I am BEYOND happy with the treatment I receive from Tasc!! This place is TRULY AMAZING!! The people here you will NOT find anywhere else on this planet!! I promise you that...as a recovering addict it's the ONLY place I'll go for treatment anymore...I live an hour and 10 minutes from Columbus now and STILL go to Tasc for outpatient treatment...My counselor, Jess, is ALWAYS all ears and will help me process ANYTHING that is on my mind and help me figure out the problem at hand and most importantly, how to deal with it the RIGHT way, SOBER... My peer recovery coach, Kelly, ALWAYS willing to lend a hand and guide me to resources to continue my recovery and help me through the obstacles life throws at you everyday.. Hello, my name is Chloe Grover I discharged from Columbus behavioral center 1 month ago and it changed my entire life for the better. I had Caitlyn as a therapist and let me just say she is truly phenomenal at her work and what she does she kicks ass everyday to make sure her kids have what they need. Kiera the aftercare case manager is just as amazing she truly loves and cares for older youth in this program when she did IL she made it fun and engaging. Karebear was an amazing lead tech on 400 unit she changed the way I view people today she showed me to let people in and give them a chance. Von is a another very hardworking lead tech on 400 unit she showed me how to not care what others thought about me and to be myself through and through. Cameron was an amazing lead tech on 300 unit he always made your day exciting but stuck to the rules as he should and he was always there when you needed a good cry or a good conversation. The staff there deserve the world and if I could give it to them I would. Thank you everyone.

I came to Avenues in Clarksville, Indiana, coming off a cocaine bender — and the love and support I received from the staff truly helped me begin rebuilding my life.
Jessica and Shelby, the intake coordinators, were exceptional. They supported me every single step of the way with genuine care and compassion.
Chantel is my favorite BHT — I love her! She has such a kind heart and always shows up with consistency and grace. She’s a valuable asset to the recovery center.
Starr is a powerhouse. She busts her tail every shift she works and gives 100% to her job and the clients. She’s one of the hardest workers in the building, and it shows.
Joe is exceptional as well — supportive, dependable, and real.
Sunshine, my case manager (for the second time!), is amazing. She supports you through everything but still holds you accountable, and that balance is exactly what recovery requires.
Jordan and Samantha bring life and light into the facility. Jordan brings the peace and presence of the Lord that so many of us in recovery need — I personally value every conversation I’ve had with her.
Stefany is wonderful too — she knows how to lighten the mood and make people smile, even on the tough days.
Jenna works hard every single day making sure clients get to group and stay on track — her dedication doesn’t go unnoticed.
Gonza is the most valuable asset in group facilitation. He taught me to truly understand the problem and how to face it. He’s cool as a fan and knows how to connect with people.
Crystal and the entire nursing staff, including Danielle, are exceptional. They keep everything running smoothly and make you feel cared for — their energy keeps everyone grounded.
If I could give one suggestion, it would be to review the leadership on second shift — there are other staff members who show real diligence and could make a strong impact in that role.
Overall, I’m deeply grateful to Avenues Recovery for bringing me closer to my family, my higher power, and my sobriety. This place — and these people — have truly changed my life. Starr will always stand out in my mind as one of the best.

So its been over 11 months since ive been to the wooded glen. Recovery starts when you make the choice to change. This a good program the people who work there are there because they wanna see you change. The foods great your gonna go thru it but in the end your life gets better. Go to classes learn from other men or women. Dont go if ur not ready for a change in your lifestyle. I remember after a week I wanted to leave but im thankful I stayed the full 28 days. Its scary for change but this will get you started on the right track and it did for me. SHOUT OUT TO MIKE AND COREY AND JESSICA. This place can help change your life highly recommended.

LAC was great. I participated in the evening groups through zoom, which I originally had reservations about. Even though the meetings were online, they were still very engaging, informative, and personal. The therapist and case manager were incredible. They were both very authentic and supportive, and they were easily available when we needed them. I am very appreciative and grateful for this program.

I believe that this place offers a great service to the Louisville Community. They have been opening their doors to people with substance abuse problems, the homeless, and armed forces veterans for decades now. And I think it's great that they were able to open their new and bigger facility recently. That just means they are able to help more people.

The healing place is a wonderful center for recovery serving men of every walk of life during and after recovery and / or displacement. They offer a myriad of program to assist those in need as well as access to many other program outside of their own that they are partnered with. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served daily, lunch being open to the public, while the others are for residential clientele. Nightly shelter available upon request, as well as long term residential services to those who qualify. The facility also offers a program for specifically for military veterans on the second floor that works in conjunction with the VA to help veterans in need gain access to the benefits they require. I personally appreciate the VA program at the healing place immensely, and have been fortunate enough to have received their assistance in the past. One day at a time…

I left sooner than i should have to say the least. That being said this place made me feel like i had a home for the first time in a long time and taught me things that will stick with me forever. I've been listed, among the homeless, since 2006. The Healing Place, from when it was on Broadway, always made space for us, the homeless. I will have 20yrs, among the homeless, 2026, & I, continue, to be blessed by the discipline, & "No B.S.!" practices.
Some, among the homeless, seem to struggle with what The Healing Place helps - anyone, in need, get away from, yet, it's up to an individual to sign-up.
On the other hand, I'm struggling to keep what, little income I'm allowed to have, as housing wants a percentage - no matter how small, & I can't afford any housing agreement.
The Healing Place give us space to figure things out...in a safe space. Thank you. 🙏🏿☺️
