This place is seriously phenomenal beyond ....It took me many and many of years to actually accept that it's OK to not be OK. Thru gallahue I've gained so much support thru my individual therapist In which I'd recommend 10000000% xanadu..I also attend a weekly group thay o my gosh it's been a huge huge help . Even tho I feel overwhelmed with life constantly I do know that I've gained coping skills and strength and healthier ways to manage my struggle......This place has saved my life and I'm beyond thankful for them . Also I must add that the ladies at the front desk are absolutely amazing and Dawn o my gosh I know you've been there so so so long and your so dedicated to treating others with kindness and I thank you for always going the extra mile and always smiling..... So thankful

I wonder why people would write nonsensical comments. Insurance co-pays are listed on your insurance info. The ladies at the front are working and will help you as soon as they can. They are polite and helpful. This people saved my life. I was not in a good place when I started coming here. Dr. Downhour is very professional and Stacy, my therapist, i'd need another page to list all she's done for me. They are not my friends and I don't expect them to be. They can't be unpressional and chitchat and be merry go joly. They deal with mental patients. They are not there to hang out. I wish I could give them more stars.

I can not recommend this place enough. If I could give 10 stars I would. My therapist is amazing, the staff is amazing, everyone here genuinely cares and wants to help. I highly encourage anyone who’s struggling with anything at all to make the call <3

I honestly enjoy the group that I attend. I wasn't sure what to expect but I never imagined that I would really enjoy attending but I absolutely love it. The positive vibes in the group are so strong that you can't help but leave there thinking positively and feeling good about yourself. Victoria is very knowledgeable and has many resources to help you implement your individual treatment plan. She does not judge anyone and is very receptive and genuinely passionate about helping each individual create a sobriety plan, set it in motion, and be held accountable and frequently revisit the goals you set for yourself. I cannot sat enough great things about Victoria and the group that I attend. If you are ready to get treatment for whatever you are struggling with, give ER counseling a chance. You will not be disappointed.

The best kept secret in the Indianapolis area. The best all-around therapist I’ve seen and I’ve seen more than my fair share. Extremely organized and very knowledgeable on multiple types of treatment and excels in using them in a way that compares to someone who specializes in only one. Does an amazing job being flexible, staying focused on topic & still able to meet individual needs while providing group therapy that is beneficial to all. With all the positive things I could say, her ability to create a comfortable environment for people dealing with uncomfortable issues together is nothing short of a miracle. Therapy that gets results and is enjoyable. 6 stars, imo

I am BEYOND happy with the treatment I receive from Tasc!! This place is TRULY AMAZING!! The people here you will NOT find anywhere else on this planet!! I promise you that...as a recovering addict it's the ONLY place I'll go for treatment anymore...I live an hour and 10 minutes from Columbus now and STILL go to Tasc for outpatient treatment...My counselor, Jess, is ALWAYS all ears and will help me process ANYTHING that is on my mind and help me figure out the problem at hand and most importantly, how to deal with it the RIGHT way, SOBER... BEST counselor you can find hands down... My peer recovery coach, Kelly, ALWAYS willing to lend a hand and guide me to resources to continue my recovery and help me through the obstacles life throws at you everyday.. BEST peer coach with the certificate.... even the two Wonderful ladies that run that front desk, like bosses will do whatever it takes to go above and beyond their duties and help someone remain SOBER...if your looking for a place to do the right thing with your life call Tasc!! I promise you won't be disappointed unless you just don't want it!! This place TRULY saved my life and has helped me to become a MAN I've ALWAYS dreamed of being!! Thank you Tasc!!!

This is the BEST place, hands down. Amber, Dr. Terrell, Bethany, Kelly, Amy, Shelley, the beautiful women up front, all of them! They have helped me with everything, not just addiction. I will always recommend this place. If you're ready to take sobriety seriously, go to TASC and they will take care of you!

This place saved my life. 6 years sober and still going!

I had a very positive experience at Centerstone. The staff and Doctor were both friendly and helped me with my needs. The front desk girl who checked me in and out was especially nice and helped me with my paperwork. I recommend this place for sure.

This is a horrible place, the kids beat on staff and they act like wild animals!

This place is just like every place I have been to, they only want to take all the amount of money out of your pocket as possible.

