This place is seriously phenomenal beyond ....It took me many and many of years to actually accept that it's OK to not be OK. Thru gallahue I've gained so much support thru my individual therapist In which I'd recommend 10000000% xanadu..I also attend a weekly group thay o my gosh it's been a huge huge help . Even tho I feel overwhelmed with life constantly I do know that I've gained coping skills and strength and healthier ways to manage my struggle......This place has saved my life and I'm beyond thankful for them . Also I must add that the ladies at the front desk are absolutely amazing and Dawn o my gosh I know you've been there so so so long and your so dedicated to treating others with kindness and I thank you for always going the extra mile and always smiling.....

I wonder why people would write nonsensical comments. Insurance co-pays are listed on your insurance info. The ladies at the front are working and will help you as soon as they can. They are polite and helpful. This people saved my life. I was not in a good place when I started coming here. Dr. Downhour is very professional and Stacy, my therapist, i'd need another page to list all she's done for me. They are not my friends and I don't expect them to be. They can't be unpressional and chitchat and be merry go joly. They deal with mental patients. They are not there to hang out. I wish I could give them more stars.

I can not recommend this place enough. If I could give 10 stars I would. My therapist is amazing, the staff is amazing, everyone here genuinely cares and wants to help. I highly encourage anyone who’s struggling with anything at all to make the call <3

I honestly enjoy the group that I attend. I wasn't sure what to expect but I never imagined that I would really enjoy attending but I absolutely love it. The positive vibes in the group are so strong that you can't help but leave there thinking positively and feeling good about yourself. Victoria is very knowledgeable and has many resources to help you implement your individual treatment plan. She does not judge anyone and is very receptive and genuinely passionate about helping each individual create a sobriety plan, set it in motion, and be held accountable and frequently revisit the goals you set for yourself. I cannot sat enough great things about Victoria and the group that I attend. If you are ready to get treatment for whatever you are struggling with, give ER counseling a chance. You will not be disappointed.

The best kept secret in the Indianapolis area. The best all-around therapist I’ve seen and I’ve seen more than my fair share. Extremely organized and very knowledgeable on multiple types of treatment and excels in using them in a way that compares to someone who specializes in only one. Does an amazing job being flexible, staying focused on topic & still able to meet individual needs while providing group therapy that is beneficial to all. With all the positive things I could say, her ability to create a comfortable environment for people dealing with uncomfortable issues together is nothing short of a miracle. Therapy that gets results and is enjoyable. 6 stars, imo

I usually won't even listen ro anyone who hasn't experienced actual addiction to hard drugs first hand, but my counselor is doing her job well because she genuinely cares and doesn't judge the addicts that attend this facility. I am proud to say I actually have a real support system and have been able to accomplish more than ever. This place has transformed my life in such a positive way and im looking forward to the future. Thank you Ms. Raggs!
Not my first time at ICFR, but my first experience with the Indy campus. I love the small close-knit community. The staff is caring and helpful. The counselors are fantastic. The facility is clean and supports group dynamics. I would definitely refer anyone I care about who needs help to this company.

Before Hickory I’ve never experienced any sort of rehabilitation. In ANY aspect of my life. I was WRECKED. So my expectations were very “surfaced”. The tools and practices the staff, therapists, BHT’s and even the front desk and office staff provide go beyond just the addiction part. Even when some of us are at our absolute lowest and have lost sight of everything and everyone else…. It’s impossible, even then to lose sight of someone making us feel GENUINELY cared about. I’ll always remember the time we spent together Hickory!!! All 3 times of them.

I have and will continue to recommend Hickory House to people that are struggling with addiction because of what they have done and meant to me in my life. My journey of recovery would not be what it is today if it was not for Samantha, Scott, Sarah and Cindy. They took mercy on me and nurtured me back to health. I owe the many blessings that I have today because of the grace and love they showed me during my time with them.

