Hello, I'm batpoop crazy but I've been going to serenity now off n on now for 13+ years. I've had ups n downs, good and bad experiences. Therapists are always great, my current therapist makes me feel welcome n not like a patient. All my therapists over the years have been great. I've not dealt with Dr Eckerd much and I've never seen the other lady bc I don't get meds. Great for therapy and counseling.

Paralee Daggy is a wonderful social worker/psychiatrist. I give her a million stars and highly recommend anyone who needs someone to talk to, to this wonderful woman. I can't wait for my next session with her.

The first program to actually work for me. I've been through programs.. so many of them throughout my life, yet this is the one that changed me. There aren't enough stars on the options for me to post publicly for the gratitude I have to the amethyst House and all the people associated. I can only hope that someone out there reading this, can use my personal experience with, and reference to the Amethyst House to save more lives. #ForeverGrateful

Alyssa Gatz (Director of CRT), and her staff at CRT are by far the most amazing group of people that I have ever encountered. The CRT staff goes above and beyond to help any individual who wants to change their life for the better. The staff is always available and always ready to lend a helping hand anytime out of your 24 hour days. There's never a question that cannot be answered, and if there is the staff again will go above and beyond to get you the correct answer. The 90-day program provides structure and discipline to an individual's life who wants to make a positive change and continue to live a full sober life displaying the best version of yourself. At the end of the 90 day program Ms. Gatz and her staff will provide each individual further recovery by helping the individual who wants to say sober and continue to live with further housing. I moved to Bloomington in January 2024, I had never stepped foot in Bloomington, Indiana and I knew absolutely nobody. The staff at CRT helped me get all the correct documentations that I will need to get a job, driver's license, birth certificates, any other documents that I needed to further my life and Recovery. After the 90-day program and I moved on to a different sober living being Courage to Change the staff of CRT was still more than willing to help me with any other things that I needed or had questions for. Also after I graduated CRT I used to think the staff on the consistent basis for saving my life. They assured me that I saved my own life and they were just grateful to be able to give me the tools the structure and the discipline to change my life so that I can save my life. Me myself I can go on and on about CRT about all the wonderful things that they have to offer but I know 100% that there is not enough time in one day to speak on all the great experiences that I had at CRT. I would recommend to anyone out there who wants to make a change in their life and is willing to make the effort to meet CRT at least halfway to contact them you won't be disappointed believe me when I tell you. Again thank you to the staff of CRT I appreciate everything I love you guys and God bless you and your office.

I went to CRT and my experience is you couldn’t find a better rehabilitation program. The staff truly care, making your stay very individualized. Recovery isn’t a one size fits all we are all very unique and different in the things we need and the CRT staff approach this amazingly. They do a great job at preparing you for the next step in your life. If i could give them a better rating i would. Definitely recommend!

3-31-25 the doctor and everyone were very nice and concerned. Asked questions and talked a long time. This was my yearly physical. I did expect to be checked out from head to toe but I guess she did what was necessary

Linda Morse has taken good care of me; listened to my concerns and got me the help I needed. Best provider I’ve had at Bloomington VA. The nursing staff has always been great. Hope Linda has a wonderful retirement and I hope the next provider is as caring as her.

I always feel comfortable and well cared for here. If only all American citizens could recieve this kind of medical care. It's sometimes hard to get through by phone but this may be a system wide VA problem. Don't mean to gripe though, otherwise I'm grateful.

I have a wonderful therapist, a wonderful pyschiatrist and they have options for both video appointments or in person. They also have an app that allows you to easily see when your appointments are. :)

LifeSpring Health Systems in Paoli has been incredibly helpful to me. I have found their staff and clinicians to be the MOST caring and accommodating. In my experience, they have gone above and beyond to provide care with understanding and expediency. They are professional, compassionate, and communicative. I highly recommend their services and am so grateful they are in our community.

