I have been going there on and off for 6 years now. That is an awesome place. They have drug rehabilitation groups, drug classes, and their therapists are wonderful. They are kind and respectful, and to top it all off They take your problems and issues seriously!! They also have doctors you can see there as well. They have both mental and physical doctors!

I was there once. I got appointment, fill in the forms,they are accept my emergency insurance. Dr.Bacala was great, she is help me, listen all my problems. I give a four star, because I m await my appointment about 3 weeks. Too long,cause I had a injury of my elbow joint. But another sides of that clinic are positive.

I have never been in therapy and I have been here for about a month now. I get excited for my next visit. Heather is such a sweet and caring woman and she can really put a smile on your face. The receptionist's I don't want to misspell her name. She is always working very hard but she will make sure you feel right at home and comfortable. Oh she gorgeous to so don't be to nervous. Place isn't the worst and isn't the best, but alot better than most other places in Louisville. People get mad because they constantly still get high or get in trouble for taking benzos with their methadone. So they get on here and talk bad. This place has helped me more than anything, now I'm going on 9 months sober from opiates for the first time since I've been an addict from the age of 18.

LAC was great. I participated in the evening groups through zoom, which I originally had reservations about. Even though the meetings were online, they were still very engaging, informative, and personal. The therapist and case manager were incredible. They were both very authentic and supportive, and they were easily available when we needed them. I am very appreciative and grateful for this program.

Had a great time getting sober here and I miss the staff. This is a good place to get sober with great staff that really care about their patients and many of them are addicts themselves in active recovery. Made a lot of great friends there. Fun times!

My psychiatrist sent to Valle Vista to detox off Xanax after 20 years of being prescribed on it. At first I was skeptical about being there, but that changed over about a day, when I felt I needed outside medical care the nursing staff was quick to jump and get me to the emergency room. My stay was about 6 days, and over those days it was rough but the staff and facility made this process easier. I want to give a shout out to Amber and Julia in unit 2/3 you two helped my stay in a positive way and I say thank you. I don’t plan to return but know it’s available if I need it. I’m actually so impressed that I would be willing to send my daughter here if she needs a reset on her meds and sleep pattern.
