WestCare staff does a great job trying to help women in prison work through their problems and get back on the right track in life. Not all the women in the program what to better themselves so that ca create problems for individuals trying their best but staff really try and care to help the women in the program no matter what.

It is hard to take the prison and criminal mindset out of thr institution but staff does their best to counsel and help individuals in custody that truly want help. Individuals in custody also earn time off their sentence for being in the program. They earn day for day time so that is an extra bonus. People who truly want thr help receive the help they need.

I've been coming here for 4yrs. The counselors here are very compassionate and understanding. They treat you like a human being and not a write off of society. My only complaint is that whomever runs the place does not pay the employees enough. I can't even count how many of them have come and gone over the years.

Get ready for this might be lengthy. I have been a client for 2 years and I have mostly good things to say. I have had the same counselor the entire time and she is absolutely fantastic. There are some policies and procedures that I would change but then again that is not my expertise.I was previously at Rose Medical for 2 years and comparatively speaking Peoria treatment center with his light years Beyond Rose Medical.If You are in search of medication-assisted therapy then I would highly recommend using PTC. Dr George shattick is it a wonderful human being and he is always willing to work with you to determine what is your best course of action

Love my counselor Izzy he's caring and wants people to be better and make better choices but also never makes me feel like I'm lesser of a human being

Staff is excellent. I can't say this enough, the support and encouragement I received there was fantastic.

I see a couple people complaining about wait times at this facility. That s laughable if you have ever been to any other clinic where the lines are out the door wrapped around the building. This is the fastest most efficient clinic I ve ever been to. The staff works with you on everything, and the only wait time is sometimes early in the morning when there are about 10 ppl waiting at the same time so they can go to work. I ve never waited longer than 30 minutes and that s only been a few times first thing when they open and that s nothing compared to the 2 hour wait times at other clinics I ve been to. My usual visits r about 10 minutes long. Staff is great, facility is clean, nurses are always quick and thorough and super kind. Anyone who works, will have a hard time going to a doctor office every morning which is why they offer take homes to people who have consistent clean drug screens. Otherwise, you will have to go daily. The program works, if you work the program. Thank you to the awsome staff!!!

One of the best clinics I ve been to. Transferred easily. The staff is the best I ve seen at any clinic. And they help with your needs and they actually care. If you re planning on going somewhere go here. You won t be disappointed!

This treatment center has helped meTo see life can be good. The team as a whole are great the counselors doors are always open you can talk to them about anything with out judgement. The nurses are phenomenal they truly care about their patients I look forward to seeing them every 2 weeks. If you are looking for A MAT program look no further. Mark Peterson

It's a great mission project for residents and foster children.

One of the things I appreciate most, is the agency s focus on work-life balance. Child welfare can be emotionally demanding, but they prioritize our mental and emotional health with regular check-ins, flexible schedules, and access to counseling services. They ve made it clear that supporting us helps us better support the children we work with.

Mike is at the absolute top of his field. He is extremely knowledgeable about DUI treatment and the governing code. He is also very personable and truly committed to helping others.

I ve had such a great experience working with Mike. He s professional and not judgmental about any situation that landed you here. Always helpful in a timely manor and makes the process so much easier. Learned a lot from the classes and it was easy to stay engaged. Would recommend him to anyone that needs these services.
