I was in Bridgeway for substance abuse. I can sence a compassion from every counselor I talked to... It's hard to judge why necessarily there are such bad reviews of them. I am guessing people either wernt told what they want to here or found out that it's more work then they were up for, it's a shame. From my expierence they were very helpful and direct.

The five stars I'm giving is only for the outpatient part. Rachel is a great counselor and knows her stuff. I learn a lot from her. Jessica Hartz is the best employee at Adds. She bent over backwards to get me into inpatient. She is truly a blessing. She's a really good counselor also. The staff down at inpatient needs reevaluated and they need to give them UAS. If they want their clients to stay clean down there they shouldn't let their employees do meth. If I wasn't so serious about my recovery and If it was early in my recovery I'm sure I would have walked out and got high but by the grace of God I'm 106 days sober today.

I had to complete a lot of hours in a not-so-long amount of time, and with their help I was able to do so. Were there a few inconveniences along the way, sure. But ultimately it was my own wrong doing that put me into the situation itself. Kim may be tough at times but overall she is only there to help. Do I ever plan on going back? Well, most likely not because that would invoke that I got in trouble again and that's something I will never let happen again. Overall I am glad it's over on my end for the most part, but I would recommend their services. Just have patience, don't be in a hurry because of your own wrong doing, be polite, and they will help.

I really like this clinic. I haven't had any of the issues I've seen posted. The staff are all very kind and very professional. I'm not sure if this is a factor in the very different experiences people are having, but they were purchased by a different company at some point before I started in December 2023. So maybe they have different people and policies now? I just know that I've had a great experience, and after coming from CADS in Rock Island, I needed that. Our dose is up to us because no matter the length of time it's been, some people aren't ready to be done with Methadone. For some people, it's a decision between Methadone or heroin. And that's a clear choice for me. But, ya, great experience.

I have been a client at cbh consistently going on around 3 years, prior to that another 4 years inconsistently. You cannot ask for a better group of people. From the moment you walk through the door you are welcomed with care and kindness. As long as you are showing respect and meeting the requirements it's set up for success. I had been through the door's in the past and I was not ready then. But I was treated the same each time I returned and for that I am grateful that they even allowed me the opportunity to work with them. If this clinic was not here there would be ALOT of people without a family. This place truly does restore hope. The receptionist, counselors, nurse's and doctor are all great people! They help make a great difference in the people who go there.

I've been coming here for 4yrs. The counselors here are very compassionate and understanding. They treat you like a human being and not a write off of society. My only complaint is that whomever runs the place does not pay the employees enough. I can't even count how many of them have come and gone over the years.

Get ready for this might be lengthy. I have been a client for 2 years and I have mostly good things to say. I have had the same counselor the entire time and she is absolutely fantastic. There are some policies and procedures that I would change but then again that is not my expertise.I was previously at Rose Medical for 2 years and comparatively speaking Peoria treatment center with his light years Beyond Rose Medical.If You are in search of medication-assisted therapy then I would highly recommend using PTC. My best friend had been in and out of treatment facilities one right after another for over a year. She never got the treatment she needed at the other facilities due to overcrowding, time limits on stays or insurance saying they would only allow her to stay for so long even though, we as parents could see she wasn’t ready. Although I received my blessing from ONE EIGHTY years ago, im writing this review now because I am in disbelief that several people claim to have had a terrible experience. ONE EIGHTY is such a blessing to the community and my son and I are forever grateful that we were chosen for the first grant through the program back in 2017. This place is Amazing. The front desk staff are even polite and extremely professional. But Dr Robert Lucia is an excellent physician. He takes the time to listen to his patients and has extremely good bedside manner. The nurses are exceptional also.It's extremely important when choosing a physician that you have a Dr who understands your health issues and symptoms.I was extremely blown away by the professionalism of this Dr and his staff.I would recommend this particular office to anyone needing quality care.

I love coming to Heartland in Pekin for my checkups and visits for any gynecological things. Dr. Maddie is the best. She gentle, caring, patient and thorough in all of the work that she does. I learned so much from all your hard workers and I will always be there for you guys and gals. You are the greatest thing that ever happened to me. I say that because you all Help me in my Mental Health Issues all the time. I appreciate that you are good to me. And I'm not afraid of all of you anymore.
