I attended the virtual IOP with Trish and really had a wonderful experience. The content was revenant and thorough and just some worksheets to kill time and take your money. Trish was knowledgeable, kind, and patient without being a pushover. I had been to lots of other places in lots of areas but this IOP experience, I feel, really started me on the road to recovery which I couldn’t even fathom when I started. Best inpatient facility I’ve been to. The Nurses are extremely friendly, helpful, & dedicated to attending to any and all of your needs. Compared to other for-profit treatment centers, their non-profit facility ensures that medical staff are focused on your recovery and wellbeing, rather than forcing you to stay longer than necessary in order to financially benefit their staff. Overall, I’d highly recommend treatment here if you’re struggling with your mental health.

This is the place to go to! The entire nursing group was amazing! I went under self submission and they made me feel like I was home. Everyone that I spoke with was nice and wanting to help the group sessions were very nice and helpful for me although I wanted more 1 on 1 they didn’t have a lot of people that were there. There was never any pushy aggressive behavior towards me as a patient. They have a zero tolerance for aggressiveness! I learned so much in such little time. The doctor was amazing as well! Very kind and very helpful! Madi needs a raise she is such a sweet person! Side note: they don’t allow smoking but do allow nicotine gum. Some places do not allow or allow too much. I believe this is a happy medium!

Amazing staff here like the RN Amy, the Social Worker Onka I believe is how you spell it, Adam and Mandi the techs, Dr. O and so many others! Gentle suggestion: more classical music and peaceful or positive shows on the TV (ghost rider was constantly showing because of one resident), a spiritual care department for those that need religious support and one on one counseling instead of just group therapy! Lastly a special kudos to the RN named Michelle who was totally awesome!!! Can you please thank her??

I love RCA! I miss this place so much. They helped me so much over the past year. Ive been a few times and they genuinely care about your life. Semata does so much for the patients and cares about our wellbeing. She deals with a lot of bs from people and she never let's it get her down. Clarence knew how to get into my head and help me understand and navigate my emotions and feelings and how to deal with them in the future. Honestly, he probably saved my life. Dante is such a great person and he works so hard making your time there fun and enjoyable. I love Lacy and Courtney they understood my issues and came up with realistic solutions. I love coming here, it’s the best primary care experience I’ve ever had. I never feel rushed through my appointments, they actually listen to what I have to say and answer any questions I have. I always leave feeling heard and helped. Any time I miss an appointment they get me in the next day or sometimes later that same day, and they’re really understanding when that happens, I’ve never had an issue with scheduling. I suggest this place to anyone for simple, effective, primary care.

The lodge has an incredible staff of counselors and techs that absolutely cares about your recovery in a woodsy and relaxing environment that has access to a gym and 24 hour availability to people who can help with any issue that you might be having with recovery and access to food 24 hours a day ( so watch the belt line ) . Although the schedule is demanding they have a way of making seem that it is not over bearing ... They changed and saved my life and I know the staff can do the same for you if you want it ... This place is like an oasis in the desert, if you have been struggling with substance use, and you have a desire to get yourself to a better place in the future. Unlike other rehab centers I have been to in the past, everyone here has treated me like a human being as opposed to a patient. I can feel the love in this place which helps heal my spirit. Also the physical food is good and readily available anytime one is hungry, or not. I don't think they will let me stay here forever but I here they have some really good after programs to help those that may need it.

FCRC has been amzing place for recovery. I came here for PHP and IOP and have had great instructors and therapist. Being a veteran and getting teamed up with a veteran therapist was so beneficial for my recovery cause he understood what ive been through and was able to help me out in areas where I struggled. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this PHP program. From the facilitators (Kennedy, Joy, Cat, Rose) program (Jake from state farm) and clinical (Madelyn) director to the techs, (Reagen the stallion, Jamie, Ashley, Naomi, & Jamie #2) case managers (Mr. Brady, Kolby) and therapist (Taylor gang, G-reg, Courtney, Stephanie) every person I interacted with genuinely contributed to such a positive and high-quality treatment experience. I felt supported, heard, and cared for throughout my time there. The women’s house was absolutely amazing. It was clean, comfortable, and felt like a safe place to come home to after a difficult day. One thing that really stood out to me was that many of the techs are also in recovery themselves. The lead techs, Carla, Cece, and Theresa made such a difference for me because there was a level of understanding and relatability that made the environment feel more like home. I never felt judged or like I had to explain myself to someone who couldn’t understand what I was going through. The outreach coordinator (Jay) was also incredible. Every two weeks, he would come to the house and bring restaurant food for everyone, which was such a thoughtful touch and gave us something to look forward to. More importantly, he made an effort to build genuine relationships with us while we were in the program. Because of that, reaching out for support after leaving didn’t feel awkward or uncomfortable—I already had a relationship and felt comfortable contacting him when I needed help. Overall, this program gave me so much more than treatment. It gave me a sense of community, accountability, support, and connection. I am incredibly grateful for the people who poured into me during my time there and helped make what can be an incredibly difficult chapter feel a little less overwhelming. I would absolutely recommend this program to anyone who is ready to take recovery seriously and wants to be surrounded by people who genuinely care.