Careing people

Had nothing but excellent service at this VA outpatient clinic. They were very helpful to me and worked to meet my every need. My only complaint is the long time I had to wait to be attended.

I've been to other V.A. clinics and this us the best. I drive 45 minutes to get there and there is one 10 minutes from me. This one is the best.

I am BEYOND happy with the treatment I receive from Tasc!! This place is TRULY AMAZING!! The people here you will NOT find anywhere else on this planet!! I promise you that...as a recovering addict it's the ONLY place I'll go for treatment anymore...I live an hour and 10 minutes from Columbus now and STILL go to Tasc for outpatient treatment...My counselor, Jess, is ALWAYS all ears and will help me process ANYTHING that is on my mind and help me figure out the problem at hand and most importantly, how to deal with it the RIGHT way, SOBER... BEST counselor you can find hands down... My peer recovery coach, Kelly, ALWAYS willing to lend a hand and guide me to resources to continue my recovery and help me through the obstacles life throws at you everyday.. BEST peer coach with the certificate.... even the two Wonderful ladies that run that front desk, like bosses will do whatever it takes to go above and beyond their duties and help someone remain SOBER...if your looking for a place to do the right thing with your life call Tasc!! I promise you won't be disappointed unless you just don't want it!! This place TRULY saved my life and has helped me to become a MAN I've ALWAYS dreamed of being!! Thank you Tasc!!!

This is the BEST place, hands down. Amber, Dr. Terrell, Bethany, Kelly, Amy, Shelley, the beautiful women up front, all of them! They have helped me with everything, not just addiction. Hi this is Brandon Burton (05/17/2000) i just wanted to take a min to show my appreciation for CRT Rocky Ford House in Columbus Indiana. I wouldn't be the strong minded person that i am today if it wasn’t for all of their support, help, and guidance. I wanna take this time to show my up most appreciation for each staff member there, because each of them impacted me greatly. Rachael always took time out of her day to make sure i had everything i needed, made sure i understood what was being taught to me in MRT and IOT, and she ALWAYS had the best classes. She made her classes fun and she explained things in a way that i could understand. She gave me support in every aspect of my life. I know that if i had something going on i could take it to her and she wouldnt go and tell someone else my business, and she would give me the best suggestions possible. Tacara was amazing as well, she had my back in the program from the jump. She always gave me straight up honest answers, and she always helped me in the spiritual side of my recovery. We talked about God alot and i just really appreciated having a sister in christ there to talk about God with everyday. Austin was my dude forreal. Ive liked Austin since i met him at the Whitney house when he was the recovery works grant guy. For some reason i was always drawn to Austin, he always gave me straight answers, never sugar coated anything, and didnt judge me for who i am. Not to mention hes funny as heck! I remember going into his office almost everyday just to talk to him and tell him jokes. Lol i hope ur seein this G-Eazy, i appreciate you having my back, and giving me a chance in the program! Kathy was ALWAYS just the sweetest! She showed me sooo much support when it came to my relationship stuff and she helped us with anything we brought to her attention. Kathy was very nurturing, kind, and treated me like i was her son. I felt a strong family type bond with each and every staff member there i love them all with all my ❤️

I have been going there on and off for 6 years now. That is an awesome place. They have drug rehabilitation groups, drug classes, and their therapists are wonderful. They are kind and respectful, and to top it all off They take your problems and issues seriously!! They also have doctors you can see there as well. They have both mental and physical doctors!

I was there once. I got appointment, fill in the forms,they are accept my emergency insurance. Dr.Bacala was great, she is help me, listen all my problems. I give a four star, because I m await my appointment about 3 weeks. Too long,cause I had a injury of my elbow joint. But another sides of that clinic are positive.

Great experience with doctors Nice people in reception also. By 2025 main focus seems to be on treating addiction not on general mental healthcare.

Great Doctors, Nurses, Therapists, Phycologists, Case Managers and Staff. I have been going there for years. They are Great All around in what they do. They care about people. They listen to people and help them.
