Thanks AID for proving nursing school is a joke and that anyone can learn how to administer medication through an Instagram live video. I have even started to apply this logic to my own daily life and finally got my mail person to administer my enemas and suppositories after I forced them to watch a video of my neighbor doing theirs. Now I don't have to pay my physician to do that. So if you care about your family members but don't want your agency to spend too much money on things like ACTUAL NURSES or PROPER MEDICAL TRAINING, AID is the perfect place. It's refreshing to see a non profit so driven by finances and the bottom line instead of actual care and patient connections. I honestly think the more money you pay to trained medical staff leads to higher rates of medical issues. I looked at a highlighter and felt my blood sugar lower, thanks AID. Thorough, not overly time- consuming. Fact- focused, not judgmental. At the end of the evaluation, I was told it may take a week to hear anything. It took longer, but I've my attorney reached out to remind Tools For Life, the response was prompt. Can't give five stars yet because I am still waiting for the last phase of this process to be completed, but so far good people to work with. I also had my wife bring two ply toilet paper and it was rejected, which is a joke. No one should have one ply and I bet whoever is reading this uses two ply. I’d like to get that sent to my cottage ASAP. They also took a small tube of gorilla glue, which I was trying to help my roommates with to fix a pair of broken glasses and that wasn’t even recognized on the old held yet it wasn’t in my bag of goods I received either. Even though I’m able to use my phone during work, Flex, I think it’s unfair to the rest to not be able to use their phones for at least a half hour a day. At times feel like prisoners. Susan Tenuta 1 year ago I stayed in Crisis Residential for a month (I got an extended week) and I learned so much and had SUCH a great time, I HIGHLY recommend this place if you're in need of a timeout. Lots and lots of groups, very well structured, the rules are really easy to understand and follow, and the staff genuinely cares about how you're feeling during your stay as well. You get to see your psychiatrist once a week to make sure your medication is helping, and the psychiatrists they have on staff are wonderful, as well as your therapist and if you're in the substance abuse program, they're kind too, from what I've heard. Thank goodness all the nurses left, now clients get to have their critical medical needs taken care of by well meaning, unqualified, underpaid, over worked home staff. Thanks AID for proving nursing school is a joke and that anyone can learn how to administer medication through an Instagram live video. I have even started to apply this logic to my own daily life and finally got my mail person to administer my enemas and suppositories after I forced them to watch a video of my neighbor doing theirs. Now I don't have to pay my physician to do that. So if you care about your family members but don't want your agency to spend too much money on things like ACTUAL NURSES or PROPER MEDICAL TRAINING, AID is the perfect place. It's refreshing to see a non profit so driven by finances and the bottom line instead of actual care and patient connections. I honestly think the more money you pay to trained medical staff leads to higher rates of medical issues. I looked at a highlighter and felt my blood sugar lower, thanks AID.

It took a little over a week for them to first get in touch, but genuine apology was expressed and it seemed like unique circumstances. The evaluation process with Shelley was along the lines of what I expected. Having given thorough histories for other reasons before, I did not find it to be overly invasive. Thorough, not overly time- consuming. Fact- focused, not judgmental. At the end of the evaluation, I was told it may take a week to hear anything. It took longer, but I've my attorney reached out to remind Tools For Life, the response was prompt. Can't give five stars yet because I am still waiting for the last phase of this process to be completed, but so far good people to work with.

Since posting, my nurse practitioner Kelly Ryan personally followed up with me and took the time to listen and address my concerns. She also spoke with her staff, and that meant a lot to me as a long-time patient. I’ve been coming to this office for over 25 years, and while I was really discouraged by a recent visit, I truly appreciate the care and accountability shown afterward. Feeling heard and supported as a patient makes all the difference, especially in a medical setting, and the follow-up helped restore some of the trust I’ve had here for so many years. I’m hopeful this reflects a positive step forward, and I appreciate the effort made to ensure patients feel valued and cared for.

We’ve had a great experience partnering with Elevare Behavioral Health. Gabriella and Kaylaa do a wonderful job putting patients first and maintaining excellent communication throughout the process. They make the transition and coordination of care as smooth as possible, always keeping the individual’s best interests in mind. I am not sure i can properly put into words how important my time at footprints was. I do believe they helped me save my life. The entire staff is full of love, care and kindness. They were professional and diligent in my treatment. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone facing struggles with mental health and addiction. I read a few negative reviews before deciding to check myself. I am so grateful i ignored them and checked into footprints.

This facility is just amazing! Truly felt like everyone cared about me, and I can honestly say I trusted everyone in there. Trust is very hard for me, but the adult program and the staff allowed me to be myself with no judgement. I'm trying so hard to follow the rules and not name any staff but will give a broad review. Right when you walk in the staff is friendly, always smiling which in turn made me smile. The supervisor is amazing; the head of the counselors who leads the group therapy is one of the best people I ever met. The staff that lead the groups cared about me, and it was genuine, and they are so smart and fun. From the psychiatrist to my therapist everyone was on the same page. I just want to say thank you to everyone there from the bottom of my heart!

