I've been coming here for 4yrs. The counselors here are very compassionate and understanding. They treat you like a human being and not a write off of society. My only complaint is that whomever runs the place does not pay the employees enough. I can't even count how many of them have come and gone over the years.

Get ready for this might be lengthy. I have been a client for 2 years and I have mostly good things to say. I have had the same counselor the entire time and she is absolutely fantastic. There are some policies and procedures that I would change but then again that is not my expertise.I was previously at Rose Medical for 2 years and comparatively speaking Peoria treatment center with his light years Beyond Rose Medical.If You are in search of medication-assisted therapy then I would highly recommend using PTC. Dr George shattick is it a wonderful human being and he is always willing to work with you to determine what is your best course of action

Love my counselor Izzy he's caring and wants people to be better and make better choices but also never makes me feel like I'm lesser of a human being

I am giving Trillium 5 stars because of my IOP counselor Mackenzie. Mackenzie is well educated on addiction/ relapse prevention, always runs the class extremely well, is respectful and kind to everyone, & genuinely cares about each person s problems in her group. She is very professional and good at what she does and Trillium should be proud to have someone like her working for them!

McKenzie is very professional and I have enjoyed the group she runs very much. It has helped me in many different ways.

It took me a while to open up but Makenzie was patient and gave me a chance to get comfortable and open up. It has since been an overall great experience, even though how worried I was to go to the first class/meeting.

Before I came to countermeasures I had no confidents in myself on getting my classes done. Fortunately I had the opportunity to have Kim as my counselor!! Kim provided the tools and education in such a way I actually enjoyed coming to class. She was open and real wich made me comfortable with talking about my problems. Thank you Kim and countermeasures for helping me with this huge step forward in life!

What I cherish the most about True North is the way they treated me. They always treated me with respect and courtesy. The therapist I had was THE BEST, super professional and caring. I felt like they helped me to improve a lot, and I know I am in a better place thanks to them.

They have helped me tremendously, I’ve had to deal with a lot in life these past few years and finally I found somewhere I feel safe and feel like making progress. I feel like I’ve grown and healed in every possible way, I’m obviously still working to achieve all my goals, but so far I’m very proud of myself and I want to thank True North for all the help.

Laura Stone is amazing for individual counseling. Larry is awesome for marriage counseling. I highly recommend both to anyone that could benefit from their services.

They were very nice to my son but also us as his parents were nervous for our first appointment. We are looking forward to coming back and gaining skills necessary for our son to be the best person he can be!!! The staff also went above and beyond for paperwork I needed faxed and I feel they truly care about my son but also helping us raise him up properly. Thanks to you guys for really making a scary situation actually fun!!

Gateway has been and continues to be a positive environment for me in my recovery. They have awesome counselors, that care about you and that will teach you many coping skills. Thanks to them I wake up every day knowing that I have a purpose. Thank you very much for your help.

From my first experience with office personnel to actually talking with the Dr these people are wonderful let me just say I highly recommend them

They are very very professional,wonderful, and blessed at what they do from the supervisor, caseworker, caseaids, counseling, visits everything is so phenomenal. They make sure that parents and the child stay close together and they do everything in their power to make sure that kids are reunited with their parents. I love everyone down there at Family core they work their butts off to make sure everything is done right done right down to the last detail and always greet you with a beautiful smile. The kids and parents are their number 1 priority and they make sure of that. I'm speaking from experience. Keep doing what u guys are doing you do a magnificent, wonderful job may God continue to bless each and everyone of you and your families many blessings to come. I will continue to say amazing things about u guys FAMILY CORE ROCKS

This was a humble place where I always felt heard, supported and comfortable. The staff was nice and they were always looking for ways to help. They were legit.