I just completed their 28 day stay and it was pretty good. The class's are full with knowledge and tools and coping skills. Most of the staff have your best interests at heart. The food is good and there is alot. Tvs in your room with Netflix, YouTube, tubi, Pluto. You get your phone 2 hours a day everyday. You can smoke, and chew pretty much whenever you want. The nurses will get your meds squared away without a problem. Your counselor will met with you for one on one's all throughout the week. I want to give a shout out to my counselor Lisa White, she really cared about what I was going through and helped me my whole time there. They also provide places you can go to after you complete the program. They have a detox side you can go to when you first get there if you are coming off hard drugs. They have a full size gym with all the equipment and and outside basketball court, volleyball, football, ping pong, cards, and art supplies. You can order stuff from Amazon like hygiene. You can also order nicotine products if you have cash or card or your people can drop them off. I had a easy great time there. You just got to focus on yourself and not worry about what other people are doing. It's easy to get caught up in what other people are doing and if you are going through anything like that just talk to counselor. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to get there life headed in the right direction. It's a good starting place. They bill your insurance so it's pretty much free, it dont cost any actual money. Thanks so much recovery village I appreciate the help and I am doing good still.

My psychiatrist sent to Valle Vista to detox off Xanax after 20 years of being prescribed on it. At first I was skeptical about being there, but that changed over about a day, when I felt I needed outside medical care the nursing staff was quick to jump and get me to the emergency room. My stay was about 6 days, and over those days it was rough but the staff and facility made this process easier. I want to give a shout out to Amber and Julia in unit 2/3 you two helped my stay in a positive way and I say thank you. I don’t plan to return but know it’s available if I need it. I’m actually so impressed that I would be willing to send my daughter here if she needs a reset on her meds and sleep pattern.

I am BEYOND happy with the treatment I receive from Tasc!! This place is TRULY AMAZING!! The people here you will NOT find anywhere else on this planet!! I promise you that...as a recovering addict it's the ONLY place I'll go for treatment anymore...I live an hour and 10 minutes from Columbus now and STILL go to Tasc for outpatient treatment...My counselor, Jess, is ALWAYS all ears and will help me process ANYTHING that is on my mind and help me figure out the problem at hand and most importantly, how to deal with it the RIGHT way, SOBER... BEST counselor you can find hands down... My peer recovery coach, Kelly, ALWAYS willing to lend a hand and guide me to resources to continue my recovery and help me through the obstacles life throws at you everyday.. BEST peer coach with the certificate.... even the two Wonderful ladies that run that front desk, like bosses will do whatever it takes to go above and beyond their duties and help someone remain SOBER...if your looking for a place to do the right thing with your life call Tasc!! I promise you won't be disappointed unless you just don't want it!! This place TRULY saved my life and has helped me to become a MAN I've ALWAYS dreamed of being!! Thank you Tasc!!!

Hi this is Brandon Burton (05/17/2000) i just wanted to take a min to show my appreciation for CRT Rocky Ford House in Columbus Indiana. I wouldn't be the strong minded person that i am today if it wasn’t for all of their support, help, and guidance. I wanna take this time to show my up most appreciation for each staff member there, because each of them impacted me greatly.
Rachael always took time out of her day to make sure i had everything i needed, made sure i understood what was being taught to me in MRT and IOT, and she ALWAYS had the best classes. She made her classes fun and she explained things in a way that i could understand. She gave me support in every aspect of my life. I know that if i had something going on i could take it to her and she wouldnt go and tell someone else my business, and she would give me the best suggestions possible.
Tacara was amazing as well, she had my back in the program from the jump. She always gave me straight up honest answers, and she always helped me in the spiritual side of my recovery. We talked about God alot and i just really appreciated having a sister in christ there to talk about God with everyday.
Austin was my dude forreal. Ive liked Austin since i met him at the Whitney house when he was the recovery works grant guy. For some reason i was always drawn to Austin, he always gave me straight answers, never sugar coated anything, and didnt judge me for who i am. Not to mention hes funny as heck! I remember going into his office almost everyday just to talk to him and tell him jokes. Lol i hope ur seein this G-Eazy, i appreciate you having my back, and giving me a chance in the program!

