FCRC has been amzing place for recovery. I came here for PHP and IOP and have had great instructors and therapist. Being a veteran and getting teamed up with a veteran therapist was so beneficial for my recovery cause he understood what ive been through and was able to help me out in areas where I struggled. The Emergency Room Rapid Response Team, the PCU, the ICU, the PCURT and all other staff that support these departments are very professional, attentive and pleasant attitudes to my needs during my staff. I only had a slight issue with one RT person, but she could have been having a bad day? My only issue was with the heating & cooling systems. I had a room in ICU and PCU that would be like an ice chest at night but warm during the day. I eventually had the staff leave my room door cracked open to try and balance out the temperature.

After being admitted for all kinds of bad symptoms being a Cancer patient, the Hospital staff was extremely kind. Although I do love all my Oncology nurses & staff, & I love Dr. Salter (my Oncologist), & I am really impressed with the nurse Amanda A. (and others too) but mainly Amanda A. with the tattoos is the sweetest most cool nurse I’ve ever had. I feel like we’ve been friends my whole life. That lady deserves a raise & a promotion for her hardwork & dedication to her job. She genuinely is here to help people! Thanks Community & Amanda A. 🖤

I went through Trinity house in 1988. My reviews at the time would’ve been stellar. On that note, you really need to look at all of the reviews on all of the review sites. I don’t know if Google really vets their reviews so do some really good research before you decide against this place. I’ve been sober for 37 years.

I don’t know who the negative reviews are from but some people (patients) are the because they are psychotic & out of control. Its a secure facility. You aint in there fore a vacation. You are there for treatment. Ive been twice. Staff are awesome...every one of them. Food os great. Big screen TV & about 150 movies, books, private rooms. Constant checking & monitoring. I wont be back but I recommend it to anyone serious about getting better.

I have been apart of CMS now for over 2 yrs. now and as someone who has experience with other facilities, no other place, or staff, comes even close to Community Medical Services!! From the moment you check in with Tammy to even when you have to communicate with counselors it's just always a great and welcoming experience! I absolutely love CMS! My counselor is very knowledgeable and has been a great support. I look forward to seeing the ladies at the front desk every day! The nurses are also very sweet and willing to answer any questions I may have and both Doctors are friendly and have a wonderful bedside manner!!! Thank goodness that they are open again after the stress of dealing with the Kokomo clinic. I was grateful to have a place to go dose but CMS feels like home. Thank you for all you do!!! ♥️

I feel that I owe this place so much! They are lifesavers for me! The good Lord sent them here because He knew I would eventually need them so very much, so much that my life depended on them. They saved my life! They stuck by me through the years! People, medication and therapists are both sought and gained only through trial and error. It took me a number of years to get it all straight and now I couldn't be happier! I've tried places in Kokomo and Wabash and by far, Four County is the best place around for your mental health. I definitely recommend!

Don’t get me wrong, I loved the doctor that I had before Tara.. but one day she was just gone. I didn’t know why but it happened and to be honest I’m happy that it did. Tara is such a kindhearted individual, smart beyond comparison and if she doesn’t know the Answer she isn’t afraid to ask or refer me to someone to help me more. Anyways, the point is that I absolutely love her and she loves my children. Plus I wouldn’t ask for any other person to take care of me…. She is the best. And I’m thankful for her…

Entering rehab for the first time at 67 years of age was terrifying, simply because I didn't know what to expect. My journey with an eating disorder began when I was just 13 years old, and looking back, it has been a long road. After a health scare in September of 2024 served as a wake-up call, I reached out to a family member who had been down the same path. She recommended a counselor who had also struggled with an eating disorder as a teenager. Initially, I didn't think I had a problem. I was perfectly content with my body size, even though everyone around me kept saying how thin I was. I eventually found a dietitian, and though she and my counselor worked tirelessly with me, I wasn't ready to listen or follow their guidance. Finally, in April of 2025, I realized I needed inpatient help. Because I wanted a faith-based facility, they recommended Selah House. I flew to Anderson, Indiana, incredibly anxious about the unknown. However, the moment I stepped inside the house, I felt at home. The staff welcomed me with open arms and truly understood my journey. The facility itself is beautiful. I especially loved Marcy (who did equine therapy), Jordan (my dietitian), and Amy (my therapist). While there are too many incredible staff members to name, they all made an impact. I even grew to love art therapy! The sessions were incredibly helpful, and I loved that we went on outings and attended church on Sundays. I cannot say enough good things about Selah House, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking healing from an eating disorder.

