The Staff is Friendly, Professional and Honest. They check to make sure they have the right person with correct chart. I am happy to go there. I had to come home from Spain a few times while I was in the Air Force and wore Civilian clothes for fear of being spit on because of the political unrest at the time. They were so kind to me I felt kindness when thanked for my Service and left Happy. Also Chelsi I appreciated.

This place is seriously phenomenal beyond ....It took me many and many of years to actually accept that it's OK to not be OK. Thru gallahue I've gained so much support thru my individual therapist In which I'd recommend 10000000% xanadu..I also attend a weekly group thay o my gosh it's been a huge huge help . Even tho I feel overwhelmed with life constantly I do know that I've gained coping skills and strength and healthier ways to manage my struggle......This place has saved my life and I'm beyond thankful for them . Also I must add that the ladies at the front desk are absolutely amazing and Dawn o my gosh I know you've been there so so so long and your so dedicated to treating others with kindness and I thank you for always going the extra mile and always smiling..... I honestly enjoy the group that I attend. I wasn't sure what to expect but I never imagined that I would really enjoy attending but I absolutely love it. The positive vibes in the group are so strong that you can't help but leave there thinking positively and feeling good about yourself. Victoria is very knowledgeable and has many resources to help you implement your individual treatment plan. She does not judge anyone and is very receptive and genuinely passionate about helping each individual create a sobriety plan, set it in motion, and be held accountable and frequently revisit the goals you set for yourself. I cannot sat enough great things about Victoria and the group that I attend. If you are ready to get treatment for whatever you are struggling with, give ER counseling a chance. When I arrived at Tara, I was as low as I had ever been. I couldn’t be more grateful for the decision I made to go there. Every member of the staff truly cared about me and my recovery. It changed my life in the most positive way. The schedule and curriculum required hard work and consistency, but helped me get back into a routine of living. I learned so much about myself, grew my fellowship, and made friendships I see being lifelong. I have since continued their aftercare programs and have experienced nothing but great things throughout my time there, as well. I am responsible for my recovery journey, but Tara has and will continue to have a major role in my success during my journey. I would strongly recommend Tara to any person looking to make the positive change. Going to Tara was one of the best decisions I’ll ever make.

This is David Cole. They really helped me on my journey to recovery. They gave me tools that I needed. And the staff the therapist and the case managers and the directors are very nice and patient. IDFC is a great place! They were extremely helpful in my addiction and recovery process. Carla the tech was especially helpful in providing me with necessary clothes I forgot at home and needed. The whole nurses staff was super supportive of my needs. The entire staff was amazing. I have been there twice and both times were exceptional!! I would recommend it to anyone who is struggling with mental health and addiction.

Spent 30 days at ICFR Indianapolis. This has been my first time seeking treatment and choosing self help on my own accord. Looking back I wish I would have done this years and years ago. I definitely could have and would be all the better for it. Things would be different however. I would have missed my chance to meet wonderful people. Between my peers and the staff there are many I will hold with me forever. However, there are two who I want to distinguish above all the others. Carla is my first. Her spirit is incredibly uplifting. When I came here in the mental state I was, she was a positive force that met me every single day with consistency and positivity. Between the silly and serious, I have enjoyed every encounter I have had with this woman. She made sure to do everything in her power to make me feel comfortable and help satisfy and wants or needs I had. She is an amazing person who offers kindness freely along with her goofy attitude. I will miss waking up in the morning to our interactions and will forever hold higher expectations when my morning sassy/snarky self is being handled so well. Pure gold this gal!! Second, I have to shout out Brittany (the other Brittany) also for keeping it real and consistent. Her laughter carries through the building and every time I hear it I know that it will be a good night. She has always been absolutely nothing but fair and has had an excellent sense of humor. Without it my nights would have been lacking most certainly. I will always remember this step of my journey and I encourage others to take the step if they are ready to do so.

