As a patient of TMS for only 10 sessions now, I can say this is slowly changing my life. I recommend this treatment through Vera French to anyone that is struggling with medication management and is struggling with their depression. I've tried so many medications for my depression that have not worked for me and felt this may be an option. I also work in one of the facilities and find that both being a patient, and a worker of this company is very helpful and fulfilling. Please consider TMS with Vera French as a highly recommended solution for hard to cure depression. It truly is amazing!!!!!!

My sister had came through the er because of severe gallbladder pain. She was told she had to have an emergency gallbladder removal surgery and moved to the Peds unit because she is younger (20) yr . At the time she was 3 hrs away from me and has no family out here. Until I was able to get to her the nurses and surgical team talked her through everything they were doing. Made her feel at home and safe. Kandace was her nurse twords the end of her stay till her discharge . She was very informative, super supportive, knowledgeable, helpful, and just an all around amazing employee. I couldn’t thank this hospital enough for how they helped my sister through this because i know it was scary not having any one out here at the time. Each time I have a reason to go to Genesis West, I am treated with respect, efficiency and given great attention from the physician and medical staff. The nurses, tho busy do an extremely good job of performing their duties. The x-ray technicians and others are quick to get you through your test and are extremely respectful of you privacy and your immediate needs. I wouldn't select any other hospital besides for Genesis West and East.

Cfr has literally changed my life in such positive ways I never thought were possible. I was an extremely lost and addicted individual. After 21 of my 34 years of life being helplessly addicted to a number of drugs and gambling my life away, I received a call. The lady on the phone said her name was Shea and asked if I was ready to get help. I don't think I went after that phone call but it got me thinking about my life and the second time she called I knew I needed to at least try, as I was literally on the brink of death. So I did I called my sister and had her take me to guide links.
Cfr saved my life that day and started me on my journey to living a sober life filled with happiness and endless support. My family has began trusting and supporting me as well and I know if it had not been for cfr I would not be where I am at today.
There were a number of individuals at CFR crucial in my successful recovery. Starting with all of the residential techs guiding me through my initial withdraws and struggle I endured while in residential. Successfully graduating me from that program.
Knowing I had a battle ahead of me cfr enrolled me into there IOP program where I'd like to give a shout out to the staff of all cfr. Nancy, Ronda, Hailey, Weller, and Lori you all have changed my life and I am forever grateful... I am 90 days sober today and happier than I ever thought possible.
I attend church every Sunday and also continue my recovery in eop through cfr. I have found happiness and sobriety thanks to all of you at CFR and only hope anyone out there struggling with addiction can also find you guys and receive this gift of a good life as I have.
I love you all and if there is anyway I could help in any way it would be my pleasure.

Regarding the walk-in intake, So far I have done intake and the process for that was long. They started at 10am but I had already been there since 8:12am waiting. I was the last person they accepted that day totalling 4 of us. I had to wait until each person in front of me was done, about 45 mins to 1 hour each. I was there a total of about 5 hours beginning to end. At the end you schedule a follow-up and it was 3 weeks out. Once you check in theoretically you could leave but about 2 hours in the called me in to verify my financial info. So I just stayed.

My experience with this VA has been excellent.
My paperwork was processed very quickly and care was established in a very timely manner.
The staff are knowledgeable helpful.
Unlike other VA's they do not play the "phone game" and call you back when you leave a voice mail.

Every American should have the healthcare the Veterans Administration gives to our veterans. There is a huge difference between Veteran Healthcare in comparison to Healthcare for Profit.
The Veteran is seen as a person needing medical care and not as a billable procedure as in corporate healthcare.

This place is truly remarkable!! I have been seen by (almost) the entire staff!! The staff works as a team and EACH team member is awesome in knowledge, care and respect. The five stars I'm giving is only for the outpatient part. Rachel is a great counselor and knows her stuff. I learn a lot from her. Jessica Hartz is the best employee at Adds. She bent over backwards to get me into inpatient. She is truly a blessing. She's a really good counselor also. The staff down at inpatient needs reevaluated and they need to give them UAS. If they want their clients to stay clean down there they shouldn't let their employees do meth. If I wasn't so serious about my recovery and If it was early in my recovery I'm sure I would have walked out and got high but by the grace of God I'm 106 days sober today.

If it wasn't for this clinic and all the wonderful people there, my life would be in shambles. If it wasn't for Medicaid, I could never afford daily doses and if it wasn't for The Way Shuttle picking me up six days a week for almost 3 years straight, I wouldn't be where I am today. It's been a rough journey but well worth the persistence I put in to get this far. One Day At A Time!

From the gal at the front desk, director of the state, the counselors, doctor, and the nurses...even my fellow patients everyone respected my privacy and treated me with dignity and compassion. The entire facility was understanding of my situation on a whole therefore making my desire to get clean a little less painful. I still have a long road ahead.

These people are amazing in helping us. You'll have your reviews that claim otherwise but those are people who don't want to follow rules or are not serious about recovery and leading a normal life. Im in a much better place because of them. Rules change but they post them and tell you. The counselors and nurses have their own set of rules to follow and shooting the messenger isn't very kind. I've had 3 counselors but one received a promotion, one moved away, and my current Pam is amazing. I get sound and useful advice from them all. They help me fix issues. They are not just talk. If you want your life back and truly want help id go here. I drive an hour and 45 minutes just to get help from them specifically. I regret none of the gas mileage...

I really like this clinic. I haven't had any of the issues I've seen posted. The staff are all very kind and very professional. I'm not sure if this is a factor in the very different experiences people are having, but they were purchased by a different company at some point before I started in December 2023. So maybe they have different people and policies now? I just know that I've had a great experience, and after coming from CADS in Rock Island, I needed that. Our dose is up to us because no matter the length of time it's been, some people aren't ready to be done with Methadone. For some people, it's a decision between Methadone or heroin. And that's a clear choice for me. But, ya, great experience.

I have never had a problem at the Robert Young center. They are not perfect, but no one is perfect. However I really do not like talking to a television screen instead of face to face with a person. This is very impersonal like talking to a robot.

The people who did my intake interview, my therapist, my psychiatrist and the receptionists have always been lovely to me. I have had issues with my appointments getting canceled with short notice, or no notice at all. I had several psychiatry appointments canceled on me in a row and wasn't seen for about 9 months, but I was still able to get my medication because it wasn't my fault the appointments were missed. when you call the nurses line to refill meds during business hours it always goes to voicemail, but i think that its supposed to be like that, and i prefer not having to chat with someone anyways it seems like this way its more time efficient for the patient to say what they need, and a voicemail makes it easier for the staff to check back and make sure they have all of their information correct. sometimes the system is kind of janky and things don't work out, but everywhere is like that so its no biggie. The connections with the people that you are working with to get better is really important, and I feel that this can be found here. it really sucks to see all the reviews about having bad experiences with people, but luckily I've never had any bad experiences like that. I think a concerning amount of mental health facilities have issues with how they treat people who are doing inpatient or seeking that sort of support and suicide watch and stuff in the US are just notoriously sucky everywhere. but i was in the waiting room for a few hours waiting for my ride to pick me up one time and I saw the receptionists trying to find a bunch of resources and facilities for someone seeking inpatient for their daughter and she let her use their buildings phone so that the phone number made it more likely for her to get through to those other facilities which seemed super kind. everybody just seems like they are trying to do their best and help people in everyway they can. based on these other reviews i don't know if id recommend this place for inpatients, but for therapy and psychiatry its pretty fine, i have no complaints.
