The CRT staff goes above and beyond to help any individual who wants to change their life for the better. The staff is always available and always ready to lend a helping hand anytime out of your 24 hour days. There's never a question that cannot be answered, and if there is the staff again will go above and beyond to get you the correct answer. The 90-day program provides structure and discipline to an individual's life who wants to make a positive change and continue to live a full sober life displaying the best version of yourself. At the end of the 90 day program Ms. Gatz and her staff will provide each individual further recovery by helping the individual who wants to say sober and continue to live with further housing. I moved to Bloomington in January 2024, I had never stepped foot in Bloomington, Indiana and I knew absolutely nobody. The staff at CRT helped me get all the correct documentations that I will need to get a job, driver's license, birth certificates, any other documents that I needed to further my life and Recovery. After the 90-day program and I moved on to a different sober living being Courage to Change the staff of CRT was still more than willing to help me with any other things that I needed or had questions for. Also after I graduated CRT I used to think the staff on the consistent basis for saving my life. They assured me that I saved my own life and they were just grateful to be able to give me the tools the structure and the discipline to change my life so that I can save my life. Me myself I can go on and on about CRT about all the wonderful things that they have to offer but I know 100% that there is not enough time in one day to speak on all the great experiences that I had at CRT. I would recommend to anyone out there who wants to make a change in their life and is willing to make the effort to meet CRT at least halfway to contact them you won't be disappointed believe me when I tell you. The initial interactions to leaving with my child was nothing less than amazing. Every single person that interacted with my child even he speaks highly even they speak highly of. They said that the people cared and listened and helped them problem solve so that way when they came out, they had more skills than when they entered. He absolutely loved the breakfast, the eggs were cooked to perfection. I had to call later and ask how they prepared them to make them like that for him. Haha. My Mom stayed with him and staff was super nice to both of my parents. Therapy was two hours a day, Dad worked really hard and was able to go home within about a week. I have only good comments about the care he received. Every member of their staff made us feel completely at home from the moment we walked into the reception area. He received excellent care, from rehab to nursing to dietary needs. Each and every staff member came in with a positive attitude, giving the impression that they love what they do. Whether they were delivering meals, giving him his meds, or helping him bathe, each staff member treated my husband with total respect. We enjoyed having lunch in the Bistro, where we could visit with other patients while we enjoyed a delicious meal. We are grateful to the nurse at IU medical center in Indy for recommending Bell Trace to us. Thank You! She lived independently before this and of course was apprehensive about moving in but she very much still lives independently but with access to so much more! There are a ton of social activities, outings, they have access to transportation to go shopping and the staff is lovely. I especially love the dining staff! They genuinely get to know the residents and treat them with respect every time they interact with them. Recently, when my mom had a fall and needed additional help, it was comforting to know she could receive it right in her apartment. (FULL REVIEW BELOW) The breakdown: Pro's: -Renovated resort on a spacious piece of land that includes a lake patients can fish on, walking trails, a full basketball court, and large open fields for activities -Nearly all direct support staff is in recovery -Food is home-cooked style and every meal includes seconds if wanted -Nicotine products allowed (vapes too) -Guitar, piano, animal therapy (they literally have an Australian Shephard and like 10 chickens to interact with), plant and flower garden patients can contribute to, pickle ball, corn hole. -Large donation room for patients coming with no clothes -Medicaid insurance allowed -Alumni program that includes an app that helps connect all the patients post-discharge Cons (Based on opinion/personal exerience): -My biggest complaint is no PHP/sober living housing being available. Rachael always took time out of her day to make sure i had everything i needed, made sure i understood what was being taught to me in MRT and IOT, and she ALWAYS had the best classes. She made her classes fun and she explained things in a way that i could understand. She gave me support in every aspect of my life. I know that if i had something going on i could take it to her and she wouldnt go and tell someone else my business, and she would give me the best suggestions possible. Tacara was amazing as well, she had my back in the program from the jump. She always gave me straight up honest answers, and she always helped me in the spiritual side of my recovery. We talked about God alot and i just really appreciated having a sister in christ there to talk about God with everyday. Austin was my dude forreal. Ive liked Austin since i met him at the Whitney house when he was the recovery works grant guy. For some reason i was always drawn to Austin, he always gave me straight answers, never sugar coated anything, and didnt judge me for who i am. Not to mention hes funny as heck! I remember going into his office almost everyday just to talk to him and tell him jokes. Lol i hope ur seein this G-Eazy, i appreciate you having my back, and giving me a chance in the program! While crying out for help and being ignored had become the norm at other facilities, the crisis intervention team and staff at LifeSpring in Jasper began rallying around our family. They built a wall of safety around my loved one who needed care, a showed him (and us!) that we are not alone. They faced many “no’s” when trying to help us find additional critical care, but that did not deter them, even after hours, and they were able to find additional resources to help our family. I truly believe that thanks to their caring, determination and tenacity in ignoring the roadblocks and finding other avenues to take that they saved a family member’s life. They also followed up, after hours even, to make sure that the family member’s life had the support and care they needed. I will always be grateful for this group being put in our pathway.