I had a wonderful experience with my program! Everyone was amazing and i truly wouldn’t be in such a good place in my life without the help from this facility! Life feels beautiful again and i couldn’t be more thankful! Brad is a wonderful human and you can really feel how much everyone there cares. The personnel is wonderful in the meetings as well as I’ve learned that the fellowship and community is the most meaningful process of recovery. The Work Flex is great And Henry love is terrific always with the smile and willingness to accommodate any request. Five stars for him. The fact that we’re getting medicine at night between 1030 and 11 is brutal as we’re expected to wake up at six in the morning per your schedules, which goes against your other directive of getting eight hours of sleep. I also had my wife bring two ply toilet paper and it was rejected, which is a joke. No one should have one ply and I bet whoever is reading this uses two ply. I’d like to get that sent to my cottage ASAP. They also took a small tube of gorilla glue, which I was trying to help my roommates with to fix a pair of broken glasses and that wasn’t even recognized on the old held yet it wasn’t in my bag of goods I received either. Even though I’m able to use my phone during work, Flex, I think it’s unfair to the rest to not be able to use their phones for at least a half hour a day. At times feel like prisoners. Regardless of my complaints still fabulous recovery experience. Thank you.

Suncloud has been a life saver. The staff was and is always welcoming and caring. One of the things that has been the most helpful for me has been the aftercare, follow ups and continued connection I get with them. It has become part of my family now and its a lifestyle. One of the things I lost in my life was a sense of being part of my community and having that desire to isolate from people. I dont feel that way anymore because of Suncloud. Now I have friends and people I really trust. Which is huge to me with my trust issues. Suncloud taught me that I cannot do this alone and showed me that I wasnt alone. This is a lifelong journey and my life is better now because I chose to do something about it, and Suncloud gave me the tools I needed. So I want to let anyone know who is looking into treatment Banyan was such a fantastic experience for me. I owe them such a debt of GRATITUDE. I am a middle-aged woman with kids who was struggling with drinking - life was just sad for me due to some pretty terrible trauma-I knew I needed to make a change and I came to Banyan. I was scared & ashamed. They treated me with such kindness. The program was well structured & professional. The financial obligation was manageable. Everyone there continues to check on my progress. I have completely been sober since I left and have a completely new life - A+ Banyan. I continue to have great friendships from my time there. Here is one thing i say to people who ask me about getting sober. I have not met one person -not one single person -who regrets getting sober. There are millions of people- hundreds of millions of people - right now regretting drinking, why not make the change now? people get sober for a lot of different reasons.

Banyan in lisle iL, is absolutely amazing! From the 30 day residential to the PHP THEY WERE SO WECOMING! The classes and groups are great. PHP is awesome to they take us to church, grocery shopping, Walmart, and we do events!!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone getting sober.

Like many hospitals today, the ER wait was torture. It took 6 hours to get in, and I was admitted and stayed for two days. Even though the ER had no available beds, they kept me moving through the system. Blood tests, medications, necessary scans, etc. Once I got a room, the doctor was able to immediately start treating me. Due to the kindness of the staff and the care I received, I would do that wait again. This is the way medical care used to be 10 years ago, when you felt like the staff cared. The employees from registration, housekeeping, and those wonderful nurses and doctors are top-notch. Their reviews say it all. Most hospitals nowadays barely get 3 stars, let alone 4.5 stars. About a year prior to this ER visit, I switched our family physician to Dr. Cash out of UChicago. Just an outstanding, kind man with wonderful staff who truly care about you. Hats off UChicago for bringing back caring medical teams.

I choose to take part of the Symetria program voluntarily and it was one of the best decisions of my life! Not only are the staff like family, so are the individuals that pick Symetria too. Now days, customer service is pathetic and people are rude and most push you out the door, but not here. This place has the warm feeling like "The door is always open", and "how can we help you", We are here for you, it doesn't matter the time or the day, we care about you. You're a shining star and a success, not a failure. This place is secure, confidential, clean and has several options to help you along your journey. You are able to volunteer your time, make new friends and can help save a life, change a life and feel proud of who you are. Brian and John from Naperville are excellent group leaders (you are lucky if you get to meet them), and (Chris from Vernon Hills is a great counselor, who will make the time to ensure your needs are met). Symetria creates an environment where people feel safe, supported, and valued. The morning IOP group supported me through the hardest part of my life and I will forever be grateful for the amazing people I met. I think each one of us in the group looked forward to our time together in that healing place. Our counselor Brian is an expert in his field. He led our group through many difficult topics and conversations and did so with enormous compassion. Individual sessions with Brian were always insightful. Brian has a unique way of making each of his clients feel good about themselves. If you struggle with addiction and are looking for a place where you can start to make changes, I highly recommend Naperville's IOP program. Thank you for helping me change my life.

Being hopeful, heard a lot... From many and within... Physical health etc... the many lies, make so much up. We have a voice! But you can't!! Seen many good people.... The despair, trying to improve... Why??? Just for saying what's going on here, taken advantage of, false promises, came back here in good faith like many.. put forth so much to rebuild etc... new health conditions, put down for a certain one..

I stayed in Crisis Residential for a month (I got an extended week) and I learned so much and had SUCH a great time, I HIGHLY recommend this place if you're in need of a timeout. Lots and lots of groups, very well structured, the rules are really easy to understand and follow, and the staff genuinely cares about how you're feeling during your stay as well. You get to see your psychiatrist once a week to make sure your medication is helping, and the psychiatrists they have on staff are wonderful, as well as your therapist and if you're in the substance abuse program, they're kind too, from what I've heard. Once again, thank you Ecker, for helping me learn to manage my anxiety and various other symptoms. You've done a great job for a lot of people! 10/5 stars!
