These people are amazing in helping us. You'll have your reviews that claim otherwise but those are people who don't want to follow rules or are not serious about recovery and leading a normal life. Im in a much better place because of them. Rules change but they post them and tell you. The counselors and nurses have their own set of rules to follow and shooting the messenger isn't very kind. I've had 3 counselors but one received a promotion, one moved away, and my current Pam is amazing. I get sound and useful advice from them all. They help me fix issues. They are not just talk. If you want your life back and truly want help id go here. I drive an hour and 45 minutes just to get help from them specifically. I regret none of the gas mileage...

I really like this clinic. I haven't had any of the issues I've seen posted. The staff are all very kind and very professional. I'm not sure if this is a factor in the very different experiences people are having, but they were purchased by a different company at some point before I started in December 2023. So maybe they have different people and policies now? I just know that I've had a great experience, and after coming from CADS in Rock Island, I needed that. Our dose is up to us because no matter the length of time it's been, some people aren't ready to be done with Methadone. For some people, it's a decision between Methadone or heroin. And that's a clear choice for me. But, ya, great experience.

I have been a client at cbh consistently going on around 3 years, prior to that another 4 years inconsistently. You cannot ask for a better group of people. From the moment you walk through the door you are welcomed with care and kindness. As long as you are showing respect and meeting the requirements it's set up for success. I had been through the door's in the past and I was not ready then. But I was treated the same each time I returned and for that I am grateful that they even allowed me the opportunity to work with them. If this clinic was not here there would be ALOT of people without a family. This place truly does restore hope. The receptionist, counselors, nurse's and doctor are all great people! They help make a great difference in the people who go there.
I love ❤️ one eighty. They provide wonderful sports activities for Davenport youth that couldn't afford it otherwise. Wonderful after school programs teaching kids about Jesus. Helping adults get their lives back on the right track!

They’re the greatest! The faculty is attentive & friendly! The things I learned & the ppl I met are unforgettable!
The food was fantastic!! They have a very limited menu but the Biscuits and gravy, denver omelets and corned beef hash we're all delicious! Recommend eating here!

Great breakfast spot 3/4 of a mile from Purina's staging area,not that drivers ever kill a morning there walk over for a breakfast that's half the price of the average truck stop
I've had a very good experience with the health provider who prescribes my medication, Nicolas Bleiu. Also, with my therapist Olivia. They have been great listeners and patient and kind. Very helpful.

I just wanna say that Vera French genuinely has made a difference in my life! The staff has treated me with absolute dignity and respect no matter what the situation was. As a patient of TMS for only 10 sessions now, I can say this is slowly changing my life. I recommend this treatment through Vera French to anyone that is struggling with medication management and is struggling with their depression. I've tried so many medications for my depression that have not worked for me and felt this may be an option. I also work in one of the facilities and find that both being a patient, and a worker of this company is very helpful and fulfilling. Please consider TMS with Vera French as a highly recommended solution for hard to cure depression. It truly is amazing!!!!!!

Destination Recovery is a phenomenal program, full of compassionate people who, not just know what your going through, but have gone through it themselves. They support you and motivate you to work your program to help you be a better you. When I arrived at the rehab in the early spring of 2009 I didn't like being there one bit. But after making friends and finding out it wasn't so bad I started to have a much better time. I didn't stay as long as I probably should have but when my best friend at the rehab overdosed in the bathroom and died, I couldn't stay any longer. It wasn't the same. His name was James Jaggers. Now that I'm dieing from brain cancer I think about him a lot. He helped me through a difficult time in my life. We will see each other again soon. I miss you Jim!

