This is the one and only drug and alcohol counseling . They DO care! They do have you write a detailed plan on how to stay true to your sobriety! Anyone who says different isn't trying hard enough to work the program!

Yes I am a past client we are moving back too Plainfield and we need family counseling I know Paul Schiender there and Dr. Z my husband and I and my son we need counseling services and my husband needs to see a psychiatrist there his anger issues is out of hand . I can't keep putting up with it my last name was different then I have known you for years when Marsha Carr was a counselor . Shame she isn't still there I been very quiet now I had anger issues but since I been loving in Hamilton county it's been an awlful experience living up here. We need someone who is nice and understanding and who doesn't take sides I have put up with this at all the counseling centers we have been too that is one thing I won't put up with that. A good therapist doesn't take sides you can't tell my husband nothing he is right your wrong you will see I still say something happen too him when he was little abuse that went on in the home . Can't wait too get back there and come there too see someone.

This place is great! I was in Community Fairbanks for 28 days. They got me up early, on a schedule, groups were great and so was the food. I miss their breakfast! The staff is excellent; specifically Kyle and Cathy. Plenty of smoke breaks. They set me up with SLP (Sober Living.) I’m looking at volunteering. I feel the need to give back. Overall a great experience!

The staff is very friendly and supportive in your recovery journey. The group facilitators are highly educated and always discuss very relevant information in group about recovery. The food is also really good, big shout out to the guys that cooked for all of us here at RVI. They also have many recreational activities such as ping pong, basketball, and a gym. Great place to rest and focus on your sobriety. I highly recommend this place to somebody who is trying to get sober.

My experience from the moment I walked through the front door to begin my journey toward my goal of sobriety was nothing short of amazing. Their entire staff "SEES" you." They "HEAR" you. They want the very best for you. For your journey. It was my first and prayerfully the only time. I left better equipped to identify things that are detrimental to my whole well being. I really enjoyed my stay and was very educated. When i decided to take this step I was very scared and didn't know what to expect. All that changed when I walked thru the doors. I was allowed to take my best friend and support thru getting sober Lola and she I was supported through our. I owe RCA for giving me my life back by educating me and showing me that I matter . I love what the Harbor Light Center is doing for our community! I know several people who have gone through this program and they have been transformed by the incredible love and care they received there. This is a top-notch detox and addiction treatment program and it shows. Harbor Light welcomes anyone - no matter what their background is or how many times they've been through recovery. The staff doesn't give up on anyone! Everyone says that the big difference between The Salvation Army's program and the others they'd experienced was how faith became a part of their recovery for the first time. Stayed at this places for 4 months and will never forgot it. Unfortunately everyone in there with me that I had numbers from has relapsed and died from Heroin. I had no want to get clean, just tried to get my mother off my back. This was in 2012. November 15th 2017 I wanted it for myself. Went to a place here locally with a bag of clothes and a moped. Worked the steps. Went to 12-14 meetings a week (no joke) fell in love with recovery. After looking back, I seen some great people there. The counselor Sid really seemed to care and told it how it was. Wish I would’ve got it together then but God had different plans. I now have bought my own house, have my license and 3 different cars. Bought more property to make my yard bigger and build a new house on. Everything in my life has gotten better doing the next right thing. Getting married in October. Wish I would’ve done more step work but I eventually got it done. Much love ya’ll. A lot of them called me Big Country or Flacco. I guess it means white not in Spanish? lol I had a lot of fun and Holy Spirit interactions at this place

I do not have a single bad thing to say about Fairbanks. If you have both your feet into getting sober this is the place for you. Their staff is extremely professional and compassionate. They bend over backwards to take care of you. I’ve struggled with sobriety for years and my third time going to Fairbanks on July 3, 2025, it all finally clicked. Currently at the moment I have 47 days sober and then in the process of completing the IOP program And I feel better now than I ever have when I was drinking. I would honestly recommend this place to anybody that is serious about getting clean.

I've been a patient here for over 6 years and have had some issues here and there but it took me a while to realize how much this place cares about their patients. They have been there for me through everything and never gave up on me or kicked me out of therapy for my behavior, which is improving thanks to my new treatment plan with Dr. Patrick Z. I realize that mental health therapy takes time and not everything is going to work right off the bat. Maybe its a breakthrough i've had while in treatment, or maybe it's me finally growing up. If you're willing to be patient and put the time and effort into your therapy, you'll get alot farther than you would just by taking pills and calling it a day. I'll always recommend this place! There are literally no amount of words that could describe the way that Spero Health has not just changed my life, but truly gave me my life back! You guys have been a very important part of my recovery and I must say my experience from the psychiatrist to the therapist and the group facilitator are all wonderful at what they do and I want to move to another state but I don't think I will find the level of care and professionalism I've received at midtown.
