Great place. Wonderful staff. Very attentive to you as an individual. More than just clinical needs. Clean facility. Plenty of food and a very eclectic mix of both patients and staff. Had a good 30 days here and would recommend it in a heartbeat.

My loved one was struggling with severe depression. We were very concerned about condition. She admitted herself to another facility but was not pleased. I had seen CheaRon Darrett on tv sharing info about this facility. I called her & explained what was going. She immediately got the ball rolling. She gave us detailed info and the steps we needed to take. The next day my loved one was admitted to your facility. From that day forward, she began to get better. We talked several times during her stay and visited the facility. She shared that she was getting the treatment she needed and was very pleased with the facility. The facility was clean and the staff was professional and courteous. After inpatient care, she continued in outpatient therapy and has made great strides. I was scared to death. The staff takes special steps to make you feel more at ease. I love that a lot of the staff had been where I was, so their personal experience was refreshing actually. They teach you so much, not just about the addiction but about who we really are. Vanessa (PCA-Inpatient) was AWESOME!!! Along with Ashlee, TeeJay, Erin(both of them), Lydia, Vickie and Kendra. I also gained a few friendships from other patients. If I were to fail(i do not anticipate . this however) I would definitely go back to Brentwood. They have outpatient classes you can got to as well once you leave inpatient. I am attending these now(PHP) and our Group Leader, Janet is Great!!!!! Because of what all Brentwood does, I AM ON MY WAY TO A HEALTHIER LIFE.

At first I was like, no way is this for me. But Grayson totally got where I was coming from. The groups were super age-specific and chill. I learned how to set boundaries and say no without feeling weird. They helped me prep to go back to school too. Food was decent and the space felt safe. I loved my experience at the bridge. The therapists were truly amazing and passionate about their jobs and clients. The office and CR staff were extremely helpful with accommodations or just having someone to talk to. Place was clean, food was delicious and beds were comfortable. Beautiful and peaceful landscape location.
This is a place where you do 5-6 years of therapy in 6 weeks (if you decide to stay the full amount of phases). It is intense, kind of a drag and depressing. Definitely not for the weak. The bridge experience was the hardest thing I’ve done in my life, but it was a place to tell my story and to be vulnerable. Lots of inner child work. Lots of different exercises to help you cope and to help you express your trauma.
Trust the process. It works. Definitely not magically healed but I do feel more grounded, confidant in self and in my decision making, have more control of my life and a deeper connection to my higher power.

I am so blessed to have completed four weeks at The Bridge to Recovery. It was truly one of the most magical experiences of my life. The therapists here are absolutely outstanding. I learned so much about my trauma and how to connect and nurture my inner child again.
My phase mates were some of the most loving and supportive people I’ve ever met. We grew so close that it felt like family. I will forever be grateful for each of them.

My family and I had a wonderful experience considering the reasons we were there. The staff stayed in communication with me regarding any changes with my child and his care. My son is a hard nut to Crack so I was overjoyed when my son formed relations with staff. They really care about the clients and it shows. So I would like to thank the staff for taking the time to make my son feel cared for and heard and I pray that he is allowed to return to treatment as long as he is ready to work the program.

I have been coming to the Bowling Green, KY office since before they were taken over by AppleGate. The core group of people has been the same since I started attending, 6 years ago. They are all great! I cannot express just how nice it is to have this group of people in my corner. They are an important piece of my recovery, allowing me to lead a normal, fulfilling life. Myself and my family are forever grateful that we found such a great group of people to walk through my recovery with. Nothing but professionalism. I've never had a problem that they couldn't explain or point me in the right direction. The VA client in Bowling Green deserves our upmost support. You have to remember they are totally dependent on the powers that be in Washington. That has to be a tough row to hoe these days. As far as to the negative reviews about the wait time. Be honest and vulnerable with your psychologist to get diagnosed accurately. They only know what they’re told.
Work with the staff while being open and receptive to treatment. It’s that simple.
I finally got accurately diagnosed, got on personalized medication, talked daily with a therapist so we could talk about strategies to overcome my personal challenges, and I put in the work for myself; this place isn’t a quick solution or a “cure all” by any means, it’s the first step forward you just have to use the opportunity, be consistent with putting effort, love, care, time, and dedication into yourself.
BOTTOM LINE: Work With The Staff and Put In The Work to make a better life for yourself.

I see Samantha as a therapist and she’s fantastic. All of the staff is very friendly, and Jenny in DBT (also a individual therapist) is great! I’ve overcome a lot of issues by attending sessions and group here.

I didnt like my therapist at first, she talked to me more as a mental issue then a person, but I ended up transfering to a different therapist because my old one got a promotion and shes the nicest person ever, we actually bond over common intrest rather then just talking about my mental heath and what's going on in my life and I find her very fun and easy to talk to.
