This place is amazing for people that are willing to put in the effort, time, dedication, and work into themselves to better their mental health. Be honest and vulnerable with your psychologist to get diagnosed accurately. They only know what they’re told. Work with the staff while being open and receptive to treatment. It’s that simple. I finally got accurately diagnosed, got on personalized medication, talked daily with a therapist so we could talk about strategies to overcome my personal challenges, and I put in the work for myself; this place isn’t a quick solution or a “cure all” by any means, it’s the first step forward you just have to use the opportunity, be consistent with putting effort, love, care, time, and dedication into yourself. BOTTOM LINE: Work With The Staff and Put In The Work to make a better life for yourself. You have to put in the work for you, they can’t fix all of your problems for you: PUT IN THE WORK 💪🏻

MY NAME IS Ron Hamilton And i have to say these counselors and Staff helped me get over my addiction as of last week I got my 7 month chip for being Drug free And being there for 3 weeks in April I took what my counselors taught me you have to want it and remove your self from people places and things I have to thank Mona , Jeff for believing in me and supporting me and all the counselors and Staff. And awesome thank you to the Chefs and kitchen staff for the awesome meals 5 stars to you all in the kitchen you all made awesome meals and again a big thank you everyone the put up with me in the month of April this year I have been clean living in a sober house in tell city. Wow! I read the last review and I am not surprised in the least! I had an experience with this facility and while the lady was pretty confident that I was going to enroll. I guess you thought I had no other choice. She made it clear that she had control over me and if I was one minute late that would mean that my probation would go on forever and that the facility would profit as much as possible based on any problems getting rides that I don't normally need. Clearly the more dependent you are before this happens the higher your rate of success. If you are independent and you have to find dependence on other people then you are likely to fail. SteppingStone makes absolutely no sense. They are a profit machine that is supported highly by city and that is why they are at the top of their list. If you are ever in a position where you have to use rehabilitative services I highly recommend that you skip over this option. Remember me if you're ever in there and they tell you how big of an addict you are when the truth is you just have a life and you made one mistake.

Wonderful PA Jacquelynn Liddington. Her nurses plus mental health providers seem to be great, too. Take very good care of my husband. Have not met them, but my husband likes them all. My only negative response is they (Grayson County staff) CANNOT be reached by phone; # goes to Robley Rex, and they say they cannot transfer me (why list a number, if you CANNOT contact them?). Need to speak w/someone right now regarding future appointments, and a visit that may be necessary at this time. Sent letter, and asked that they call. Still waiting.....

I’ve been here before with my human! This He’s taking care of his mental health after getting dealt a really bad hand in life. Life hasn’t been kind to him lately, and it shows in the weight he carries every day. Coming back to Brentwood Springs feels like returning to a place that actually gets it. The staff here is compassionate and professional. They create a safe, structured environment where my human can focus on healing. The inpatient and outpatient options give real flexibility, and the therapy groups, medication management, and recreational activities seem to help him start processing things he’s been holding onto for too long. He is involved in the Hope4Hero’s program which helps with Active, Veterans and first responders. This program has been so helpful for him. It’s not easy watching someone you love struggle, but seeing him get the support he needs here brings me some peace. The facility is clean and calm, which makes a big difference when emotions are running high. I appreciate how they treat the whole person—not just the symptoms—and include family/ support system education too. It reminds me that he’s not alone in this, even on the toughest days. If you or someone you care about is facing serious mental health challenges or co-occurring issues, Brentwood Springs is a place worth considering. They’ve helped us and I’m hopeful they’ll help my human find some stability and strength now. Thank you to the team at Brentwood Springs for the care you provide. As an adolescent who stayed inpatient twice for over a week, I always felt safe, and most of the staff genuinely cared about how I was doing. That doesn’t apply to every single staff member, but overall I felt supported during a really difficult time. Outpatient was even better. I did Adolescent PHP with Cailie (I hope I’m spelling that right), and she was amazing. She always made sure every adolescent was safe, and she helped me feel comfortable speaking up even when other people were around. She’s now my one‑on‑one therapist too, and I’m really grateful for her. All of the outpatient staff made me feel good about getting help, and that made a huge difference for me.

I will have to say, I have been treated very well by the Evansville VA Clinic. They have worked very well with Community Care and doctors outside of the VA Clinic by providing care with a doctor of MY CHOICE, and they work with that doctor to make sure that I am getting the best care possible.

The focus on 12 Step spiritual discipline integrated with CBT, Mindfulness, Motivational Techniques and multiple daily treatment groups will help insure my long term sobriety and recovery. I work with Melissa who is so dedicated and knowledgeable about her work, it’s inspirational. I had never sought out therapy prior to being referred here by my PCP. I was placed with a very kind, compassionate and caring therapist who I still see 3 years later here. I have done their PHP program - which was fantastic and very eye opening for myself. Every therapist and social worker there were so supportive and took time to talk to you if you needed to talk, they never made you feel small or unwanted in each group class. I’ve also started EDMR and my therapist has been very gentle with that also. Hands down would return here again if by chance I ever had to quit. I recommend this facility to everyone. You have to be willing to make that change for yourself. These wonderful people cannot do it for you. You have to want it. It’s not handed to you. It’s very hard work. I’m just happy I have Cross Pointe behind me to move forward.
