Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Financial aid can take many forms. Centers may have grants or scholarships available to clients who meet eligibility requirements. Programs that receive SAMHSA grants may have financial aid available for those who need treatment as well. Grants and scholarships can help you pai for treatment without having to repay.

Programs that accept military insurance often have targeted treatment focused on the unique challenges military members, veterans, and their families face.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient
If you need some flexibility and choice when it comes to your recovery, outpatient rehab programs are a great option because they do not require intensive inpatient treatment. Clients remain in their own homes and may continue to work or attend school while in active treatment. Outpatient treatment typically includes addiction counseling and continuing recovery education, including courses in self-care and relapse prevention. Medication assisted treatment (MAT) is available in many treatment centers for clients in opioid and/or alcohol recovery.
inpatient iconInpatient
Inpatient rehab provides intensive, round-the-clock care and is designed primarily for clients who have just completed detox, those in early recovery, and those at an increased risk of relapse. Inpatient treatment typically includes extensive psychotherapy that draws on various modalities like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing. Clients also learn the recovery-focused life skills needed to promote sustained recovery. Many inpatient drug rehabs also offer evidence-based holistic therapies like meditation, yoga, massage, and experiential therapy.
intensive-outpatient iconIntensive Outpatient
Persons who require high-level support but who do not wish to leave their homes or communities may enroll in an intensive outpatient program (IOP). Clients typically commit to a minimum of nine treatment hours across three therapeutic sessions per week, but many programs offer up to 20 hours of care weekly. Most intensive outpatient rehabs provide a combination of psychotherapy, recovery education, and holistic care. Medication assisted treatment (MAT) is widely available for those in alcohol or opioid recovery.
aftercare iconAftercare Support
Clients receiving support in a rehab aftercare program have completed inpatient care and may also be preparing to exit formal outpatient care. Outpatient services are typically categorized as rehab aftercare, but these services often continue beyond the cessation of formal treatment. Rehab aftercare services are designed to promote life-long recovery through comprehensive, wraparound care, which may include medical, mental health, and social services. These programs are usually created in collaboration with the client's case manager and care team.
partial-hospitalization iconPartial Hospitalization Program
A partial hospitalization program (PHP) can provide intensive rehab on a short-term basis. While PHP treatment typically requires a commute, telehealth may be available. PHP treatment costs can vary but are often covered by most insurance. The program duration can vary to meet your specific needs and require you to meet for a minimum of 20 hours a week for an average of 90 days. PHP Treatment services often include relapse prevention strategies, medication management, individual and group counseling, and other behavioral therapy interventions.
medically-assisted-detox iconMedically Assisted Detox
When removing addictive substances from your body under the care of licensed medical professionals, the process is called medically assisted detox. Once you've become physically dependent on substances like alcohol, opioids, or benzodiazepines, quitting can be uncomfortable or even dangerous. To minimize risks to your health and overall discomfort, a team of medical professionals monitors you 24/7 and provides medications if necessary (like Suboxone or methadone) to ease potential symptoms of withdrawal.

Indiana provides substance abuse treatment programs for individuals with substance use disorders. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. When you're borderline manic on your second day due to lack of sleep. So, you ask three BHTs all of which are sitting if they could please help you clean your room due to the clusters of ants at the head of your head, ans janitorial staff quite that week. Their response is to laugh and say "that is above my pay grade". Thanks Shane and Joyce. Upon arriving I almost left because a nurse named Havetta ? Not sure about the spelling pulls vials of blood out and said "not sure whose those are" as she placed mine in. They lost two of my medications. One of which is considered a medical grade food l-methylfolate. They tried to gaslight me. Stating it didn't not arrive with me, however I asked them to pull the footage because myself and my mother picked it up from CVS prior to arriving. Many of the patients would be homeless and that is why the ratings are so high. Addison and Jazz are two BHTs that care. Allie is a cook and is wonderful. Brittany Hill will say whatever necessary to ensure you simply shut up. I told her my concerns about multiple absolutely inappropriate comments. One BHT names Joyce referred to me as a "the monster Brittany had created". When I informed staff about a man body checking me that didn't nothing. I was told by Teresa who made a plethora of inappropriate comments to me. I will update this later. Ultimately, Teresa compared the place to a company that currently is dealing with fighting litigation. Like yeah, sure, there isn't fecal matter on the walls. So, I guess it's alright. It's a money grab. They accept Medicaid. The name of the game is to scrape as much money off of the top and provide minimal services.

Finding a rehabilitation facility that genuinely cares for its clients makes me quite happy. The staff has helped me get through some pretty difficult situations and is very kind and helpful. The therapy sessions have been very helpful, and I feel like I'm really starting to comprehend the fundamental causes of my addiction. I'm grateful to be on the path to recovery since this alcohol treatment program has changed my life.

Great place to do your recovery. The staff treat you like a person not an addict. The therapist team is great, of it wasn't for Kristil and Mrs Sheree I wouldn't have made it thru, and Nurse Sarah is absolutely the best, she helped get me on the meds I needed desperately for my Manic Depression and Bipolar and turned my life around, she genuinely cared about me getting better and the talk she had with me after my graduation really made me look at life differently and actually take care of myself and better myself so I can properly care for my girl. From the bottom of my heart thank you Sarah. You could even sit right down with the CEO Leah and she would help you in any way she could and is a great person. Thank you all for what you did for me, you gave me a new start and chance at life. Kenny L

This is my first time in treatment and I had no idea what to expect. I was so worried that I wouldn’t make friends. I was wrong. The staff and other residents were friendly from the beginning! Special shout out to Nigeria, Miss Joyce, Shane, Jared and Addison. They really helped me feel good about myself while I was there! To be honest all the staff there were amazing. Best of all the facility is cleaned daily. SO CLEAN! If you are nervous about treatment I highly suggest this place. I lowkey kinda miss it.

Response from the ownerInvalid relative date format:
So glad that our staff really came through for you, and we appreciate the special shout-out. We will be sure to pass it along!

Some of the staff are nice but some are rude and insensitive and unprofessional. The facility is nice but not maintained well and people from detox are supposed to be in detox but they wonder the building and the cafeteria is always flooded with ppl and takes forever to get your food. You see a case manager and therapist once a week if your lucky and they do not help with an after care plan you are expected to do that alone and being discharged is a nightmare you can be scheduled to leave at 9-10am good luck leaving in the timeframe requested bc the main doctor will avoid you until noon or later simply so they can bill your insurance for another day and it only takes them 10 min to do this process an if you have a ride waiting at 9-10am expect for them to be stuck waiting for hours bc the staff does not care an wants the money.

This facility saved my life. My therapist Joe was compassionate, caring, and completely open-minded. The staff, Carrie, Nigeria, the nurse Sarah, therapist Commander, and the two BHT brothers are phenomenal Sean, and Jared. This program works if you allow it to, they provide such a great environment. The CEO, Leah isn’t compassionate but I’m sure she is great at running ‘financials’. She’s just worried about getting people in. The staff is often overworked, but truly truly care. This place is BEAUTIFUL. The food is fantastic, the gym is A+, and the rooms are spacious. You do have roommate but if it isn’t working they will move you. Go here if you need help.

Response from the ownerInvalid relative date format:
Thank you for review and we're glad Joe helped you so much as well as the additional staff!
