My daughter is currently a resident at the Gilman facility and she is receiving excellent treatment. There is one employee named Colton who went above and beyond to get her some books and markers I sent through Amazon. Coloring really puts her mind at ease and they delivered them to a different part of this very large facility. But he kept looking until he found them. It's small things like that that make a place like a rehab facility be more than just a treatment center. The residents are treated with decency and respect. I am appreciative to this employee for assisting my daughter.

Sophia has gone above and beyond when it comes to my care. even seeing me when I just walked in the door today without an appointment. I've been lucky to have such amazing care. If all Dr.s and Nurses acted like her I think addiction in this country would be almost non existent.

My son did sober living at this facility and he learned so much and became a responsible adult that no prison or rehab ever gave him! He reaches out for help now. He works and supports himself. I can only say amazing things about how they helped him beat his addiction! Yes he still battles but he has more confidence in his ability to stay clean and sober now. He seeks out meetings that he used to refuse to go to. I am so grateful for Rosecrance❤️❤️ Thank you for giving me my son back❤️❤️❤️

This would be my second time at river bend , When faced with the decision on which place I would seek treatment at , The only place I truly knew I would get help at was river bend . The staff there are so kind and respectful. They truly understand that no one wants to be there so they do their best to make it a better experience for everyone. I spent Easter at river bend and I am so thankful for the staff who truly cared and found ways to make the day a good one. I went to the ARC program here. Which is the addiction unit and it absolutely changed my life. The staff were absolutely amazing. Some of them are still major parts of my life and my recovery. I couldn’t be more blessed for my time spent there . Such an amazing place . The therapist were perfect. The leadership was perfect. I don’t have one complaint. I didn't catch her name - but on 1/31 at 3:18 pm, an absolute angel of an employee spent 15 minutes of her time talking on the phone with me about my health concern and shared her similar story with me. She was the kindest, most compassionate employee I have ever encountered during my entire scary health experience. She even offered advice on what she did in her case, and I am so appreciative of the time and effort she spent talking to me. I just wanted to share my experience in hopes that it encourages other people to seek out care for their own scary health experiences. In particular, it is clear that Carle on Windsor has some amazing employees who really do care.

Was here for about a month. It's not a perfect experience, but it was mostly good for me. Logan and Malia (Malea? Sorry if I misspelled.) are literal angels on earth. Kacey (Casey?) is the tough love girlie and helped me a lot on my first day. Most of the techs and nurses are kind and personable. The doctors listened to me and promptly adjusted when meds were or weren't working. I enjoyed the group and art therapy programs. Couldn't bring myself to do music therapy (didn't wanna cry lol). The food was great, thank you to the team in the kitchen. I knock off a star for personal reasons. Being that, sometimes, loud or irate patients are not dealt with. I come from a childhood of abuse, so yelling triggers me. However, I was quickly put in another room when a roommate of mine didn't make me feel safe. I appreciate the techs listening to me, but realize that may not be everyone's experience if all the beds are filled. Overall, a mostly good experience for what a mental health facility can be.

The front desk staff is very professional understanding and friendly. These people really are there to help without any judgment. Believe me they have seen and heard it all so if you find yourself in a situation where you should see counseling do not hesitate to be open and honest with them. I went in with one attitude and came out a completely different person for the better. Big shout out to Kaitlyn and Jeff. You two are great and thankyou soo much for the clear thinking skills I have gained. I will carry everything I have learned from you two for the rest of my life. 6 stars if I could !!

I am impressed by this facility to help families with individuals who need assistance in recovering their lives. This is my first experience with a family member and the care that my family member is receiving is beyond my imagination. To see my family member’s improvement in such a short time is tearfully joyful!!!To hear my family member no longer say, you can take a horse to the water but you can’t make him drink, to positive sayings how this facility is helping to make the changes and the love for here and the staff, especially the Counselor, Delores, whom I have met and agree is totally awesome! Delores cares for these people and their families. She is patient, kind and considerate. She talks to you and let you know your family member is in good hands. My family member agrees with that. I, also have to mention the front desk Switchboard employees, Marquita and Martinez. They are beautiful women inside and out. They were so kind to me and helpful! They assured me that anything I brought to my family member, would receive it. I don’t have the names of the other two employees but my hat is off to them too as well as the other employees who I had encounters with. I look forward to the full recovery of my family member and I have high hopes because of my experience with this facility and it’s loving employees. Thank you All so much from the bottom of my heart! I believe the Pavillion is a great institution to have gone through meaning, they are extremely professional and know a lot about helping people with mental illnesses and or disabilities. Pavillion makes it very apparent that they understand how serious mental health is and I believe Pavillion needs more funding. My conditions are quite severe; as I say so myself. I have been in and out of psychiatrists and therapists since 1990 (age 3). Countless diagnoses, countless disappointments. I admit I can be a lot to handle, I push all buttons I can when I am having an episode. However, this office and ALL of its staff (including the crisis line) is more than qualified and caring to help even the most severe cases. Every time I’ve been in the office, spoken in person or on the phone, they show nothing but respect and empathy. Even in moments when a regular person would yell back, they stay calm. They even provide help in between visits! I’ve never had a facility that accepts state aid be so amazingly helpful. 32 years old and this office must have been sent from heaven; because in 24 years of being mentally ill, I have finally find doctors who genuinely want to see their patients get better.
