This place is a great place to go if you need help with substance abuse or just mental health as well. When I went, I unfortunately didn’t take it very seriously but the people that did take it seriously have been very successful. Kyler was a great mentor while I was there, and he along with the other techs all seem very genuine and honest and willing to help in anyway they can. I am extremely grateful for this place, as well as Kyler especially. I don’t think I would be where I am today without him as a mentor.

My therapist Jessica and my Peer coach Ben are always there for me, as is the rest of the staff. Everyone there is really friendly, and they feel like family to me. OK For context, I was in Cbc from December 12Th 2022 till May 11th 2023 during my stay at Cbc there were a lot of ups and downs. People had their good days in their bad days. I did see a lot of fighting yelling people cussing each other out, etc. but I did also get to see the good side I was put on a DBT unit 200 my second day there I was one of the fortunate people who got to stay on 200 my entire stay Cbc does habits downfalls people have their good days and their bad days. People cussing each other out and yelling can be overstimulating but from my time there, I also saw people working together to help bring people out of panic attacks, support one another, vent to one another I was in there for depression and suicidal ideation I had went to 10 Impatient before I ve been out of Cbc for almost 2 years now and I am very proud to say I haven t gone back to an impatient stay Some of the wonderful people I got to work with that I would like to give shout out to are the following Patti,Amy, Julie, Brooklyn, Luis Karen also lovingly known as care bear and Shawna And Paula They were all the biggest part of my journey. Amy was my therapist. Patty was the main woman who worked on 200 unit. She was like a mother/grandmother to me Luis, who rarely worked on 200 taught me how to laugh while being depressed I d like to thank everyone at Cbc and the friends I made in the time I was there even though I shouldn t have you take your kid here. Please know that they will have bad days, but in the end cbc definitely showed me the light at the end of the tunnel or at least how to find it when I m stuck in the darkness

Boca Recovery was my saving grace. I was given the ultimatum that if couldn’t get clean from alcohol and marijuana, then I would be removed from my children’s lives and have no chance of getting custody back. As an addict I just didn’t see me able to do this alone. I Google searched top rehabs in Oklahoma, and came across Boca Recovery. When I spoke to a recruiter they informed me that the facility was not in Oklahoma, but he told me not to panic. If I was ready, then all I had to worry about was making sure I was going to board on my scheduled flight. It seemed too good to be true, but sure enough they delivered and made sure I made it there safely. As soon as I stepped foot into the facility the staff treated me with the best care. Not only that, but the facility was very well maintained. You’re seen by a nurse the first day, and they set you up with everything you’ll need for the detox process. All therapist and case managers work together to build the best treatment plan that suits the patient/client. Not to mention the food they provide is amazing! Thanks to Boca recovery I have passed every UA since I’ve been out, and am able to be involved in my children’s lives again. Before arriving to Boca I didn’t see any of this being possible. Highly recommend to anyone struggling with addiction!

BOCA saved my life. It offered me safety, stability, and daily expectations that I needed desperately. From the first day of entering the program the techs were welcoming, understanding, and supportive which eased my anxiety and allowed me to relax. The clinical staff I worked with is amazing and they helped me begin to understand why I needed to be there and pushed me to see that I also deserved happiness and peace of mind. I drove by Avenues yesterday and it made me reflect on how far I ve came since leaving there in November. Today marks 160 days in recovery and since leaving avenues, I ve moved into a new place, got a new job, got a new car, started repairing relationships, working on my steps and most importantly, I have all my babies back home. This week is spring break for my kids and I m able to take them on vacation. We re currently in Nashville for the next couple of days and I just get to enjoy my time with them. I know without avenues and all the amazing staff, I wouldn t be where I am today. There were so many awesome staff members that cared and took the time to talk, I know a few times I thought about leaving but glad I didn t and am glad everyone who talked to me. I wish I remembered all their names but I don t. I ve been to another avenues about a year and a half before going to this one and I have to say hands down this one(Clarksville) blows the other one out of the park. From the staff to the food to how the program is laid out, they care and will go the extra mile. I only wish I lived closer so that way I could work there once I hit my year. I will always remember the kind hearts of those that work here. This place got me my life back and I know my kids are thankful for that.

There are some amazing facilitators at avenues recovery in Clarksville who understand what I was going through and helped me understand what recovery was all about. I believe that this place offers a great service to the Louisville Community. They have been opening their doors to people with substance abuse problems, the homeless, and armed forces veterans for decades now. The healing place is a wonderful center for recovery serving men of every walk of life during and after recovery and / or displacement. They offer a myriad of program to assist those in need as well as access to many other program outside of their own that they are partnered with. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served daily, lunch being open to the public, while the others are for residential clientele. Nightly shelter available upon request, as well as long term residential services to those who qualify. The facility also offers a program for specifically for military veterans on the second floor that works in conjunction with the VA to help veterans in need gain access to the benefits they require. I personally appreciate the VA program at the healing place immensely, and have been fortunate enough to have received their assistance in the past. One day at a time

I would recommend Wooded Glen to anybody who is in need of help and is truly seeking sobriety when I first got there I had so much drama going on in my life outside of just addiction and as time went on I warmed up and I became vulnerable it was an experience that I will never forget the staff is very courteous non-judgmental and understanding and very engaging you can tell they care Believe it or not a lot of them are in recovery themselves I never thought strangers would be so willing to help and care for people that they didn't know I am truly grateful for calling Wooded Glen Recovery what I liked most about Wooded Glenn was the fact that they dug deeper than just addiction I learn things from setting boundaries healthy relationships cognitive disorders just to name a few but the thing that I feel like help me most was the fact that we address the trauma and the underlying factors of why I use we got deeper than the surface during my time there I ended up becoming a peer leader which made me realize I have leadership skills it is so many things that I learned within 28 days it blew my mind and not to mention I got extremely healthy physically and mentally if you need help I highly recommend this place it saved my life and more ways than one I'm truly grateful and blessed to have been referred and admitted into their program this is my second time in a rehab and is by far a better choice in my opinion so thank you to all at Wooded Glen I am forever grateful also The place is beautiful and serene I'm from the city so I've never been in the country but it is so quiet and peaceful it was most definitely the reset and the break I needed to get back on track and not to mention THE FOOD THERE IS AMAZING!!!!!! I gained almost 30 lbs

Sunrise recovery truly exceeded all of my needs! I'm extremely appreciative of them! Their responses to treat you like family is absolutely outstanding & heart-warming! However I will say I did encounter a couple issues during my stay that I wish had been handled in some way, however, the good most definitely out-weighs the bad! Rodney(the cook) absolutely goes above & beyond to make the food amazing! He said his secret recipe is "it's made with love!" Which has to be true. The RC's there are exceptional and teach you because they truly care on whether or not you live a meaningful life. Whether it's your first time or your 4th..they welcome you with open arms & I believe always will! Thank you sunrise! Not only for helping me get back on my feel but for treating me like I'm the real good kind of family!I tried turning point before and had the WORST experience of my life..however this was in 2012 so hopefully a lot has changed since then, but without a doubt I'll always choose Sunrise Rrecovery!
