AlphaOmega Wellness is the best place to ever happen to me! I was in a 3-year cycle of severe, treatment resistant depression. Now, after two weeks and six ketamine treatments, I’m feeling things I haven’t felt in years! Joy, happiness, freedom, forgiveness, peace, and calm. The level of care and information is top notch. They’re not just treating you for your problems, they’re educating you so you can leave the program with the highest chance for success. From check-in, to pre- and post- treatment counseling to make sure they know how you’re doing and responding to treatment, they are ever present. The clinic staff is always available to help. After my first treatment, Dr. Dee himself was there to talk to, welcome me to the program, and answer all of my questions. Then, when my second treatment was particularly rough emotionally, the staff couldn’t have been more supportive; both directly after and the next day when I was spiraling. NP Megan gave me so much of her time the day after to talk me through my emotions and struggles and make sure I was ok. Everyone at this clinic rocks; especially Dr. Dee and NP Megan! I love them all and they’re all the best! If you’re struggling with PTSD, anxiety, or depression (like I was); the ketamine treatment really could be the key to unlocking something amazing and life changing inside you. To all of the staff at alpha Omega there are no words to describe how grateful I am to you all during my infusions. It was miraculous to say the least. I specifically waited till after my last infusion to make a review so that I could have a clear perspective if this is actually helped me or not. I'm a 60 year old male and I have suffered with bipolar PTSD massive major depression most of my life regiments of pills the same pills over and over and over I felt like a product of the pharmaceutical company. A friend suggested alpha Omega wellness for ketamine infusions... As I researched this I came to the conclusion that this would probably help me more than the pills. This therapy has changed my life. All of the trauma the baggage the emotions all the raw feelings seem to just disappear or go to where they felt like everything happened 20 years ago. I had a clear vision of what I wanted also a vision of what I did not want. My mind was clear my focus was back my depression is gone I can't explain this I don't care how it works I just know that it works.. the staff at alpha Omega reassured me every step of the way... Halfway through I wasn't sure if I have wasted my money or not. But again they assured me just continue with the infusions have goals and set intentions during my therapy as this was most effective for me. I am so so grateful to everyone there Darlene you're an angel I connected with you on a level that I cannot explain thank you so much for sharing your story with me as it made me feel more comfortable sharing mine with you all of you are doing amazing work to help people who suffer with mental illness.. this treatment should be readily available to everyone as insurance does not cover this usually and that is just wrong. This was the third rehab center that my wife attended. My wife wasnt in a good place mentally when I dropped her off. Blaming, heavy, burdened, joyless. I talked to her 7 days in and she was positive, light spirited, and exhibited empowerment. She has talked more about her alcoholism and knows what led up to it because Tara required her to do a timeline of life events. She seems much in touch with herself and better equipped as a result. She also had an excellent counselor that provided very pointed counseling specific to my wife’s life and needs. Based on what I learned from my wife I think everyone could use a little of what TARA has to offered regardless of whether u have an addiction or not. I highly recommend.

I love Tara. The staff are all respectful and compassionate. The curriculum took a deep dive into my history to help bring to light past experiences and how they affect my current life. The days were broken up with little “outings” where we were taken offsite for various activities. Management has clearly worked hard to find a program that works well, and I am so thankful that I was able to attend it.

Before Hickory I’ve never experienced any sort of rehabilitation. In ANY aspect of my life. I was WRECKED. So my expectations were very “surfaced”. The tools and practices the staff, therapists, BHT’s and even the front desk and office staff provide go beyond just the addiction part. Even when some of us are at our absolute lowest and have lost sight of everything and everyone else…. It’s impossible, even then to lose sight of someone making us feel GENUINELY cared about. I’ll always remember the time we spent together Hickory!!! All 3 times of them.

Last month, I had the pleasure of attending Harbor Light IOP's Graduation and I was moved in so many ways I truly felt obligated to write a review about my experience. At this graduation, the valedictorian's name was Henry. He read a speech to the members in the audience and after his speech, he read a break up letter to the drug that had him in bondage for so many years. In this letter he reminisced on the good times they experienced, the great times with the women and the important life events he missed while being under the influence of this drug. The saying "all good things, must come to an end" was evident while he read this letter to the crowd. Henry decided that Harbor Light Center was going to be his home to assist him with obtaining and maintaining his sobriety. He thanked the caring and loving staff for they way they made him well welcomed on his first day. The Harbor Light Center is the truly place for New Beginnings, and I was honored to witness that Henry and the rest of his graduating class achieved their New Beginning at The Harbor Light Center. A place filled with love, compassion and support! I will continue to make referrals to the HLC! Please continue doing the rewarding work that you do, as YOU ARE MAKING A DIFFERENCE!

I had a great experience at Harbor Light Center, Salvation Army. I was so determined that this place would not help me or me turn my life back around but you know what after detox for a week and a couple of weeks after I started to feel normal again I learned that I could not get better in a couple days. HLC changed my life around it’s been going good and strong for 5 years now I feel amazing I want to thank them. If you or a loved one is seeking to find and get help give them a call they will help you out sobriety is possible

You guys have been a very important part of my recovery and I must say my experience from the psychiatrist to the therapist and the group facilitator are all wonderful at what they do and I want to move to another state but I don't think I will find the level of care and professionalism I've received at midtown.

The Willow Center has been such a positive experience for our family during a very difficult time. From the moment my son began treatment, we could tell the staff truly cared about helping not only him, but everyone involved in the recovery process. Carissa especially has been incredible. I've been a patient here for over 6 years and have had some issues here and there but it took me a while to realize how much this place cares about their patients. They have been there for me through everything and never gave up on me or kicked me out of therapy for my behavior, which is improving thanks to my new treatment plan with Dr. Patrick Z. I realize that mental health therapy takes time and not everything is going to work right off the bat. Maybe its a breakthrough i've had while in treatment, or maybe it's me finally growing up. If you're willing to be patient and put the time and effort into your therapy, you'll get alot farther than you would just by taking pills and calling it a day. I'll always recommend this place! Thanks guys
