In the 2.5 years between my two stays, I saw a lot of changes and improvements made. My first stay was great, but this second time was even better. The clinical team truly cares about me as a person and were always listening to my needs and striving to meet them. The after-care coordinator, Christi, works so hard to make sure clients are set up for success post leaving Selah House. I could not be more grateful for everything God did for me at Selah. It is an amazing place and everyone there truly cares. I not only saw transformation in my own life, but I saw transformation in so many of my new found friends. I had a wonderful community that supported me throughout my time at Selah.

Hello! I decided to come to Selah House after struggling with my ED for several years. My rock bottom was ER trip after a night out drinking. I was in denial about my ED. I came to Selah in denial about even having one. Selah did save me though; they made me realize how much I was hurting but what I could do to help myself. I got to choose my recovery. I had the choice to get better or to sit in my own misery. I loved that I was given the choice. I really felt like I was a member of my own team, that I got a say in what happened to ME. I can say now that I have made recovery driven choices. As I leave, I’m scared, but I’ve also been given the resources to continue to heal. This wasn’t a fix-all, but a perfect way to start the journey that is recovery from ED.

So I have struggled with addiction issues for years and The Anderson Center was one of the treatment facilities that I had the opportunity to try. I was part of the in patient, as well as, the out patient. I have been doing outpatient services there now for the last couple of yrs. I am extremely surprised at all the bad reviews that I have read because in my experience, the staff and DR's have all been wonderful and have went above and beyond my expectations. I also want to give a special review for Dr. Skinner. He is my Dr. now and this man is incredible in every way possible! Immediately, you can tell that he is genuinely vested in his work and his patients. If it wasn't for him, I don't know where I would be today. I was undiagnosed and misdiagnosed for over 10 yrs. and after one appt. with him, was immediately diagnosed with major depression disorder and Bi-Polar disorder. I am now being treated for both and feel like I have my life back. I was lucky enough for Dr. Skinner to take me on as his patient and he has literally saved me. I will forever be greatful!!!

Just a few weeks ago, sobriety was something I didn't think was possible. I have been through a lot as a severe alcoholic, for several years. It took me two tries- no fault of the facility, whose loving kindness is what brought me out of the maelstrom of alcohol addiction, and I am affronted by the poor reviews I see.
The staff was entirely attentive to every detail of my recovery and needs throughout. The entire staff is commendable. The experience was life changing for me. I cannot give them enough credit.
I am happier with the decision I made to return to the Anderson Center than with any other decision I have made in my entire life. Period. I am so happy to be sober, it amazes me minute by minute, second by second. Every moment is amazing now. I owe it to the care of the team, but I owed it to myself.
If you think sobriety is a bad thing, you haven't really given it a try.

I do not have a single bad thing to say about Fairbanks. If you have both your feet into getting sober this is the place for you. Their staff is extremely professional and compassionate. They bend over backwards to take care of you. I’ve struggled with sobriety for years and my third time going to Fairbanks on July 3, 2025, it all finally clicked. Unit 7 staff did an amazing job taking care of my daughter. My family is thankful for each and everyone of you. 5stars for Unit 7
As for the front desk. The lady behind the glass.( 1star. ) I was there 11/11/24 at 12:40pm the lady with the dark hair was rude. She had three of us standing in line. She didn’t greet anyone. She told us to hold on while she was doing some sort of paperwork. Her back up came from behind another door with a Coca Cola . I’m assuming it was snack time. “Ms. Rudeness” kept working on paperwork while we stood in line . I got tired of standing and asked when she was gonna help us ? When you have customers at the window they are #1 priority. We are already stressed enough about our loved ones being there . You should have more compassion for people. You’re an older lady so you should know that. They need to replace her. Her spirit is nasty and not Christ-Like.

Indiana is ranked 7th nationwide in terms of addiction treatment affordability, with an average cost of addiction treatment of $54,824.
The costs of drug and alcohol rehab in Indiana vary widely and depend on several factors, including:
The costs of addiction treatment listed for cities and states are averages based on the cost of the treatment types listed above. These averages are high due to the cost of medical detoxification and residential inpatient rehab programs.
These numbers also reflect the raw cost of drug rehab, before any insurance coverage. The typical individual seeking addiction treatment can expect to pay much less for outpatient or intensive outpatient services than the averages listed below.
There are many ways to pay for drug rehab in Indiana. Most treatment centers accept cash or self-payment, as well as private health insurance. However, there are many treatment centers in Indiana that accept Medicaid and Medicare, or offer sliding scale payments or other low-cost payment options. Here’s the complete breakdown of how to pay for addiction treatment in Indiana.
Aetna is the most widely-accepted insurance for drug rehabs in Indiana, with 97 treatment centers in the state accepting their insurance. Blue Cross Blue Shield is the 2nd most popular with 93 treatment centers accepting it followed by Cigna in 3rd accepted by 93 drug rehabs.
