctors do try and meet your needs. They offer snacks like PB&J fruit, cereal whenever you want it. Juice dispenser. I've been to some places where you can't even get suitable drinking water. Just be sure to not bring any meds with you they will throw them away, also if you drive yourself, they will tow your car. I had to have someone drive two hours just to park it in a neighborhood near by.

I love this Treatment center. Been here twice. The staff is wonderful. I got exactly what I needed there . Counseling, case management , group therapy, educational groups , sober networking. The receptionists are very courteous. Drs Dowdy and Cole are very professional and have assisted with my treatment for many years. I've had a traumatic year which would've ended with me being inpatient even 5 years ago! But with their skills training and the stabilizing medications I was able to cope without going inpatient. Hotel California by the Sea was one of the best decisions I have ever made. With all the stress trying to seek help, they made it so comforting. From Detox to the classroom, all the staff knew your name and were always there to help. Everyone was incredibly friendly and insightful. They truly care for their clients, and make the necessary accommodations throughout your treatment plan. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for treatment.

Hotel California by The Sea is the foundation in which my life of addiction stopped. I am extremely grateful for the staff and lifelong friends that I made during my stay there. Without a doubt would recommend this facility to anyone serious about wanting a change. The three things that have kept me sober and grounded to this day are patience, open mindedness, and willingness and these principles were suggested by my daily reflection, meditations, and group sessions that I had there.

Going to Hotel California by the Sea in Ohio changed my entire life.It's hard to find quality treatment near me. Hotel being located in Ohio made it so much easier to get the help that I needed while still being near my home. Their staff are so friendly and kind, they made me feel safe my entire stay. Their homes were super cozy and nice- better than any hotel I've ever stayed in!I'm so grateful to the staff and doctors who worked with me throughout my time at Hotel. This is the longest I've ever stayed sober outside of treatment, and I can't thank them enough for that.

Talbert House on Gelnway Ave has been taking care of me since 2012. I was in a really bad way and they go above and beyond for my care. It's easy getting in with a therapist and their psychiatrist Dr. Pelnick is the best doctor I've ever had. They listen to you here and find what can help you most.