I was at the lockdown facility about 5 years ago. (I was 12 at the time, also the youngest in my unit) The staff were great, my personal favorite would have to be Kat. Although being the youngest in the unit at such a young age made things very difficult. The people in my unit tended to be a lot more crazy than you’d imagine, it almost was unbearable, even though I truly couldn’t do much about it. I had many traumatic experiences being admitted there, and it ruined my life even as I grew older (As in present day.) I witnessed things no child should witness, people would run around naked, and try to come after you. One of my roommates traumatized me for life after they attempted suicide, I was scared to shower for years without thinking about the situation, I either had to have someone outside the door, or I needed to listen to music to try and get the memories out of my mind. And no one should feel unsafe in such a locked down environment that has so many strict rules and regulations as well as procedures, followed by many protocols. My therapist at the time also made me very uncomfortable for how touchy she was. And I suggest if you truly want your child to be the better version of themselves, then you need to be there for them and actually try to understand them, rather than tossing them aside like an old journal that seemed to have lost all purpose in this world, as if they don’t have feelings. I was constantly brought into drama, and constantly being belittled. I can assure you that this place is no place for a child. And if you can not be a parent for your child, and be there for them when they truly need someone else, i’d highly recommend you should not have children. At that moment you clearly don’t understand the importance and the amount of responsibility it is bringing a child into this cruel, dangerous world. Everyone that was in this lock down facility deserves so much better. I know I was sent there for a reason, however I ended up being worse after leaving that place, rather then getting better. This facility causes children to constantly bully one another, and try to bring each other down. School wasn’t easy, and the food was horrendous. I also didn’t like that we had to be forced into religion while being there. I’m an atheist and I had to sit down against my will and listen to something i’d rather not listen to. Although I respect everyone’s religion, as well as their personal beliefs, but no one should have to attend nor listen to a religion they don’t believe in (Considering the fact that this goes against the amendments based on religion.) And I wouldn’t ever wish for anyone to go there, not even my sworn enemy. So if you have some human decency do not send your children there if you want them to get better. Instead be there for them, and try to get a better understanding on why they might be lashing out the way they do. Not all children that have mental health issues know exactly what they are feeling, as well as how to explain it to others, when they don’t even recognize it themselves. If I could give this place zero stars i’d do it quicker than the speed of light. Such a cruel and evil place. And I truly hope that others will see this message and act immediately, instead of thinking repulsively. I a desperately despise whoever built this “community,” and I hope you feel the pain and guilt all of us did. And I would hope you get the worse of it all, I wouldn’t even flinch at your desperate pleas to leave. You one hundred percent deserve hell, and I genuinely hope terrible things for you. You will and would never understand what it truly felt like to become the monster you invented us to be. And i’m speaking up for all of the girls who felt like they had to keep quiet. In conclusion, much love to all the people who made it out, and became the better version of themselves. I’m glad to be out of there, and I constantly thrive knowing I beat the hardest year of my life. Thanks to everyone who took the time and effort to read this, it means everything to share my story with you all.🙂

I was here like 7 years ago I was on the original peace unit down stairs...me and some other girls tried making a Lil fire to let everyone run away lol...I was crazy there but I did like it...

Sisters here sounds like a decent place

I can't express enough the gratitude to RTC. No court order was involved, it was all voluntary on both my part and my granddaughters. I was at one of my lowest points and worried sick. It was an extremely hard decision. From day one, not only was my granddaughter getting the help she needed but so was I. It didn't matter what time of day I called or what department I called, someone was always there to listen and help me understand and yes, let me cry. We have a long way to go still but she's still alive. The only negative thing I can say about the visit is that they were "not allowed" to turn on the television, the receptions told me that there had been arguments started over it in the past. I'm not sure if they were over the contents of what was being aired or something else. They also had no magazines to look through while you wait. Maybe, someone could make a donation. Not everyone has a phone to stare at while they wait.

Registration is a bit of a pain, but they are a great resource, and they've helped me a lot.

These people gave the tools I needed to be able to gain a full recovery. Since day one I felt improvement and that is why I encourage you to come and be treated here.

I only had two sessions with my therapist due to insurance issues but the staff were very nice and understanding. My therapist helped me out greatly and I love how kind she was, hopefully I. Am able to continue seeing her in the future

This facility is all encompassing. They are quick to respond. The provider I work with is very knowledgeable about a lot of mental health coping programs and goes out of his way to help.

This counseling saved my life. I would be dead with out these services. I would recommend for you to really do the work. I would go back if I need too. I would trust Eve with my life! Please get the help you need.

They provide exemplary mental health and addiction therapy for those in need. They also provide foster care. I'm always surprised by the quality of care provided.