If we are required to do a class, for whatever the reason, Curriculum in 2025 should not be videos 20+ years old, This will never relate to a entire class of individual struggles. Up to date, out the box thinking from therapists, who can “TRULY” relate, is a must! A prehistoric curriculum, which at best we can miserably struggle thru, will ultimately not teach anything positive. Thank-you Robert M for breaking a non functional mold. With anyone else, (Sadly) i am just a patient number, Another number for people who's goal is not me, yet what my Insurance will pay.. We are more than your pay check,, some of us may Live or Die from what you teach…. Do it right, or find a job without such consequences.

Paige and Heather have both been instrumental in my life. Today I go in there and am told that Paige has been let go for no reason. This is very triggering and upsetting for me. I guess Heather was not happy about it either. Like how could you guys get rid of Paige? She’s the sweetest. Please let Paige stay, she has been so helpful on my road to recovery is a big reason why I have stayed sober. Honestly I can’t believe they let her go just before the holiday season. Such a shame. She was one of the people who really gave me the belief that I could make it in recovery. It’s not right totally unfair treatment.

I recently had an extended stay on the Womans ward. Alot didn't go my way. I had my outdate changed 3 times. I missed an important medical procedure on my 4 year old.(but we got through it safely together) I got stuck with a bunch crazy people (and loved every one of them). But I took my manic self to every group and got excited about every art class and video song. I tried to get better. I smashed at every meal. I dont think we got my meds right. But we tried... I met only amazing people staff and clients. Dr. Dang, Sherry, Ebony(kept me smelling like a real person with the hand sanitizer), G;) ,Q to name a few. The place was a little messed up but I feel they were really working on listening to us. Trying to get everyone on the same page is hard for anyone. I have been in to many jails and institutions unfortunately. I didnt think this one was that bad. Its sad really. Truth is I was in a bad spot and they kept me safe and sane. Thanks Vv. Edit. I will say they did need to work on a few things. They're cesspools of standing water behind the handrails in the shower that have probably never been cleaned properly because its impossible. I found a hidden stash of shanks in my oppinion. I reported all issues to staff at least once.I had family leave lots of messages I dont (remember) recieving any. I have 3 days I dont remember other then scary flashbacks of my Ptsd. I heard I was trying to fight and start shit with people (sooo out of character). I have another whole bag of property I forgot about till I got home that us still there(important thing's like blanket hygiene book's) I need to reach out. I just dont wanna get stuck again lol.

my name is niya Ellington, I went to resource August 5th 2025 discharge may 22nd 2026. my experience at resource was something im forever gonna be grateful for. the higher ups do an amazing job advocating for youth. they also do a great job making sure staff are good people. i am a completely different person from when I stepped foot into the facility to now. the clinical team is amazing, they ensure safety of residents. they get youth out the building alot to give them motivation even if they don't have family to take them out. they are very good at making sure kids are comfortable despite there background weather it's LGBT,ethnic,or different/less common beliefs. Youths needs are met within guidelines. they have an amazing discipline system definitely hold youth accountable and process issues. many activities provided to the kids as rewards for good behaviors. they teach youth many life skills for current situations and future. some youth are even offered aftercare following discharge. youth are treated with respect and when they feel disrespected they mend to their concern allowing kids to advocate for themselves through " situation reports" and more.they do a great job making sure appropriate boundaries are maintained during treatment.there are many amazing authority figures you can count on such as miss qtylor, miss Kelsie, miss amber, miss Caitlin, miss Elaine, mr jack, mr jhon, mr tim, and I could go on for hours. overall amazing treatment/program. resource saved my life, I definitely recommend

The staff were polite and answered any questions I had. The wait for my walk-in appointment was not too bad. The only negative thing I can say about the visit is that they were "not allowed" to turn on the television, the receptions told me that there had been arguments started over it in the past. I'm not sure if they were over the contents of what was being aired or something else. They also had no magazines to look through while you wait. Maybe, someone could make a donation. Not everyone has a phone to stare at while they wait.