Incredibly helpful place for those genuinely interested in living a sober life. The house #1 manager, Mac, goes above and beyond to ensure that all of his residents have whatever necessary for the well being of his residents mind and spirits.
Very thankful that this place exists.
My sister had came through the er because of severe gallbladder pain. She was told she had to have an emergency gallbladder removal surgery and moved to the Peds unit because she is younger (20) yr . At the time she was 3 hrs away from me and has no family out here. Until I was able to get to her the nurses and surgical team talked her through everything they were doing. Made her feel at home and safe. Kandace was her nurse twords the end of her stay till her discharge . She was very informative, super supportive, knowledgeable, helpful, and just an all around amazing employee. I couldn’t thank this hospital enough for how they helped my sister through this because i know it was scary not having any one out here at the time. A serious special thanks to KANDACE your are so amazing I hope you get a generous raise.❤️

Each time I have a reason to go to Genesis West, I am treated with respect, efficiency and given great attention from the physician and medical staff. The nurses, tho busy do an extremely good job of performing their duties. The x-ray technicians and others are quick to get you through your test and are extremely respectful of you privacy and your immediate needs. I wouldn't select any other hospital besides for Genesis West and East.
The ABBEY, has an absolutely wonderful, & amazing program, the counselors & staff are excellent, I highly recommend this center to anyone who is struggling with addiction and mental health issues. ❤️❤️

I have never had a problem at the Robert Young center. They are not perfect, but no one is perfect. However I really do not like talking to a television screen instead of face to face with a person. This is very impersonal like talking to a robot.

The people who did my intake interview, my therapist, my psychiatrist and the receptionists have always been lovely to me. I have had issues with my appointments getting canceled with short notice, or no notice at all. I had several psychiatry appointments canceled on me in a row and wasn't seen for about 9 months, but I was still able to get my medication because it wasn't my fault the appointments were missed. when you call the nurses line to refill meds during business hours it always goes to voicemail, but i think that its supposed to be like that, and i prefer not having to chat with someone anyways it seems like this way its more time efficient for the patient to say what they need, and a voicemail makes it easier for the staff to check back and make sure they have all of their information correct. sometimes the system is kind of janky and things don't work out, but everywhere is like that so its no biggie. The connections with the people that you are working with to get better is really important, and I feel that this can be found here. it really sucks to see all the reviews about having bad experiences with people, but luckily I've never had any bad experiences like that. I think a concerning amount of mental health facilities have issues with how they treat people who are doing inpatient or seeking that sort of support and suicide watch and stuff in the US are just notoriously sucky everywhere. but i was in the waiting room for a few hours waiting for my ride to pick me up one time and I saw the receptionists trying to find a bunch of resources and facilities for someone seeking inpatient for their daughter and she let her use their buildings phone so that the phone number made it more likely for her to get through to those other facilities which seemed super kind. everybody just seems like they are trying to do their best and help people in everyway they can. based on these other reviews i don't know if id recommend this place for inpatients, but for therapy and psychiatry its pretty fine, i have no complaints.
Absolutely love, Transitions mental Health for myself and my kids. The staff and therapist always go above and beyond, and I would recommend them to anybody seeking therapy in the area.

Ainsley was very clear and understandable as we reviewed policies and rights (as there are a lot!) as well as very helpful with my questions during my intake today. Very quick and made sure I was comfortable the entire way through.

It is with a heavy heart I must say this place has officially closed down for good. Yes they had their issues but if the QC really knew what these 3 people put in to save so many lives. Dr. Doyle is an absolute saint. For at least the last 5 yrs this man has been keeping this place open and staffed out of his own pocket while losing members of his own family. Dr. Ron Christian is a phenomenal program director/therapist. He was always there for me no matter what and always with the best advice. Mrs. Greene you are such a helpful sweetheart with a heart bigger than your small frame. These people saved my life. Twice. Dr. Doyle if you see this just know you saved me and I won't let you down.➕

Dr. Randy Doyle is one of the kindest doctors I have ever met. My father has been his patient for years. Despite the complexity of my dad's problems, Dr. Doyle has always been there for him. He is thoughtful, genuine and truly cares for each of his patients. He has years of experience and is a great problem solver. Although he is in his office only one day per week, he is an excellent provider. If you are looking for a patient and caring doctor, look no further.
Reggie and Jeff are both highly knowledgeable and experienced in this field, and also very compassionate. Listen to them and learn, their invaluable input may very well prevent any future legal issues while also improving the quality of your life.
