I have been to valley vista once on the women’s unit. I loved that we had an outside area to hang out in. We could also smoke. The therapy groups were super helpful and the food isn’t too bad so I’m going there for my second time The few downsides- Most staff thought they were better than everyone else especially the nurses for some reason Also I had my discharge day pushed back a day because they were lazy and never got with me to sign one piece of paper .

I have struggled for years with CPTSD, anxiety, depression, MCAS, and mold illness. I reached a point where I was willing to try almost anything to get some quality of life back, which is what led me to ketamine therapy. I completed 8 treatments. During the treatments, I still felt very much in control and aware of my mind, even though my body felt heavily sedated. I actually really enjoyed the serene sense of calm and peace I experienced during the sessions. The 1–2 days afterward were usually the hardest for me. I felt very raw and sensitive, almost like all of my emotions had come to the surface at once. After about two days, though, I would start to feel more level-headed. Megan came in afterward during my last three treatments, and that made a HUGE difference for me. Being able to talk through what was coming up during my sessions helped me process the experience rather than just leaving with everything still swirling around in my head. If I were to do it again, I would have a therapist involved throughout the process. I would also take an entire month off work if I could and really give myself the space to process everything and work through the online course without the pressure of everyday life. For me, ketamine wasn’t a miracle cure and I don’t think healing works that way. It was another piece of the puzzle. But it was an important piece. Since completing treatment, I find myself less reactive, less overwhelmed by everyday tasks, and spending less time constantly living inside my own head. That alone has been a HUGE relief. Everyone was kind and helpful throughout my experience. I have recommended both this place and ketamine therapy to others, and if it were financially possible for me, I would absolutely continue doing treatments.

The staff was excellent and caring. And so very knowledgeable. They gave me a life I never thought I would ever have. Happiness. I can’t recommend this place enough to anyone who is suffering with depression or anxiety. It will literally change your life. Plus if you want they will pray with you. And the atmosphere is very calming.

I love RCA! I miss this place so much. They helped me so much over the past year. Ive been a few times and they genuinely care about your life. Semata does so much for the patients and cares about our wellbeing. She deals with a lot of bs from people and she never let's it get her down. Clarence knew how to get into my head and help me understand and navigate my emotions and feelings and how to deal with them in the future. Honestly, he probably saved my life. Dante is such a great person and he works so hard making your time there fun and enjoyable. I love Lacy and Courtney they understood my issues and came up with realistic solutions. I love absolutely all the staff that works there, this was my fourth treatment center in two years. The way the facility is structured and how they get you out and about trying new things, going to meetings, getting you accumulated to being sober in the real world was exactly what I needed. They got me into a PHP program following my completion and I’m really happy where I am!! Also shout out to Megan the therapist I absolutely love her and how she tells you how it is In a nice way !! We were in a really desperate situation and needed immediate help to find a quality detox program. We had the pleasure of dealing with Kaleb, who was kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. He was able to get our loved one a same day assessment and intake. We were very happy with the homey atmosphere and the kind people at Tara. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. This place is like an oasis in the desert, if you have been struggling with substance use, and you have a desire to get yourself to a better place in the future. Unlike other rehab centers I have been to in the past, everyone here has treated me like a human being as opposed to a patient. I can feel the love in this place which helps heal my spirit. Also the physical food is good and readily available anytime one is hungry, or not. I don't think they will let me stay here forever but I here they have some really good after programs to help those that may need it.

Last month, I had the pleasure of attending Harbor Light IOP's Graduation and I was moved in so many ways I truly felt obligated to write a review about my experience. At this graduation, the valedictorian's name was Henry. He read a speech to the members in the audience and after his speech, he read a break up letter to the drug that had him in bondage for so many years. In this letter he reminisced on the good times they experienced, the great times with the women and the important life events he missed while being under the influence of this drug. The saying "all good things, must come to an end" was evident while he read this letter to the crowd. Henry decided that Harbor Light Center was going to be his home to assist him with obtaining and maintaining his sobriety. He thanked the caring and loving staff for they way they made him well welcomed on his first day. The Harbor Light Center is the truly place for New Beginnings, and I was honored to witness that Henry and the rest of his graduating class achieved their New Beginning at The Harbor Light Center. A place filled with love, compassion and support! I will continue to make referrals to the HLC! Please continue doing the rewarding work that you do, as YOU ARE MAKING A DIFFERENCE!

I had a great experience at Harbor Light Center, Salvation Army. I was so determined that this place would not help me or me turn my life back around but you know what after detox for a week and a couple of weeks after I started to feel normal again I learned that I could not get better in a couple days. HLC changed my life around it’s been going good and strong for 5 years now I feel amazing I want to thank them. If you or a loved one is seeking to find and get help give them a call they will help you out sobriety is possible

The BHT's are the reason I stayed there. Had a lot of laughs and took in a lot of information to help me stay clean. I highly recommend this place. Very very clean. Food was ok, I mainly only ate salad. But can't complain about something I never tried.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this PHP program. From the facilitators (Kennedy, Joy, Cat, Rose) program (Jake from state farm) and clinical (Madelyn) director to the techs, (Reagen the stallion, Jamie, Ashley, Naomi, & Jamie #2) case managers (Mr. Brady, Kolby) and therapist (Taylor gang, G-reg, Courtney, Stephanie) every person I interacted with genuinely contributed to such a positive and high-quality treatment experience. I felt supported, heard, and cared for throughout my time there. The women’s house was absolutely amazing. It was clean, comfortable, and felt like a safe place to come home to after a difficult day. One thing that really stood out to me was that many of the techs are also in recovery themselves. The lead techs, Carla, Cece, and Theresa made such a difference for me because there was a level of understanding and relatability that made the environment feel more like home. I never felt judged or like I had to explain myself to someone who couldn’t understand what I was going through. The outreach coordinator (Jay) was also incredible. Every two weeks, he would come to the house and bring restaurant food for everyone, which was such a thoughtful touch and gave us something to look forward to. More importantly, he made an effort to build genuine relationships with us while we were in the program. Because of that, reaching out for support after leaving didn’t feel awkward or uncomfortable—I already had a relationship and felt comfortable contacting him when I needed help. Overall, this program gave me so much more than treatment. It gave me a sense of community, accountability, support, and connection. I am incredibly grateful for the people who poured into me during my time there and helped make what can be an incredibly difficult chapter feel a little less overwhelming. I would absolutely recommend this program to anyone who is ready to take recovery seriously and wants to be surrounded by people who genuinely care.

Cardinal is a good treatment center if you manage your expectations despite what the intake call employees (who do not actually work at the rehab) tell you when they call. You won’t feel like you’re in Palm Springs, but the staff definitely makes up for that and they’re very forgiving and helpful.

The thing that struck out to me about Fairbanks was how polite and courteous everyone was. They truly care. The place was so clean you could eat off the floor. I just wish i had the strength to explore the whole facility because it is quite large. My doctor was the nicest doctor i ever met.

Thru gallahue I've gained so much support thru my individual therapist In which I'd recommend 10000000% xanadu..I also attend a weekly group thay o my gosh it's been a huge huge help . Even tho I feel overwhelmed with life constantly I do know that I've gained coping skills and strength and healthier ways to manage my struggle......This place has saved my life and I'm beyond thankful for them . I have been working in IOT and recovery management for the past few months and wouldn’t have gotten as far as I have without the group (and my personal) therapist Lauren. She will make you feel at ease while working through any thought or thoughts that come up. She is light hearted but good luck trying to pull a fast one on her. The staff have created a safe, welcoming environment where I feel comfortable being honest and talking about things that are difficult for me.
