Just like any place you go, you get what you put in. If your not willing to get better and actually want to, no program is going to work. Rick is a lovely person and I have always had good councilors. The nurses are friendly and helpful. Treatment can save your life.

SPTC now MedMark has been a true blessing for me and my significant other. I highly recommend Solutions counseling! I've gone to them three different times over the last 20 years & it's been well worth it; they're the best at what they do! Lance and Tina are great! I think people get frustrated with IL SOS process to get your IL drivers license back, which is out of Solutions Counseling's hands. If you want to get it done right, you go to Solutions. All the reputable lawyers I've had in the Springfield area told me go to Solutions Counseling or they wouldn't help me; there is a reason for that, professionalism and attention to detail. No freebies, you have to put in the work and attend classes.

I wanted to take a moment to say a few things about this establishment. I've been working with the staff here for long enough to to say for certain that they will do everything in their power to help their clients as much as their clients will allow. By saying that I mean that not everyone is willing or ready to seek help and that, in my opinion, is the cause of a number of the negative reviews I've seen.I personally have received top notch, professional and personally dedicated help from this establishment. In fact they went completely out of their way to offer assistance and recommended an excellent attorney that I am completely satisfied with. There is no way I would or could have made as much progress with my case and with my personal demons, without the help of the talented staff here.They have been welcoming and understanding of my situation. My daughter just finished treatment there a few weeks ago, and I can't rave enough about her counselor, Shannon. She always listened intently to everything my daughter said, helped her understand the issues she was having and assisted her with finding the coping mechanisms and outlets that best suited her. I have worked with Many different providers here and they are pretty awesome! Ann Hocking, and Dr Grant have helped me and have really been so good to me. I have also deal with Melissa from mental health that has taken the time to follow up with me to make sure I got what I needed. I honestly have never had that, so I just feel like Im somewhere that people care about the patients.. Thanks for going above and beyond for us vets!

I have been a client with Heritage for over 15 years. As many people know, sometimes it takes a person several rehab stays before getting it right and being able to remain clean and sober. After many years of heroin addiction, and multiple attempts at sobriety with several relapses along the way, I can honestly say I owe my life to Heritage Behavioral Health. Even though I was a returning client more times than I want to admit, I never felt judged for returning. The staff truly care about the clients and go out of their way to help in any way possible. I gained different tools and coping mechanisms from each and every counselor, nurse, tech, and group that I attended. I can't put into words the gratitude I feel for having the opportunity to attend rehab at Heritage and get my life back in order. Just a few years ago I was homeless on the streets, but now I have a home, a car, a full time job, I have my children back, and I'm going to school to become a counselor. Thank you Heritage!

It is hard to take the prison and criminal mindset out of thr institution but staff does their best to counsel and help individuals in custody that truly want help. Individuals in custody also earn time off their sentence for being in the program. They earn day for day time so that is an extra bonus. People who truly want thr help receive the help they need.

Amazing! There is help and CRC is a part of it. I ain't going to sugar coat it. Nothing is for everyone. There was a lot of down time for me I struggled to fill. It could be different, but more importantly I should have done more. They showed me the beginning of recovery and I am very grateful for that. I was admitted on Monday -Thursday! The Shuttle... ER staff. nurses, doctors, techs.. Surgery department staff.. housekeeping and all other staff from the 6th floor were absolutely amazing!!