i loved this place out of the rest inpatient/residential places ive done. i was here 2 years ago when i was 14 for my anorexia; and this place truly did help my eating disorder the only main reason to my ed downfall was not having proper treatment when i left so please make sure your child has the proper care before discharging because i myself do not have a second chance with this place for my behavioral issues and being noncompliance at first when i was first there so please take in your chances with this place while you can, this place was the best ive gone to and being there truly did help my eating disorder i love the programming there, the food, and the staff are amazing and will help you with whatever issue you have going on!! just the chapel is homophobic💜!

From a very young age, I battled deep body image issues that led to restricting, purging, and treating my body in ways that were harmful. For years, I convinced myself I could manage it on my own or that I wasn’t “sick enough” to need real help. I had tried outpatient and virtual PHP/IOP care, but I wasn’t fully honest in my recovery and continued to hold on to unhealthy patterns. By the beginning of 2026, I realized I couldn’t keep living that way. I was exhausted and stuck, and I finally chose to seek deeper, more intentional help. Coming to Selah changed everything for me. What makes Selah so different is the way they care for the whole person, not just the physical side of recovery, but the emotional and spiritual healing as well. The staff truly see you, meet you where you are, and walk with you through the hardest parts without judgment. I never felt like just another patient, I felt known, supported, and genuinely cared for. During my time here, I began to understand that my worth is not tied to my body. I learned how to challenge the lies I had believed for so long and start accepting truth instead. The integration of faith was especially impactful for me, it helped me see that healing is possible and that I don’t have to do it alone. Recovery hasn’t been perfect or easy, but Selah gave me tools, support, and hope that I didn’t have before. I’ve seen real change in my heart and mindset, and for the first time, I believe freedom is possible. If you are struggling and unsure about getting help, I would truly encourage you to consider Selah. It has been a life changing experience for me, and I’m incredibly grateful for the role it’s played in my healing journey.

The lodge has an incredible staff of counselors and techs that absolutely cares about your recovery in a woodsy and relaxing environment that has access to a gym and 24 hour availability to people who can help with any issue that you might be having with recovery and access to food 24 hours a day ( so watch the belt line ) . Last month, I had the pleasure of attending Harbor Light IOP's Graduation and I was moved in so many ways I truly felt obligated to write a review about my experience. At this graduation, the valedictorian's name was Henry. He read a speech to the members in the audience and after his speech, he read a break up letter to the drug that had him in bondage for so many years. In this letter he reminisced on the good times they experienced, the great times with the women and the important life events he missed while being under the influence of this drug. The saying "all good things, must come to an end" was evident while he read this letter to the crowd. Henry decided that Harbor Light Center was going to be his home to assist him with obtaining and maintaining his sobriety. He thanked the caring and loving staff for they way they made him well welcomed on his first day. The Harbor Light Center is the truly place for New Beginnings, and I was honored to witness that Henry and the rest of his graduating class achieved their New Beginning at The Harbor Light Center. A place filled with love, compassion and support! I will continue to make referrals to the HLC! Please continue doing the rewarding work that you do, as YOU ARE MAKING A DIFFERENCE!

I had a great experience at Harbor Light Center, Salvation Army. I was so determined that this place would not help me or me turn my life back around but you know what after detox for a week and a couple of weeks after I started to feel normal again I learned that I could not get better in a couple days. HLC changed my life around it’s been going good and strong for 5 years now I feel amazing I want to thank them. ICFR Caramel is undoubtedly an amazing blessing. From the moment I decided to seek treatment there. They’ve helped me all the way through. The intake staff, was very informative and took care of everything. Once at the facility, Pam Is a godsend. She’ll take care of every need. The groups are a nice size, so you’re able to discuss your issues and the therapist stay on topic. Carmela is amazing! She will work with you, to let you talk about what you’re going through and has so much wisdom it amazes me how she is able to encourage individuals in the group. I think we have one of the best nurse practitioners I’ve ever met, her name is Eve.. She takes the time to get to know you and really cares about how you’re doing and what your needs are. She’ll work with you if there’s anything you need. I highly recommend ICFR Carmel.
