Lived here for about 4 years now but the longer you stay the harder it gets but the staff are amazing and you can make some greaT friends as they are all your age. The treatment is top tier as you get weekly or sometimes daily therapy, they really cater to your need as a growing youth and would recommend this place to anybody as it is very clean safe and a healthy learning environment.

I went to the ARC program here. Which is the addiction unit and it absolutely changed my life. The staff were absolutely amazing. Some of them are still major parts of my life and my recovery. I couldn t be more blessed for my time spent there . Such an amazing place . The therapist were perfect. The leadership was perfect. I don t have one complaint. I voluntarily admitted myself here for severe depression. The staff is absolutely amazing, every single one. I first called to find out what the intake process was like and was immediately asked if i was safe and for a call back number just in case. I walked in and was immediately seen and processed. Everyone was so loving, compassionate, and professional. Extremely clean and comfortable(enough) facilities. The food wasn't too bad. However, they lack on activities, especially on the weekends. There are no social workers or therapists on weekends. Also a lot of free time, possibly too much. So if you are able to, get yourself there in the beginning of the week when all the social workers, psychiatrists, and therapists are actually there. But through all of that, they really helped me and they're the reason I'm still here today. Thank you River Bend!

I didn't catch her name - but on 1/31 at 3:18 pm, an absolute angel of an employee spent 15 minutes of her time talking on the phone with me about my health concern and shared her similar story with me. She was the kindest, most compassionate employee I have ever encountered during my entire scary health experience. She even offered advice on what she did in her case, and I am so appreciative of the time and effort she spent talking to me. I recently sat down with Karli at Accent counseling for an evaluation. She is very knowledgeable, and understanding of the law surrounding DUI in IL. Simply put, it was not what I was expecting walking in the door. Dealing with a DUI is stressful enough to start. Karli made sure that the experience I had there was anything but that. I'd highly recommend Accent counseling if you are in a similar scenario and unsure what your options are. Five stars for them.

I saw Liz Kelemen as a new patient , she was recommended by a friend and she was AMAZING. She was timely, listened to all my health concerns, and was very kind. The front desk staff is very professional understanding and friendly. These people really are there to help without any judgment. Believe me they have seen and heard it all so if you find yourself in a situation where you should see counseling do not hesitate to be open and honest with them.