We became so very close and was one of my main reasons to go. Our deep, true, sad, and hilarious talks weekly were such a tremendous help for me and for her as well. Her departure can negatively impact the program's effectiveness for clients like me." Paige and Heather ROCK!! Hopefully they don't do the same to Heather. But at least now I can finally hangout with Paige bcuz we have some diving to do!

Paige and Heather have both been instrumental in my life. Today I go in there and am told that Paige has been let go for no reason. This is very triggering and upsetting for me. I guess Heather was not happy about it either. Like how could you guys get rid of Paige? She’s the sweetest. Please let Paige stay, she has been so helpful on my road to recovery is a big reason why I have stayed sober. Honestly I can’t believe they let her go just before the holiday season. Such a shame. She was one of the people who really gave me the belief that I could make it in recovery. It’s not right totally unfair treatment.

What can I say the staff an dr at spero have just been a miracle!! I've been a spero patient 4 years now through some of the hardest times in my life, and my dr kasie is just a god sent they truly care about there patients an actually listen when alot of us are used to being pushed to the side or over looked. An to my girlie's at the front desk chrystal is absolutely amazing an definitely deserves a raise 😉😉 okay seriously tho chrystal will move heaven an earth for you. Chris my therapist has been one of the best councilor I have ever had an I've had alot so caring and compassionate specially after losing my brother an fiancé 3 months apart my world was rocked to the core but spero has been there every step of the way to make sure I continue to succeed.

Hello, my name is Chloe Grover I discharged from Columbus behavioral center 1 month ago and it changed my entire life for the better. I had Caitlyn as a therapist and let me just say she is truly phenomenal at her work and what she does she kicks ass everyday to make sure her kids have what they need. Kiera the aftercare case manager is just as amazing she truly loves and cares for older youth in this program when she did IL she made it fun and engaging. Karebear was an amazing lead tech on 400 unit she changed the way I view people today she showed me to let people in and give them a chance. Von is a another very hardworking lead tech on 400 unit she showed me how to not care what others thought about me and to be myself through and through. Cameron was an amazing lead tech on 300 unit he always made your day exciting but stuck to the rules as he should and he was always there when you needed a good cry or a good conversation. The staff there deserve the world and if I could give it to them I would. Thank you everyone.

My 16 year old daughter went there and day 1 she hated me by time to leave at day 90 she cried because she was gonna miss the staff. Thank you CBC for helping my daughter grow so much in 90 days!
My family has had an excellent experience with RTC. From the first day until the last, my child and my family have been treated with kindness. The staff has been very transparent about everything, Including Medications, School, day-to-day activities, emails, and phone calls. My child also states the same about her experience and has been very vocal about the "tools" she has gained to make day-to-day life better after RTC.
Thank you, RTC Staff, for making a challenging transition a bit easier for all parties involved. Working with youth is a challenging position, and you all did a great job.

I was here like 7 years ago I was on the original peace unit down stairs...me and some other girls tried making a Lil fire to let everyone run away lol...I was crazy there but I did like it...
other than the very long wait this clinic is so good and everyone is so nice, the bad reviews are from first time visitors and people going for dental. I LOVE DR. RIVERA, and all my nurses shout out to them.

Not everyone has a phone to stare at while they wait.

My kiddos used Adult and Child through the school, which no longer exists at our school so we now do outpatient. We drive to Greenwood for services. We haven’t done many appointments outpatient yet, but so far it’s been really good. I have 3 kids going to therapy here. They have in person and virtual. Two of my kiddos see Kat and so far she’s just been really kind, helpful, and understanding.

I only had two sessions with my therapist due to insurance issues but the staff were very nice and understanding. My therapist helped me out greatly and I love how kind she was, hopefully I. Am able to continue seeing her in the future
