Over the past 18 months I've been treated at the Roudebush VA center approximately 50 times, which includes blood work, PET scans, radiology, chemo, follow-up doctor appointments, etc. Frankly, I'm not an easy person to please, so writing a Five Star review is out of the ordinary, yet the treatment and the interactions with the various departments deserves the rating. Yes, the parking and condition of the garage can certainly improve, yet the care and customer services was professional, courteous and caring. Every, yes every, encounter I had during my visits was positive. Each visit either started or ended with a trip to the cafeteria, and/or snack shop. People were friendly, conversive and professional. They liked their jobs and loved the veterans. (I know this because I asked them.) The check-in process had some duplicate effort, yet when I inquired about why--they told me an answer that made sense. A special thanks oncology and the various departments including: blood draw, patient advocate, chemo, etc. Their upbeat attitudes, attentiveness, and professionalism made me believe that I was in good hands. They saved me. Thank you to all!

Filthy facility, rude staff. My child was walking around in socks on cold concrete floors. We brought him slides but I guess you must have Crocs. He said they don't provide enough hygiene items. When they makes take showers the water is ice cold. The females have boiling hot water. This is unacceptable.

Yes I am a past client we are moving back too Plainfield and we need family counseling I know Paul Schiender there and Dr. Z my husband and I and my son we need counseling services and my husband needs to see a psychiatrist there his anger issues is out of hand . I can't keep putting up with it my last name was different then I have known you for years when Marsha Carr was a counselor . Shame she isn't still there I been very quiet now I had anger issues but since I been loving in Hamilton county it's been an awlful experience living up here. We need someone who is nice and understanding and who doesn't take sides I have put up with this at all the counseling centers we have been too that is one thing I won't put up with that. A good therapist doesn't take sides you can't tell my husband nothing he is right your wrong you will see I still say something happen too him when he was little abuse that went on in the home . Can't wait too get back there and come there too see someone.

Stacey and The Green House have helped my brain process through some long-standing anxiety, depression, etc. I can tell that it's paying off! I had tried different forms of talk therapy before finding out about brainspotting and giving it a try. Keep up the good work!

I've been to other V.A. clinics and this us the best. I drive 45 minutes to get there and there is one 10 minutes from me. This one is the best.

God Bless Gilead House! They truly save lives, it's the first place I've seen where they really care about people in recovery.

This place is seriously phenomenal beyond ....It took me many and many of years to actually accept that it's OK to not be OK. Thru gallahue I've gained so much support thru my individual therapist In which I'd recommend 10000000% xanadu..I also attend a weekly group thay o my gosh it's been a huge huge help . Even tho I feel overwhelmed with life constantly I do know that I've gained coping skills and strength and healthier ways to manage my struggle......This place has saved my life and I'm beyond thankful for them . Also I must add that the ladies at the front desk are absolutely amazing and Dawn o my gosh I know you've been there so so so long and your so dedicated to treating others with kindness and I thank you for always going the extra mile and always smiling..... So thankful

I was here in 2016 and the staff and women there were amazing. We all helped each other out with our sobriety a great 12 step program.

Went for a dui eval. the woman that did my evaluation was not professional and was constantly hitting a vape pen. I was treated like an addict and called a liar by this woman as well. She got very rude very quickly with me and told me she knew her job. However her actions showed otherwise. I am never comin back there.

Their appointment are a complete chaos, it's really hard to get a time that is convenient for you. They have no consideration for your time or any previous commitments you had. The counselors don't try to treat you instead they just give you medication.

I have had a therapist from Meridian for many years now, her name is Sharon Troxel & she has helped me through some of the darkest days of my life. I just want people to know there is no shame in needing help and if you think you need a sounding board or just someone to talk to Meridian & especially Sharon, has been a blessing in my life!

Providers overtalk you and deny helpful medications with gene site testing; stating they’ve tried all the options available when they haven’t. My provider is on maternity leave and the rude lady filling in said I’m not her patient. Attempting to give me medications used for sleep and sedation during the day then claim no liability if I was to fall asleep at the wheel. Will be speaking to medical board about her ethics… considering leaving the country for proper treatment & using their resources to take legal action for history. Over 15 failed trials while exhausting options and resources without private treatment of coarse… This place is a JOKE! Last resort while exhausting all state wide resources with network providers refusing to release patients to 3 separate provider requests while restricting proper medication & treatments for past 3 years with PTSD etc. False promises of treatment soon but staffing issues are held against me & my treatment? Claims filed against doctors and facilities or networks; pursuing legal action or I won't be held liable for my actions due to lack of treatment options.

The ladies on the second floor in VALLEY OAKS OUTPATIENT SERVICES are AWESOME! They ALWAYS go ABOVE and BEYOND to help me and others! GREAT experience with EVERYONE there! Kudos to each of you that work there! 😄

I honestly enjoy the group that I attend. I wasn't sure what to expect but I never imagined that I would really enjoy attending but I absolutely love it. The positive vibes in the group are so strong that you can't help but leave there thinking positively and feeling good about yourself. Victoria is very knowledgeable and has many resources to help you implement your individual treatment plan. She does not judge anyone and is very receptive and genuinely passionate about helping each individual create a sobriety plan, set it in motion, and be held accountable and frequently revisit the goals you set for yourself. I cannot sat enough great things about Victoria and the group that I attend. If you are ready to get treatment for whatever you are struggling with, give ER counseling a chance. You will not be disappointed.

The best kept secret in the Indianapolis area. The best all-around therapist I’ve seen and I’ve seen more than my fair share. Extremely organized and very knowledgeable on multiple types of treatment and excels in using them in a way that compares to someone who specializes in only one. Does an amazing job being flexible, staying focused on topic & still able to meet individual needs while providing group therapy that is beneficial to all. With all the positive things I could say, her ability to create a comfortable environment for people dealing with uncomfortable issues together is nothing short of a miracle. Therapy that gets results and is enjoyable. 6 stars, imo
