I loved my experience, you need to realize it is a treatment center and no matter how nice it's a hard thing to do but rac is an amazing treatment facility and the staff from the techs to the case managers to the therapists really do care. Its a year later since first review and I'm still at Spero. I still can tell you a 1000 good reasons why you should come here. These people really care and if they can't do what you need they will find so.e place that can for you. This was the best thing I ever did for myself and my family.Because of this place I have my life back. I even got off of meth. I have been clean for a few years now and when I am struggling in any way I can have a one on one with the therapist or an extra group. I trust these people and it's anonymous too. But they even helped me get my apartment. I wouldn't have given you 50 cents for my life before but now I am doing well. Anyone struggling please give them a try. They are very understanding and caring. I also relapsed a couple of times but they helped me get back on track and I now know more about myself and have more self-esteem than I ever have. I went to this rehab 2 times and I must say I loved it. The staff are great the food are good and the staff are excellent. They treat you with respect and they meet your need. They also get you into a living sober apartment once you complete your 30 Days of treatment. I rank this place 5 stars because when I was there the first time I fell in love with it and how they treated me. If you have any problems with anyone they're quick to handle the matter before it gets out of line. The case manager are great and they treat everyone the same they do not have different ones. This place is and great place to be at if you wanna get the help you need and succeed in it. The rooms are nice and the facilities are well organized. I never had and problem when I was there. I got kicked out my second time when I was there but it was my fault not the staff or anyone else so I blame myself for messing up and good program I was in. Right now I'm in a faith base program call Renewal Ranch located in Houston Ar. But I had to tell you Hevan Detox is and excellent program and I miss that program a lot. I miss the staff and the case manager I can go on and on about how good of a program this is but I very said enough so you can get the picture. The program isn't going to work for you unless you work it yourself. I like my teacher there Mr. Bobby he told us in class if you don't talk about it you will use about it but I hope this review helps someone who wanted know what's it's like there and what's to expect.It would be the best decision you made.

I would like to say that The Haven truly has given me a completely new outlook on life. The staff made me feel like I was family and the therapist there were outstanding. The administration and directors were on top of their job and made sure the place was ran neat and orderly. I would highly recommend this place if you are truly seeking a healthy change in your life. I feel I owe my life to them and am grateful for my new life.

I don't like having to do this.. while in rm 334, Friday the 4th of April, I had a tech by the name of Lindsay. I was have a heart issue, my heart kept climbing, Lindsay came and and was asking me questions of how I was feeling, at the time I was having sharp pain in my right temple, and pain going down the bottom 2 ribs on my left side. She said she would let Carrissa know, and started to leave, I ask her if she would check my blood pressure, she looked at the screen and told me my blood pressure was fine 2 hours prior to that, and left the room. Nurse Josh took over for Carrissa, so I reported it to him.. later that night. It was shift change time, Lindsay came in and made a statement, "I hope I don't see you when I come back work on Thursday.. and walked out.... I'm sorry, but she was not being professional about her job...

I went there almost a year ago and to this day the group therapist I had Marc had a great impact on my life. I was able to come out of comfort zone a little more with the group and he made us all feel safe I wish I could tell him thank you. Dr. Rhoton is the real deal and accepts Medicaid Traditional. Fast and friendly service. Front desk is awesome and is good about telling how long the wait is which is generally close to on time. Nurse is also nice. I really miss dealing with this office. I always got more than awesome service. A couple months ago I spent about a week in here at 17 years old. I was the oldest kid there at the time. So trust me when I say this is a great facility. I absolutely loved it there. I have never been more able to feel like myself without being judged for it. Even through the harsh breakdowns I had, the NT made me feel like I wasn t crazy for feeling like that. The food was absolutely amazing and helped me bc I was having major issues with eating before I came in. They understood if I needed a minute away from everyone to console myself. A special thanks to David. He made everyone laugh and feel better no matter what type of day we were having. The thought of him working that night had everyone so excited. There were some times where I would have a breakdown and he would talk to me at a level that didn t make me feel like I was insane like every other psychiatrist i ve seen makes me feel. He would do karaoke with us and sing tswift We would laugh and make fun of him abt anything and everything. We all definitely got attached to him and hated to leave. But the whole place made me feel a lot better. I even asked to live there a couple of times As a former patient in the 11-17 part of it, I definitely recommend this place. Not every nurse was the sweetest but overall no one ever made us feel bad about ourselves. we did group every day and even had activity therapy where we got to paint, pet dogs, make stress balls, etc. This place definitely holds a place in my heart. THANK YOU CROSS POINT!!( Will also mention that they were completely open and respectful to all pronouns and names!!)

Walk in services which is vital in a mental health crisis. Immediate evaluation by qualified staff. Our son has always improved after time spent here and no complaints from him about services. He s 42. He was mistreated in ER and even arrested and thrown in jail during psychotic episode. It was horrible. Thank God for Crosspointe.

I've been going here for about a year now after seeing Dr Silva since the 4th grade they did a evaluation done on me and I was able to see a doctor the very next day a emergency appointment at that I could not that Ms Sherrie wallings more for saving my life and finally got me on the meds that worked best for my body what people do not understand is sometimes it takes a couple goes at the right meds but know deconess cross pointe inpatient and outpatient are the very very best around they will work with you untill you have the right meds that suite what works best for you I see all these crazy bad comments please do not listen to them these people saved my life my marriage my everything!!!
